Made a takeaway order today and at home realised that it was all wrong leaving people without any food since it was too spicy even ordered not spicy. Dips were missing from the meals and extra dips were all wrong and of course all the most spicy ones. Don't go if you don't like veeeeery spicy! More value on any other branch.
No on-line ordering and no receipt if self-ordered.

Tastledd chicken.looks like chicken was boiled.cotting was falling off and drinks had no taste because of ice.wasted my money.

The service was quite not satisfying, atmosphere was crowded and some orders were getting ready really quick and some were taking too long.

Too crowded because their service is too slow. All self ordering are not working.i dont know how this branch and this management in Dubai mall this branch should be closed better

Loot and shear customer discard for petty profit they get from not giving buns along with the bucket chicken.whichever it be.
So now customers have to buy buns! After paying 135 or 65 for bucket chicken.disgusting.pity for this sales idea

That too Four buns is 1.5 dhs outside, and there too they charge 1 aed for each bun. Nice profit making

طلبت صنف طعام من قائمة KFC رد الموظف بان هذا الصنف تشتريه من داخل المطعم فقط و غير مسموح بالتوصيل مع انه طعام عادى ساندويتش مع قطعة دجاج و بطاطس و بيبسى بصراحة قفلنى لانه هوه نفسه ما يعرف السبب و انهيت الاتصال ولم اطلب شئ اخر

Worst kfc ever!
They served us food that seemed to be 2 days old.
Worst taste and presentation.
We could not even eat it as it tasted too bad. The rice, the popcorns ew.

Good food, nice ambience and quick service. Should sit outside to watch the fountain show when possible.

Same like another KFC branches. But its a little bit special because their outdoor area has acces to the dancing fountain area. So from outdoor area we can see the show of dancing fountain and burj khalifa too. The place is big enough to serve many people inside and outside. Its a good place to have food while we wait for the dancing fountain show. The staff are so kind and serve our order quickly. The place is clean and the taste of the food is good too.

بسیار شلوغ بود به حدی که پس از گرفتن توکن از دستگاه نوبت دهی اتومات دقایق زیادی باید منتظر سایر مراحل می ماندی. این درحالی بود که دیگر برندهای غذایی موجود در فوت کرت به این اندازه شلوغ نبود. غذای این شعبه خیلی خوب و تاژه بود

شركة مطاعم كبيره جدا ومعترف بها دوليا من المفترض يكون الطعم بنفس بقية المطاعم لكن للأسف كل مطعم يختلف عن الاخر آمل أن يكون هناك دراسه حول هذا الموضوع

Prevalent fast food chain among youngsters. However, its extremely unhealthy as they use frozen chicken and use same oil again and again, which is detrimental for anyone.

Really love their chicken. Was properly done and seasoned. The line up was crazy but went by quick. The orders were prepared quick. They messed up my order forgetting the correct amount of pieces. It's a real busy area the outside seating was chill.would come back for sure

Slow and painful service. Staff eventually get things right but still lost tons of time. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

That particular outlet having race with time. Trying to make order in less than sixty seconds. Result undercooked food. I wanted a mighty zinger the girl at counter suggested mighty wrap. Too much rush and noise I didn't realised what she asked and said yes. Undercooked chicken, wet wrap, no crispness, worst kfc meal I had ever.

Very nice place but don't can't get a good view of Burj khalifa. Can see fountain from padio no issue there. The food is good but a bit pricey for KFC. I guess it's because it's inside the mall. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Will probably visit again. ;)
