Nice location. A bit loud music, so if you go more than 2-3 people it will be difficult to talk) the food is nice but not big selection

We were seated on the top floor of the resturant. If your seated near the windows you get the best views. The food was just OK.

Very very bad staff and manager asking people not to scream! Whey would i scream for kids menu!

Food was good, really loved it but the prices could have been better, the inside of the restaurant is good and the views of the skyscrapers are spectacular

Had a great night out at Ketch up. The view from the terrace is just amazing. I’d like to give a special shout out to Silverster, he was very responsive.

Now that’s what I call a good burger. Sometime I take my kid out with me, usually when I order a kids meal it’s taste like cold reheated junk food but not this time.kids meal is delicious. Most try their ketch up burger love it and it taste amazing. One more thing the view is amazing. Absolutely I would come by again. (9.5 / 10)

The food are below average, service is fine, view is great better up if u smoke, sometime when u make intenational good menu u need to be more professional in food

We liked the ambience of the place. Their food was great specially their burgers. The staffs were very friendly too, specially our server Jonel.

Second time visiting Ketch Up and both times the service was off and they messed up the order.

This time they forgot one of the main courses even through the waitress repeated the order. Four people at the table, they bring out three mains (while we were still eating our starters!) and they didn't seem to notice that something may be missing, they didn't ask if we had everything or needed anything, etc. No service. We had to ask where the fourth main was. Twenty minutes later, it arrived.obviously that meant one person ate alone.

No acknowledgement by the restaurant to remedy the situation. It just felt like they were trying to rush us out. Very disappointing. I won't be going back.

If you try to reserve a table by phone they will put you inside and tell you that they don't have place outside and when you go there you will discover that they gave you wrong information

The glass of wine was ridiculously tiny for that price. Someone pls let them know that a bottle should be composed of 4 glasses not 20 as they sell it for. No one wants to buy wine by grams.

Just visited Ketch up Dubai and had an amazing time! The food is excellent and the sisha is one of the best in Dubai! Cris is the guy that prepared the sisha for us! He is just so nice! Not only that he recommended the flavors but also made sure that we were pleased all night with the sisha! Mia was the lady that served us and made our night very pleasant! We enjoyed the time and we recommend this place to all of you!

Great views and chilled atmosphere. Lovely for a date. The potato wedges were delicious and although I didnt try the shisha, it looked decent. Service was very good. More beer options would help me push this to a 5 star review.

This is very good service. The employee is very accommodating and friendly especially Miya and Cris. Cris made a wonderful Shisha that I never taste to other resto bar. I highly recommend this resto KETCH UP. If you wanna escape to the cruel world you can just chill in here. 10 star for me.

Set to become a real smash in Bluewaters - this bar has the comfy feel of a regular haunt combined with something a bit special for an evening out. Hosts Andy and Phil make this a really great destination. Thanks guys, I will be back. Regularly!

I visited this place on a Thursday, i called before going to check if we can play cards in the restaurant and I was assured by the receptionist that i could. I reached and asked another waitress if we could play and she said yes. The manager later said that we couldn't and that's so absurd. How can they give us false information? The food was mediocre and over priced. Shisha was extremely overpriced and not nice. I don't recommend the place.

Guys if youre looking for great shisha experience this is the place to be. Unique concept and the staff are amazing! Shout out to Ken and Chris for taking care of us and making sure were happy. Also thanks to sweet Mia for being a nice server. Will be back for sure x

Nice spot in the Bluewaters Island, with good and affordable food and good music. Only if the music was a little bit less loud on the upper floor, and the sisha was better (and cheaper) would give the 5th star.

One of my Favorite bars in the city! Barmens are very talkative and professional. One of the best cockails as well as views in the city. Shisha and terrace table to chill after duty i love this place

Upstairs is very nice seating and ambiance, just the music is too loud to have conversations, would be perfect if it was lower.

Ketch up is a great place to unwind with fantastic view, amazing shisha, very friendly and accommodating staff and most of all I really like their big burger. I will highly recommend it especially to my friends.

Ketch Up located on the Blue Waters JBR is peppy, located at with the amazing view. Food menu is not exhaustive but that doesn't hold them from offering the best of what they have. Sheesha offered is not authentic and is more westernised. So head out with your loved ones for an easy going catch-up over good food and lovely ambience.

To top the experience their staff is pretty amazing and social.

Nice place, very good staff, DJ Bagdad on Wednesday is just perfect. They have a Russian food, delicious as well. Good for a small birthday parties. I recommend

Funky designed and color changing Shisha’s can be enjoyed whilst taking in one of the best views in dubai!

Me and my friends have become regular customers of this wonderful place. The cafe has a great location with amazing panoramic sea view + JBR. The restaurant has very tasty food and friendly staff. On the second floor of the restaurant you can order alcoholic beverages and, perhaps, the best and unique shisha (Meduza) in Dubai. Highly recommend to try the dessert "profiteroles"
