KFC

The staff told me to take order in self service station only (there is a long Queue), even the counter POS is free and she’s available? Is that a new rules in KFC, because every time I come here other cashiers were taking orders for me.

And then when that time I was eating! I observed the cashier and I saw her taking orders for another customers? She literally choosing the customers she wanted to take only! It’s really unfair. DISGUSTING!
You should all treat customers fairly.


I will definitely not coming back again to this branch! Poor service!

The food was okay, like in every other KFC restaurant. But the service was terrible. We ordered through self-service station and did not get half of the order. They prepared the wrong sandwich and haven't give coleslaw or dips that was ordered.

The chicken is not good and not properly cook.i think it's an old chicken I been eating to lots of kfc branches but this branch in jbr doesn't give the fresh chicken. After eating that I feel vomit and head pain. Really mess I eat.

Very very very bad Behavior
Just recently visited the restaurant as the food is good and even the location is good. I know it is crowded all time waiting is not a issue but the behavior of the staff (Sargam Nepali girl) was so rude and the way they are treating people as we are beggar's. Really it's bad only serving good food is not enough please make your people to respect people the way they do is horrible.
And she even didn't provide the tissues and ketchup.

Standardised good offering from this KFC chain, I find the chicken wings here taste saltier than other KFC joints I've been to

It feels good to a place like this near you when you are exhausted after a great time at beach

Lazy staff. Asked for specifically chicken leg pieces in other KFC and they are happy to accommodate me, however, this lady refused. Bit disappointing.

Extremely rude staff and poor customer service. Especially the manager muhamnad over there, he lacks prifessionslism nd extremely rude. I had a terrible experience at kfc jbr.

After waiting 25Minutes for my order, i saw two ladies bringing back food from their table to the counter.they brought back a wrong order. The guests touched the food and i had to get this food. After talking to the staff they said, no no, i took fresh from then kitchen. I saw they tried to give me the old food for second time. Incredible- After insisting on it, i got my money back. If i would live here i would call the cops- This is really disgusting!

The place was very good and you can have a seat directly outside the shop in the middle of the Marina, you will not feel the time passing, the employee's where nice

Worst customer service ever! You Oder spicy they deliver you normal and when you call them to ask the rude guy in the jbr branch end up blaming you, speak so rude, you can tell from his tone he barely cares! Absolutely 0 customer service.it’s clearly mentioned on the Oder plus the notes itself. Never ever gonna Oder from them!

Really bad experience with KFC! I ordered online for delivery, the payment went through and I waited 45 mins for my order to come and when it didn't I called only to be told thar the order had been cancelled because the store was offline.
I had to re- order all over again and pay once again as rhe refund would only come through in 5 to 7 working days! My order came through only after onother 40 minutes! A complete waste of time and a very bad experience.
Why would the payment go through if the store was offline? This is the KFC app! I got no explanation from the team!

Bad service, Wrong orders, dirty trailers,
Its only about eating fried chicken with KFC taste that brings me here! However, I don’t ever recommend for anyone!

To sum up in one word: Disgusting! To begin with the interior, it was not busy when I went there but eventhough the floor, seats and the tables were just dirty and fatty. Food was even worse, had a burger: Bread was almost wet, chicken inside tasted like rubber. French fries were soft and absolutely not crispy. This branch is definitely not worth it, shame for JBR to have this disgusting shop!

The shrimp zinger dinner is back and I normally don't eat fast food shrimp, but theirs is actually pretty good! Enjoy!

Taste of the chicken meat was not as usual, alike other countries, maybe it is a matter of recipe change or chicken quality

Three starts because of the Air conditioner not working, the supervisor is great and the staff are doing their best to satisfy the big amount of the customer, but the topper managers have to take an action with the AC

Worst branch ever, displaying meals which is not available, cashier lied that it's not available then manager said available! So confusing n mess up, not advising this branch at all

الاكل غير صحي وكل مرة بكون مختلف الطعم والستف ماعندو اي ترحيب تحسه انو المطعم مال ابوهم ولايحترمون حدا كل مرة بطلب الطلب اكتر من مرة بيجي بشكل مختلف هذا الشي لايجوز والدجاج غير مطهو بشكل جيد جربت اكتر من فرع ولكن لافايدة من ذلك لم اعود اليه ثانية اطلاقا.

I wish I could give it 4 stars. The chicken itself is fresh and juicy and of a good quality. However, the breading of the chicken makes it oily and not at all crispy. If you are to compare this KFC outlet' food with any KFC in Europe, you'll taste the difference - not at all crispy, but well breaded (too much). The coleslaw salad was made with sugar- literally. And some milky sauce. Totally unacceptable. Fries were good. Portion size of the Family chicken box was huge. Service was just ok.

A very good place to relax right in the heart of JBR. I usually hanging out here after having some nice time lounging around the JBR beach. The service here is quick and courteous as well as friendly. I recommend this eatery anytime you found yourself around Jumeria Beach Residence.

Was feeling bit hungry but really did not fancy big meal, went into KFC, quick service and affordable prize got my originally 2 piece chicken and chips, very delicious nicely cooked, clean place and staff helpful. Have a try
