Extremely poor service and food. It was way too expensive for 2 starters and 2 main courses. Would not recommend for anyone seeking to have decent indian food.

It was quite a disappointing experience! The food was average and the service very bad, would not recommend.

Very disappointing, was an ex resident of Dukes and live in Dubai on the palm and have been going to Kyber for 7+ years off and on, not been for a while and thought would give it a go. Didn't recognise the staff but sat down and we declined the summer special menu for 130aed as didn't appeal to us but said we wanted al la Carte and would use Entertainer 2 4 1 mains instead, ordered a load of food and drinks and was told we can have unlimited drinks for 2 hours for 150, thought great, then waiter came back after we had sat with no drinks or food for ages and said we can't use the 2 4 1 on food with drinks package that HE convinced us to have, never mind the al la carte food was more than the summer special so their loss, just very unprofessional and staff don't know what they are doing. Left as so messed around and manager on night clearly doesn't understand customer service. Doubt I will be back with all the great places around and little miss India down the road with better service. Disappointed

I have made the booking on 16th June for dinner. Before going I called them and requested for a specific seating the person called Vivek he ensure that I will get the table. When I reached there with my husband the front desk guy don’t have a table that I requested the music was extremely loud I am 6th months pregnant. After roaming for 10 minutes we got a table I requested the lady to reduce the music as it’s very uncomfortable very rudely she said we cannot do and we don’t have choice but to leave the restaurant without ordering and the restaurant people didn’t even said anything such shameless people I am pregnant I felt very bad they don’t have courtesy and respect for women. “NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE”

This was our first visit to Khyber and it was a pleasant experience. It was too warm to sit outdoors but the outdoor seating offers a gorgeous view of the Marina and Bluewaters.

Service experience was good, our server Bhanu was made sure our requests were attended promptly and gave us good suggestions on the menu options. Our most loved preparation for the day was the Shahi Kofta and Chicken Jalfrezi. Finished our meal with a wonderful ras malai and Gulab Jamuns.

Will be back for more.

First of all Horible Service, after starter 20 mins break, after main course 20 mins break untill desert. We had set menu, in that nothing was there. One small samosa, one pc sheek kabab, one piece chicken tikka. In main course, chicken & mutton gravy with rice & roti, in desert jamoon and malai kulfi. Too Expensive, & dont go for 2 hours drink, same thing they did after every drink 20 mins break. Food was tasty but coming to drinks horrible martini and Margarita. They dont know how yo prepare cocktails.

Great food and lovely ambience. Love the breathtaking views from this place. Plenty of variety in their menu with good vegetarian options. Spice levels were really good and enjoyed their beverages. Staff was friendly but overall service was bit slow.

Excellent meal. Food was delicious, we had the set meal and everything was spot on. The view was incredible and Ashish gave top quality service.

We were at Khyber for dinner on 7th Apr'23. We tried 3 veg main course and 1 non veg main course.
The malai kofa was stale and smelling. Other dishes were also below average in taste. The gravy of all the dishes is not upto the mark. I will not recommend it.

This resturant is exceptional, one of the best indian resturants I have been to in dubai. Food just melts in your mouth and the set menu is the one to choose.
If you go to dubai, it's a must go to.absolutely brilliant.

One of my favourite indian restaurant. And mostly once in a month i visit Khyber. I love their food, they do not make like other restaurant too much drama while serving:) instead the food is really delicious and of good quality. Especially if you take their Set Menu (then u can have from everything on your plate). But still have to deduct 2 stars, as they do not allow the guests to take home the remaining food. This is absolutely no/go! Furthermore Do not go on Friday, as they have Bollywood Night and so if u do not like loud music, then definitely not the right choice.

I want to give negative ratings.

I visited in 2018, It was all good. Visited few days back for dinner and decided will never ever go back.

1. We were group of 6,5 adults one 9 year old child. We told them we will order a-la-carte for the child as he won't be able to finish the set menu and he eats too little. They said no matter what, either all of you order ala-carte or set menu. We explained it to them they kept saying only one thing "Not Possible - Restaurant Policy". Finally we decided to order veg set menu for him too and another person.

2. They had option of chicken set menu (aed 150) and another Seafood set menu (aed 200).

Two of the members are allergic to sea food and hence we decided to order for them chicken set menu and for remaining two Sea food set menu.

Again this person comes up and says as per our policy all of you have to either order chicken set menu or Seafood set menu. You cannot choose to order two different set menus. No matter how much we explained him "that the two guys are allergic to seafood" he was adamant and same answer "Not Possible - Restaurant Policy".

He gave us an option to order all four Seafood (AED 200) set menu. He will replace the seafood dishes with additional chicken dishes.

I asked him what logic does it make. His answer was same:) "Not Possible - Restaurant Policy".

Looked like, no matter what, they want the guest to order the 200 AED set menu.

3. Now to the food, they served, chicken, mutton and fish dishes. All of them had almost the same gravy. Looked like they had common gravy in which they put cooked chicken, mutton and fish on top of it.:)

4. None had even smiles on their face. It gave us an impression that management might not be treating them well and with such policies, which are beyond any logic, they had to implement it on ground.

Worst experience.

Not the perfect place to celebrate your special occassion. They are lacking in staff and very poor service on special nights on friday which they promote as drunch. We had celebrated an occassion there with 30 guests and they were not able to provide services being a fine dine restaurant. We had prefixed the menu since we had good no of guests and already visited 2 days prior and met all manager so there is no goof up, bur in the end also it did not help. We arrived at 8 pm and there was chaat corner which was on but there was only 1 chef who could serve upto 5 people at a time and then later everthing messed up. We had also included mocktails in the package but none were served. We had told them kindly serve soup and desert at the table but during the event they told us need to take from buffet which is far away from dining hall. Starters came at almost 9.30 on the table all the kids and guests were hungry. After too much complaints from 8.30 they served us starters at 9.30 and main course at 10.00 in a hurried manner. All my guests left also at 10.30 seeing the issues and preparations. Really bad service pls do not celebrate any parties or functions here ……

One of best fine fine I tried after long time. Highly recommended to try drunch on Friday. Staff is very cooperative and friendly and they helped me a lot for gluten free food. Thanks chefs omvir and nayeem. Beautiful ambience ️️

I visited this place on 24.11 only because its an Indian restaurant -has branch in Mumbai. The taste of food was not for Indian taste buds. Very disappointed with overall food experience. I even
Spoke to the Chef and got response that food is prepared as per European crowd.

The worst Indian food restaurant in dubai.prices are exorbitant and the quality of food is pathetic. They serve cold leftover food. Absolutely not recommended. No wonder the place is empty. Dont get carried away by the interiors and decor which is awesome.the person who claimed to be the chef who came to our table after complaining seemed to be totally lost and helpless. This is definitely one restaurant to be avoided.

Shocking food quality. Starters come out cold. Butter chicken was bad quality. Server over charged for a drink we didn't order. Khyber needs to reassess this Dubai outlet. Not good.

We Stayed in Dukes the Palm. Everything was nice and especially the Breakfast With the Service From Aman who was very friendly and kind. We appreciated it!

Excellent food, perfect portion sizes and the staff (particularly Ashish and Rakesh) were very helpful letting us know the vegan options on the menu. Great atmosphere and looking forward to coming back again.

Food was incredible here but the service was even better! Sous Chef Omvir personally greeted my wife and I and was ever so friendly. Ashish, Indresh and Mona were absolutely brilliant. My Wife and I were late to dinner one evening but they really took care of us and treated us like normal. Its amazing when kind staff go out of their way to make your visit extra special. We will definitely be back because of them they made us feel at home. Thank you and I hope you remember us for next time!

Probably the worst experience I’ve had in Dubai in a restaurant, hands down! A staff member was very very rude and told us to hurry up and order our mains because other people are waiting! Who does that? ! I was angry from that point onwards, it spoiled the atmosphere and ruined our night. Then when we couldn’t finish the food, we asked to take it away (hate wasting food) they flat out just said no. Shame cause the decor was lovely. Customer service was shocking!

Ambiance was good. A little dark though. Food was strictly ok. It’s not bad but lacks a lot of taste. We had the set menu and the chaat was basic, I’ve had better, starters were good, main course was not that great. The palate cleanser given was also too sweet rather than being refreshing and preparing me for main course. In the end they gave Choco lava cake with “coconut ice cream” a complete disaster for me, they don’t compliment each other. Staff was courteous but food didn’t impress me at all.

Went to Khyber for dinner with 9 people on short notice yesterday and the team did everything to still accommodate us. Service and food were great, really appreciated last night.

What a lovely place to visit! They offer a great decor, amazing view and the food is quite good. They were bit unflexible with their set menu though, but it was not the end of the world.

The worst Indian food ever in a restaurant with an amazing view, an amazing & dedicated, caring staff. The FOOD IS HORRIBLE. Feel terrible for the staff that work there.

It is located on the 15th floor of the hotel. When we went there it was beautifully breezy and cool. Excellent view od Dubai boats etc. The food was terrible. They could not even make proper daal and sang. That is all that we ordered.

The place is beautifully located the food was very good but the service really needs improvement. The serving was not synched and please ensure if you order tandoori prawns they are not raw.

Food Taste is average as per the ratings given. I visited this as it had good ratings and ambiance was good but sorry to comment food is not tasty.

I went to khyber on a quiet week night with a few friends, and I must say that I was delighted with my experience. I tried the gastronomic menu and I was very impressed with the quality of food I received. I particularly enjoyed the khyber beef dish and the meat plate. The chef even came to greet our group at the table and the service we received was exceptional. A big thank you to Jaafar Chelaifa, who also took an amazing care of us and made sure that our experience would be nothing short of exceptional. An absolute must try in Dubai.

I went there on my husband's birthday and it was worth visiting. The Makkai Tikki is worth trying. They made the birthday special with a complimentary small cake. Will visit them again.

Very good and cozy place. The service is a little slow but come with very well behaved staff. Have visited multiple times.food is good. Ambiance is worth visiting.

We have been at the Khyber in DUBAI on the 7th of october 19. The service by Rakesh was very friendly and professional! Food with it's spices and extras were made of a superb quality keeping a reasonable price even for the higher pricing standarts of Dubai.
No wishes were left and the whole family went with full bellies.
Interior couldn't be arranged nicer! It's just like a dream - well done!

This intimate and cozy restaurant is located on the 15th floor of Dukes hotel on the Palm. It seats about 64, with small tables and nice seats and has an extensive menu for Indian items. The service is very very very good, with about 3 servers who are polite and efficient with cleaning up the empty plates so more can come.

This place is so good, that I've been there three times in under a month. Each time we go, we always order the different assortments of curry; lamb, chicken and the garlic naan. Each dish is seasoned with it's own spices and herbs which come out smelling savory and appetizing, unlike other places that use the same seasoning for all dishes.

The chicken tikka are one of my favourites. The meat are seasoned with a spicy seasoning and done just right, with the skin a bit crispy and the meat juicy which makes for a heavenly delight. The glazed tender chicken are also very delectable and mouthwatering. All the flavor is kept in while grilling and goes well with a cold drink. One of my new favorites is the Masala Tea with milk to make it something of a dessert.

The prices are extremely reasonable compared to similar places in Dubai and just as good, if not better!

The food was top notch, we opted for the tandoori chicken starter, and lamb chops both were succulent, tasty and authentic, having come from Birmingham in the uk where we have a vast amount of Indian restaurants this was one of the best restaurants we ate at and the authenticity was spot on! The mains again were delightful, prawn jalfrezi was delicious and right amount of spice for us! Husband opted for lamb shank, meat was falling off the bone and sauce was just lush. Overall I must say I will give the restaurant, the food and the staff 5 stars as we thoroughly enjoyed our evening here. Thank you everyone:)

First time in Dubai. Arrived after a 15 hr flight and had an excellent fixed price 3 course meal. Great start to the vacation
Staff was very attentive explaining the menu

It all started with Booking which was very easy to go process not much waiting on the phone and instant confirmation as well.
Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted well and were offered a table kept ready for us, when we asked them to change our table it was done smoothly without any hesitancy.
We were handled by Mr. Irfan, very humble and nice gentleman who suggested us some good dishes and also guided us in the order process. Although the food took sometime to arrive the food was good in taste.
Mr Irfan did later apologise for the delay in service due to the busy hours of the restaurant. All in all a good place and highly recommended.
Don’t forget to use entertainer or Zomato if you have it will only add to your experience

Really good food and exceptional service. The chef was out to greet us too for feedback and we only had good things to say. Everything was great however the interiors could do up a renovation. The ceiling is low and the lighting / ambience not favorable for visitors to have a good long meal.

Very nice food. Service was excellent, staff polite and friendly upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Amazing atmosphere. Great service and all around an amazing restaurant definitely check out Khyber when staying in Dubai would recommend the Buttered chicken!
