Most beautiful place of my entire vacation in Dubai! The incredible view of the Burj, the breakfast was just excellent and the staff were very pleasant, I recommend 100%
Had another amazing meal at French Riverera the food is outstanding. The restaurant has been mentioned on Michelin guide for 2023. We had truffle pizzette to start with (complimentary from the chef) Home made olive bread and white crusty bread so good. I am vegetarian so there is quite a bit of choice. I had Ratatouille, it was delicious. My husband had fillet steak with French fries and vegetables with Bourguignon sauce. Desert was Tarte au Chocolate with orange blossom ice cream. Absolutely delicious, my husband has his favourite Pain Perdu (French Toast crème brûlée style with vanilla ice cream. We were also given a complimentary Vacherin Marinated Strawberries, Fresh Basil Ice Cream, Pure Madagascar Vanilla Chantilly and French meringue. Plus tiny warm fresh baked Madeleines. Wow the deserts here are on another level. We had amazing service from Laura (Trainee). Book this restaurant you won’t be disappointed the food is delicious, great wines and amazing service. One of the few spots that transitioned St. Tropez vibes into Dubai. Lavish pool view that gets so romantic at night with the fire light-illuminated entrance. The food is French authentic with a twist, that transports you to the French coast. Amazing selection of wine and drinks that can satisfy all tastes. Have a walk around to add to you experience. Quite recommended place and secluded spot.
Our waiter Delore is very professional and always having a big smile on his face. Love his great advices on drinks and foods. Chef José personally greeted us at the table. We were especially amazed by Oignon Façon Tatin and Côtelettes d’Agneau. Amazing food and outstanding service. Great place for a romantic sunset dinner.

Today morning on the 18th oct 2022, me and couple of friends visited the restaurant to have breakfast. The place was nice with such a stunning view of Burj Al Arab, however the service was below standard for such a 5 stars hotel and is not worth the price we paid for. The woman who was in charge was a bit rude and serving us with an attitude, she was never smile and unhappy whenever she has to come to our table to serve us. I believe is because we were Asian, so she treated us differently because I saw her treating the other white guests with politeness. She never ask if we need anything and instead she just roaming around us several times and only observing us. They didn't even bother to offer us to change the plates when we ordered another food, so we have to ask them to do so. Most of the staff didn't wear the name badge so I couldn't tell the name but at least I saw 1 boy looked like a trainee, he is the only one who was wearing the name badge, he is from Bangladesh and he was nice. The price is a bit expensive for the small portion of dish and small cup of coffee, however the price we pay should also follows by the standard of the service not by the race or the color of our skin. We are not going there for free, we were staying at the Hotel for 2 days and we pay the same as anybody else even more because they were making the mistake and charge us twice for the rooms. After causing us trouble and waste my time dealing with the bank to cancel the second payment I even have to experience bad attitude in the restaurant. What a disappointment.

The environment is amazing. The food delicious. However, the most beautiful part of the experience is the staff. Pauline keep this energy do not lose it for any reason. Gabriela is so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for creating this amazing experience.
Me and my family really enjoyed this amazing restaurant. The food and service as always very good. We were served by Dolero and I can recommend for everybody dish Buyabes and Truffle Rigatoni. They have a very good kids menu for every child. I give this restaurant 5 stars!

سبب التقييم: قائمة الطعام: للاسف لا يوجد قائمة باللغة العربية، وحتى الإنجليزية منها تتضمن الكثير من المصطلحات الفرنسية، يصعب حتى على متحدثي الانجليزية فهم القائمة بسهولة، المشكلة انني اكدت على موظف الحجوزات مراراً وتكراراً بتوفر مينيو عربي واكد لي توافره ولكن تبين انه لم يكن يعلم!
موسيقى الخلفية: الموسيقى كانت صاخبة قليلاً وغير ملائمة لنمط المطعم الفاخر باعتقادي.
ولكن بشكل عام تجربة الطعام مذهلة والخدمة رائعة والطاقم محترف وكل شيء كان مثالي، انصح به.
Great services, nice dinning, staff is polite and actually do recommendations based on what you want unlike other restaurants in this hotel.

Downside is, they “always fully booked” however; they are “80% empty” the time we arrived - we initially needed to book at 8pm, now its 9: 30, and tables remains empty
The best restaurant in Dubai for us and we have tried a few! Seriously a culinary delight with outstanding service, we actually both agreed it was one of the We ate here two nights on the trot it was that good. We had the taster menu on our first adventure and I say adventure because it was exactly that for our taste buds! It was one of the most outstanding experiences of our many travels. The second night we had the sous Chef offer to cook us some new entrées that were not yet on the menu and how lucky were we! The Gazpacho starter is not be missed and our main entrees of Sea Bass and Filler Rossini were truly amazing. Celia the Sous Chef is destined for greatness and you should try it while you can. We have to mention the wonderful service from Soham and Marley in particular, who were informative and always seemed to know what you wanted before you thought of it! Vladimir and Shima were another part of this great team. It is the Jewel in Dubai crown! Go try it! You will not be disappointed!

La Plage has one of the most beautiful views of Dubai, set in the Region's nicest resort. It doesn't end here either, as it's the best culinary experience I've had in Dubai so far.
There are many so-called high-end so called "Mediterranean" restaurant that claim your dirhams but don't give much in return, it is not the case at La Plage. It started with the welcome and the table we were given, right on the beach in a corner, and with Maria's (our waitress) nice smile, who brought us a truffle pizzette, with compliments of the chef. We wanted to have a light dinner, so we ordered the Beetroot Tartare, it was perfectly cut and topped with a bright green apple-mustard sorbet with a distinct herbal flavor (that we couldn't make out), it was a great start. We also had a Tatin made of onion that was sweet, melty, on a crumbly base perfectly complemented by a Parmesan ice cream that tasted like a good aged Parmesan, not like cream and emulsifiers. It has a silky texture without feeling too fatty. We continued with the heirloom tomato salad, each quarter was peeled and cored, and topped with a cold foam of stracciatella and warm coulis of tomato and basil, where you could feel the pleasant taste of a quality Espelette. This is when I was truly impressed by a Chef who had the skills to turn something as basic as a tomato salad into a masterpiece bursting with flavors, contrasting yet complimentary tastes and incredible umami. The octopus, which is too often rubbery elsewhere was sliced into a tagliatelle, salted with a black olive tapenade and completed with roasted potatoes, and hazelnuts for crunch. Amazing. I asked Maria about the Chef as I was curious to meet such a talented man, and she called him, Mr. Kim Joinie-Maurin grew up in the Sud-Ouest, which made perfect sense, considering the flavors, colors and textures of his menu. A charming young Chef who trained with Robuchon in Singapore and had been with Jumeirah for years, which contributed to honing his skills and express his talent. We finished our meal with a fantastic Poulet Jaune, served with an outstanding wine sauce, that had the mouthfeel of a liquid meringue with notes of oak and vanilla, and a stock reduction or "jus" that was a thick concentration of meaty goodness.

Loved my experience at French Riviera Our waitress was Bibek, he was the best by explaining to us the menu and showing us pictures of the dishes. The food is amazing especially the scallops and the truffle pizza. Even the fries with the pizza are so good and thin. Highly recommend!
Went there for brunch/dinner there for my partner birthday with friends. Ambiance by the beach (area, place itself, decoration, music) is very enjoyable, beautiful sunset from there aswell. Very good dishes (and some amazing french ones). Staff very friendly, attentioned and professional. Highly recommend
Good service and generally friendly staff. The menu wasn't a varied as one might expect but the food did compensate for that. The truffle pizza and rigatoni is strongly recommended for truffle foodies.
Atmosphere is lovely but I wouldn't say it's great for families with very young children. A good place as a couple and maybe with older kids 10+.
Lost a star as their fresh mango juice was slightly off taste. Upon complaining to the manager (who was very friendly) she insisted the juice is prepared fresh and daily however it was clear that it was not fresh. When she and her chef tasted it they accepted it was off-taste and agreed to offer free alternatives for all of us.
Very nice setting. Attentive service and especially great food. They open recently and there are couple of things to take care of but the start is great and I'm sure they can become even better. Thanks for having us.
The Onion Tatin was the best thing eaten in two years according to my dinner companion, and I have to say at every stage, eating here was brilliant, the service, all the courses, as well as the ambiance. We had given up on finding exceptional food in Dubai after a number of humdrum meals. French Riviera however demonstrated excellence is possible.

Food and service here is brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed the food here and craved the food again a couple of days later (it was that good!) Fresh salad and hot food.big ticks for me!
Getting to the place took quite sometime as you need to take a Buggy or a small boat. It was a fancy new experience and I enjoyed it to be honest. The decoration is nice & clean. Food was mostly average in taste, portion were a bit small, prices are high, duh. But the over all experience was good. Enjoy
This restaurant is in the morning a breakfast restaurant for the hotel guests in the Jumeirah resort and the evening this Libanes style restaurant. So you need two Rezensions.
1, Breakfast: For me the best place they have breakfast, the view to the beach and the sea is priceless — the buffet offer whatever you want. The staff is amicable, and it cozier the two big other breakfast restaurants in the resort are much bigger and more crowded. Take the time to walk a bit to this place in the morning, its one of a kind.
2, Dinner: Having great food, with the view to the colourfull lighted Burj al Arab. You cannot expect more, anything to complain this is close to perfect.
Last few times I've been, service is very slow and not worth the prices they charge. Tonight, valentines day, we've now been here for 2 hours with empty starter plates still on our tables, we've not had a second round of drinks.we were not even offered to order mains.considering the cost of simple Arabic mezze, i would consider this place overly prices for the type if service offered.
Good food, and fabulous service. The atmosphere could use a little improvement, very flat. And you might a bit disappointed by the dessert options, none of the mouth watering lebanese options there.
