Always deliver outside of booked delivery slot. Receiving things at 9.30/10 PM at night is not acceptable. I live so close to the depot too, because of this rather than deliver first to me the drivers leave it till last! Which I wouldn't complain about if it was within the booked delivery slot. Honestly time to give up on kibsons and start supporting the competition.

Placed an express delivery order and spoke to Natasha in Customer Service! I’d say the best Customer Service Rep in all these years I’ve spoken to.

Patiently understood all my requirements, noted them all, repeated it to me to make sure she wasn’t missing on anything and arranged to do the needful.

This is what exactly any customer needs after placing an order at any organization. 5 stars to Natasha for the excellent Customer Service!

50% of the vegetables I ordered where under the weight it’s showing in the app. I was noticing something was not ok so I used a precision scale to check. They scammed me big time.
This is the last time I’m ordering from this grocery shop.

Never had a issue with kibsons until recently. Don’t order the diy meal boxes as it always comes mossing items. 2nd time now. So much for convenience if they keep missing main ingredients.

Kibsons had great reputation in market since I had an interaction with the security guard I feel very disappointed. He was very rude to me. I had received an email for an interview from Kibsons International but the security guard was speaking very rudely when I asked for his name he refused tell me his name. Later he said I am busy I have to check security cameras go from here. He started to ask me if his name vacancy?

I never thought I will be humiliated this way after being given the opportunity for an interview. I had spent money and time to go there.

Basically we all need a job but I didn't have any intention to disturb anyone. But no one deserves a humiliation.

I visited their premises on 14/03/2022 8: 52 am to be precise.

I strongly advise avoid going there no one deserves be be ashamed for seeking a job opportunity. And they need to work on their staff's customer services.

They always send rotten vegetables and fruits, and they don’t answer when you call the customer service

Sorry to say Kibsons management takes to much time form empolys first they say 12 hours duty then we need to work 14 to 16 hours and then they don't oay me i work daily around 14 hours for 8 days
