We love it here, the staff are so friendly and really try to connect with the kids.
Lovely venue with a good variety of different activities to occupy your child, the ball and sensory room is brillant. Highly recommend.

I had my son’s 3rd birthday at KIDS HQ, on last week. Rons did a great job on the day by coordinating the event and making the event a success, ensuring everything ran smoothly and joyful.
And also I would like to thank Marco, who was the decorator making the arrangement as I wish.
My son and his friends had a great time. And also I would like recommend the place for kids as it’s very safe and secure to them without any injury or danger.

We loved the place, we had our son's birthday here and it was our first visit.
The play area is really good for kids and entertainment is also good.
The entertainment team specially Party hosts Argee and Elly
Their birthday packages are also good in terms of price and what you get for the money. They give good attention to all kids attending.

Having been to many soft plays in Dubai, Kids HQ is my favourite. It may not have the biggest equipment but here are the reasons why I love it:
- the staff are hands down the best soft play staff in Dubai. They always engage with the children, sing, dance, put on the bubble machine - it’s lovely. Special mention to Alsin for always being so joyful! Our son loves coming to see you.
- the soft play is in a room which is bright with natural light (which makes a difference when some feel like you’re in a dungeon).
- it’s very reasonably priced (especially if you use the Kidzapp for deals)
- always lots of parking outside (although you need to pay)
- nice cafe area
Overall, always a lovely experience!

They are least bothered about the safety of the kids as the place is over crowded with back to back parties! They don't bother to check about the kids getting mixed up with other parties! Really disappointing they should give a gap of 30 mins between the parties to avoid this! But who cares they need money! I would not recommend this place!

It’s really nice and clean. The staffs are amazing too, except the lady from reception, she’s tall, long hair and from Philippines. She is really rude and she’s not friendly to the kids. She’s grumpy all the time.

The place is spacious, clean but the highlight and life of the place is Alsin. He interacts/ plays with kids and just has a charisma and a way with them… Im very impressed! No other soft play in Dubai has an Alsin. Thanks to him my kid was so entertained I could just sit back and relax. Thanks Alsin you’re awesome! Do you babysit freelance?

Three cheers for this awesome venue, best birthday place for kids. I celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday yesterday.the whole staff was so coperative and talented.party was full of activities and fun.the moment we enter this place, we were awestruck by the colourful vibes and ambience.awesome decor by the staff, we chose a unicorn theme for the party and they did full justice to it.

Nice place with average service. Friends celebrated their son's birthday here. I think there are plenty of better arcades in Dubai.

I randomly found Kids HQ as my 2yr son Ramsey was doing an independent camp at the venue.
Whilst I was there for that, I quickly realised what a fabulous place it was. Excellent facilities for kids to run around & play, and burn off some energy in a safe & clean environment. Small enough for you to keep an eye on them & sip a coffee at the same time from the cafe.
Their own Kids HQ camp was going on simultaneously & I saw how amazing the staff were, & how well looked after the kids were. And they were having an absolute ball to boot.
I decided to go for it the following week. We have loved every minute. The staff are exceptional! The camp leader Belle & the others Elsa, Julie & Alsin were so kind, caring & fun! My son had the best time & didn’t want to leave at the end of the day. It was well priced & the other kids were so friendly & welcoming.
It’s made our holidays great fun & we’ve really enjoyed meeting the whole team. It was also very good value for money - so rare in Dubai.
I wouldn’t think twice about going back there, still hoping to go back again.
Final mention to the thoughtful managers at reception & the cafe who’s names I don’t know but made sure we were well looked after at all times.

Kids HQ is fabulous in terms of kid’s entertainment and play. The staff are extremely child friendly and genuinely involve in playing with and keeping your children happy and safe. Their party games are entertaining and fun not only for kids but for the parents as well. If you choose to organise your child’s birthday party here the staff go all out to make the day memorable and are very willing to listen and accommodate your requests. The environment here is cosy and warm making it perfect to bring your family and friends to celebrate your child’s special occasion. A grand salute to Eliza, Alsin and Mr. Bell who made our child feel special on His Birthday. The owners of Kids HQ deserve a special word for their passion to treat Children’s entertainment with the personal attention and care it deserves and not a mere money spinning factory as many play areas these days are sadly doing. If you want to celebrate your child’s birthday in a special, unique and pocket- friendly manner I certainly recommend this place from my own personal experience.

Totally not recommended and overpriced based on the service we got
We booked for our daughter birthday a week ago and we regret the day we dealt with this place, managment team were unprofessional in every single part of party coordination, many mistakes and we had to be involved to make it work, altough we came a day before and reconfirmed all details

On the otherhand place is safe and cozy (for single hour play below 5 yrs old) and party staff were nice

Unfortunately my 10 year old was too big to enjoy the play area. It’s more appropriate for those aged between 1-8
They have party packages and a small cafe with sitting area and tables where you can watch the kids in front of you.
PAid parking is in front of the building.
Entrance is a bit tricky where you enter inside the front door of Toy corner store, then take the elevator on the right to go directly up to the play place.

The best play area in Dubai for us. The staff is brilliant, they always play and dance with kids. We feel like home there!

Had hosted my 6 year old's birthday party, kids enjoyed and so did the parents. Ms. Elis and her team are no doubt excellent!

Absolutely love this place. It is so relaxed and never too crowded. The staff is SO friendly and my clingy kids get comfortable to play with them while I have to take a call or get some work done! They have food options and mediocre coffee and I keep telling them to get better wifi, but it’s all forgiven by how friendly they are.

I love this place. We always go there for play dates and I just had my daughter’s birthday there. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The decoration was so good, Eliza is very good with the kids and everybody else are so nice. Highly recommend!?

I celebrated my kids’ birthday last weekend in Kids HQ. It exceeded my expectations in everything. Kids had so much fun. Its clean and spacious. Eliza did a great job in organising the party and in entertaining the kids, she is really the best ;)

Kids HQ not only holds a beautiful and safe play area for kids and toddlers, but also has the best team I have encountered in a long time! Eliza and her team organized my daughter's second birthday and to make the long story short, they made our lives super easy getting this party set! They were so accommodating, flexible and pleasant to work with! We had the best party for our little Klara and for that I can't thank them enough:)

I love doing my children’s birthday parties at Kids HQ thanks to the amazing team. They create a fun and safe environment for all the children to enjoy themselves. For my daughter’s last birthday party, Eliza went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect- from the decoration to the entertainment. Thank you Eliza and team for a great day!

Located in barsha1, this place is easy to locate. Ample of rta car parking outside makes it easy to go to this fun filled, neat n clean, spacious n colorful play area that cant b missed.
Time to time there are lot of activities and workshops being held as well. It was aed 35/hr and the place has a nice cozy cafeteria to sip n enjoy small bites while kids are busy playing.
Friendly, cheerful staff is happy to hang around with kids to keep them easy.
There is a very cute stage set up done n has small plastic swing n a slide n a wooden horse area for smallies to enjoy.
They have a seperate room where events are held n treats from barakat helps u to keep clinged even more. Ice lolly n frsh juices cant b missed!
Last but not the least, dont forget to carry a pair of socks else you'll end up buying from there!

It was my sons’s 5th birthday and we had an amazing experience, everythingg is very well organized, the kids and even parents had a great time. Entertainment for kids is amazing and the decoration and theme was really nice. I really loved the entire team was super helpful especially Eliza who made it an amazing experience for us

Very nice place for birthday parties and playing area with variety of mazes; there is a restaurant too where you enjoy your coffee while seeing the kids play too.

A very clean restaurant is available with child friendly menu to opt from.

The lady at the reception may need some training on handling basic guest queries in regards to their outlet.

It’s a nice and busy place, need to book a place because there a lot of kids. Super reasonable prices. Also adults can book a desk in a quiet room to work (co-working) while your kids are playing in the soft area or do some development classes

My son has been injured by an other kid with some face marks, other kid’s mother attacked me instead of calming down her son. I defended myself and my son, after this mother played as a victim in front of the owner. The owner requested me to leave me and my children, it’s inadmissible it’s a shame my son was just a victim! I don’t recommend this place even if employees are kind but the owner didn’t take her responsibilities and didn’t act in the right way!

The staff make the difference in this lovely establishment. The equipment is very clean and sanitised daily. Great fun for toddlers.

The staff make the place feel like a home. The centre is super clean. The coffee and cafe in general are incredible. The kids always have a wonderful time which means the parents do too!

One of my daughter’s favorite indoor playgrounds in Dubai. Spacious and with variety of slides, trampolines etc.parents can either join the kids or sit by the cafe while kids are entertained by staff members.

It a very nice place, with plenty of activities for toddlers, we enjoy our time there.the 3 Stars are because the receptionist was not helpful and she seems to be bored to be there, she is not welcoming at all.

The staff of a children place should warm, welcoming and nice.

Highly recommended to call before reaching there. Not a single child, no music, no staff around.silent and depressive. It used to be a very lively and fun place, but I guess because of corona is just one more dead business in town. Sadly it is. I had to pay two hours for my child to enjoy 20 minutes and ask me to go to another play area.

Not very organized and not friendly receptionists. They do random temperature checks (not for everyone).
Also the hygiene level leaves something to be desired. I saw that cleaner washed the mop in the bathroom sink and left it without cleaning. Obviously small kids will touch it with their hands and spread the germs. There must be a special bucket for washing the mop.

I 've been taking my 5yr old son to this play area for years and I have to say that they have the most amazing staff. They are full of energy, fun, most interactive and caring with kids of all ages. The manager who always puts the children's wellbeing on the first place, never goes out of the way to meet you and is very cooperative. My son always has fun, make new friends and enjoys playing here. For mums and dads they have a nice place where you can have your coffee and chitchat with your friends while your kid is having a great time. Even if you come alone, it's very easy to connect with other mums as well. Go check them out! It's really worth it

Hands down the best play area in dubai! My kids enjoys it very much. The staff are really friendly and they know the kids by name; this is how much they care about the children specially Alison. I only trust this place for my kids during these circumstances. Clean, organized, plenty of space for the kids to run and play. They also have summer camp which is amazing. Highly recommended. I would give it more than 5 stars if i could. Well done! Lovely place!

Excellent staff who play and entertain kids. Clean environment and not crowded. I was really impressed—especially with the price (50 AED an hour).

We had a terrible experience at Kids HQ! A child vomited in the soft play climbing area within the first 30 mins and while the mess was cleaned up, the child was allowed to stay playing in the ball pit & climbing around with vomit on his arm and top. We were expected to pay full price for the privilege with barely an apology.
Coffee was luke warm and awful too.

I like that there is a Cafe section to do work while kids play and at non busy hours it's better. But busy periods IS Madness. They had 3 birthday parties going on at the same time and it was crazy. The birthday party we went to was good but birthday host I found just wasted time playing the same dance game for 10 minutes.

Very nice place. Playing area is big enough for kids to enjoy for a few hours. People who work there are very cheerful and pleasant. Birthdays are wonderful and everybody there are very cooperative. My daughter and her friends loved it.

Hi.i took my doughter first time today.inwas happy to seenthe big fun playground. I just think it needs a bit soft music for kids or it makes d all place cold and weird. Then the problem happen when my doughter tells me she is hungry. They have a sign it says no food or drink allow. (why not?). Then for respect tond rules i order a pizza.so low quality expensive and smalllllll.for10 dhs. (by d way the fries are way more expensive. 17!). Lets talk about the poor quality coffe. I order a capuccino.it tast like cup of milk with a tear of coffe.i asked for change.well the nice lady made it better.
If you will provide good and not allow us to have ours at leats make the good that you are selling affordoble and /or good value for the price.i took a pic with my hand next to d pizza to compare size.the same

The place is nice and the staff, I don’t get some of the reviews are so stupid they want to much but don’t want to pay, specially the Ahmed that had 18month child what in the world has a mind like letting their baby run around and blaming the staff, and the lady that said that the place was a scam shame on you, I’ve been in the place and all the staff are nice and kind! I’m giving the place justice. Some people only Give misleading review to make it look bad.

Nice cafe for parents, you can see almost entire play area. Play area is nice and large, it also looks cleaner then other play areas. Thanks to not being in a mall it's also not that crowded with kids. I don't know what it's like over there in a slow day, too empty maybe? Is that a bad thing? I don't think so personally. In any case weekends are quite manageable. I think this is also an ideal place to have your kids birthday party. Parking is paid and can be a bit hard to find at busy times. Just wait, there are always people leaving stores around.

Do not trust this place. They scammed us with my son’s birthday to take more money than actual kids who attended the party. Very unorganized and manager their is rude.

Lunch for the birthday party never came as it seems they forgot to order it!

Kids from 6 months to 12 years old can enjoy.
