Unfortunately the person I spoken to underestimated potential customers. Bluntly and boldly he said to me upon inquiry that I can not, possibly, afford a water purification system in my house without giving justification or allowing me to explain why I opted to a full house system. He just hung up the phone in my face.
What he failed to know was that he was talking to a fully capable and certified chemical engineer who knows exactly what is required and entailed to installing a water purification system.
As a victim of stereotyping; I hope no one gets into a similar situation like the one I was in.
I hope that person does not judge a book by its cover next time and stop bullying potential customers just because there is a difference between a paying customer and a potential one.
My advice is to hire a dedicated salesman if the business is doing so good that paying customers don’t stop calling.
