My experience at KFC was enjoyable and satisfying.
In addition to the delicious food, the service was fast and efficient. The workers were keen to meet my needs and provide what I needed. They were also helpful in answering any questions or concerns I may have.
Overall, my experience at KFC was generally positive. The meal was delicious, and the service was excellent.

KFC is so poor they can't even give ketchup to their customers with their meal.
3 scahal of little ketchup is enough for a meal or with burger.

If you ordered through their app, forget about getting your order. Their delivery driver is assigned 10 deliveries at once. Take money first, and then who cares about your food.

The famous KFC everyone know the KFC building that is nice place they have outside dining place it's huge place and also inside dining and first floor dining services very fast they have self order option and the staff very good I will going more see there and the nice one I want to give five star keep it up KFC

Charging 175 bucks for a 24 PCs bucket but can't provide more than 3 ketchups sachets upon asking insists that you pay additional 1 dhs for 4 ketchups I find it really unsatisfactory.maybe next time we will try somewhere else.

Im asking another sachet of ketchup, but the food counter Josephine asking 1aed per sachet, she give us 2 sachet for 2 meals, and im asking again another two and she telled me i need to pay 1aed each sachet, this ridiculous.

Im dissapointed in Kfc al rigga everytime I buy always have a mistake or less or something missing online delivery we can't tell that it was mistake by the delivery man cause they are accepting only the order and bring it to the location after they been given to them delivery man cannot check what is inside the package except on the receipt that they can read.this matter is responsible by the staff inside the outlet of the kfc al rigga the person who was packaging and release the food before they give it to the person who will receive they should do it properly and be responsible in every item that they will give to the customer.

Usually nice, cleanliness perfect. Display was not available for customers. Only staff was using the display.

At 2340H 17 July 2021, I bought a spicy family fries at KFC Rigga. Ordered number 73 and it was take away. I reach my place after 10 minutes. We consumed immediately the fries but I was so disappointed because the fries was not hot and there's no evidence it has a moist (because if the fries is hot the steam will come out). There is a possibility that is old stock and might ordered before and just cancelled by other customers then after that it was served to me. Please take action for this matter.

Pathetic staff behaviour. They turn off the lights and equipments no matter of customer is present. We had to eat in the dark because the supposedly waiter by finished his shift and want to leave. He just asked us to get out and turned off the lights.

Such rude staffs

Worst service ever. They billed for dining at 12.19 am. Gave us food at 12.30 am and while we were eating the cleaning boy came and switch off the lights without any prior information at 12.40 am! When we asked about it they taught us their rules. For washing our hands we had to tell them again to switch on the lights. Thanks for this kind of worst service Mr moxin (cleaning staff) and supervisor Mr Mahmud Nabil (a supporting person for their staffs).

The worst KFC i have ever had in my KFC eating experience was at Al rigga KFC chicken was too salty uneatable

The worst food quality, the worst sandwich, worst fries, worst meal I've ever eaten in my life. Even the restaurant is not clean.it was my first time and for sure the last.

I received a very bad customer service from kfc Al Rigga, Dubai yesterday. I went there with my friends and when we were having food, The cleaning staff Mr moxin turnoff the lights with out any prior information. When we enquired about this they told us they should stop dining at 1 am and it was only 12.40 am when he turnoff the lights!
We written a complaint against such a worst behavior of that staff but I strongly believe this complait won't go to higher authorities from the supervisor Mr Mahmud Nabil as he was also supporting his staff's rude attitude.

Really good, better than KFC in Canada, not greasy, like it is in Canada, good prices and service

Ordered for 2 people, same meal. Received one with proper fried and other one without fried and not cooked properly. I was really upset and didn't expect this from KFC. Am not going to visit here again for sure.

Pathetic service! They make you wait and there is no ethics At all! Your staffs will going to spoil the entire reputation! You people better hire professionals or service oriented people.

It's a nice place but I prefer other places. Plus once i ordered chicken idk it tasted very bad and salty

American fast food is not American fast food in Arab countries. American items are vastly replaced with products for Arabs.

I appreciate the interior design in upper floor. It is relaxing and nice place to talk. You will temporarily eliminate the noise cause by vehicle in a busy place of town.

Ein ganz normaler KFC. Das Restaurant geht über 2 Etagen. Personal ist freundlich. Das Restaurant ist sauber. Hier kann man mit Kreditkarte bezahlen.

I enjoyed my order, staff I should ask their attention to recognize, one of the management was walking and keep looking to a female in very bad way and no respectful which I decided to avoid going to that branch and will ask my friends not to go also

Most laziest workers of the world are working in this kfc branch al rigga dubai. Just for one twister i had to wait 18 mins n if ask any one they wud ask n blame each other.worst service n time waste

It's a nice place any way there is no parking and it's very difficult to find out parking near this place.some time if you park you car temporary on hazards lights you will get fined by police. The other things is they have enough space for seating but in weekends people's have to wait for the dinning table.
I always go there with my family. They have a family Hall upstairs
Also good meal packages are offering. To improve the clients satisfaction they should have to arramysome parking lots they can buy from RTA Dubai or can have their own free parking.
So it will be helpful for the people's who are coming from far.

First of all good place for family and friends. Good staff, nice ambience especially at lunch time. The place is kept clean. The orders were taken fast, freshly made, tasty and crispy fries. Worth the price offers.

Nice, v busy on weekends, difficult to get parking, however nice seating outside view of all riqqa street, when at night nice and lively when weather is good
