The place is way overpriced. Almost 100 drh for one hour for 1 child, toys that are not too clean and were used enormous times ‍

Positives: nice place for children birthday parties, lots of activities for children. Spacious for 20-30 people. Well maintained place. Staff was very entertaining during the party. They also decorate and have themes as per your request.
Negatives: the birthday event I attended had a time limit is just 2 hours. Perhaps this can be adjusted.

I recommend to only take your child there if you’re absolutely out of options. It’s really chaotic, dirty, the music is too loud, they give the toddlers cotton candy (pure sugar) & popcorn (chocking hazard), the soft play area is really dark and the toys are old / broken. It’s unsupervised by parents or staff so older kids push & hurt younger/smaller children. The nannies & the staff are busy talking & no one is really paying attention. Too expensive for what it is.

Sodt play area is completely dark and HOT. My son was soo scared to play on the trampoline as it was soo dark.
Play area is supposedly divided into small corners. However all toys are mixed up and we couldn't manage to find toys related to any pretend play corner.
Staff were sweet nevertheless.
However u can tell that its a very unorganised and not very neat place. It was our first time and unfortunately I doubt we will go there again.

The gate was not supervised and I saw a toddler running outside the place crying asking for her mom. This is SOOO SCARY for mom's who lave their kids alone there. I had to alert the staff that this particular child was left unsupervised and almost left the place ALONE

Terrible. Dirty! Place is extremely small and unkempt. The soft play area is very dark, not enough lighting and tucked away in the back where you can’t watch your child.
Toys are random and incomplete, old and worn and very dirty.
Many nannies there were barefoot and staff did not reinforce the need for socks. Long black hairs on the play mats.
Diaper changing area is just a shelf in a corner, no privacy. Toddler potty also sitting in the open in a corner, no doors or sink to wash after.
Expensive for what it is and they charge for infants!
AVOID! Worst kids place I’ve been to.

My daughter love this place. I can leave my kid here and enjoy shopping at Dubai mall. I know this is safe place for my kid. Also they have art classes where children create their little masterpieces!

First time we went there my kid got a virus and had fever for 3 days, the second time we went he got hand, foot and mouth! The place needs the toys cleaning including soft toys such as bears and dolls.

I celebrated my daughters birthday in kids zone and I must say it was worth it. The whole team managed very well right from the decor, the activities, the games. They were very prompt with no delays. So if you want to sit back and relax while the celebration is taken care of.then this is your place. Surely a 5 star

Clean and tidy play area. Unfortunately staff are miserable, no interaction with the any of the kids. I would never leave my kids here unattended. Air con was switched off and the kids were all sweating and hot until one of the mothers made a fuss and then they turned it on! One member of staff watching movies on her phone loud and the others busy using kids art area to make halloween decoration, everytime my son would try to touch anything they would tell him no they never looked up once to interact. At 70dhs per hour i expect as minimum a smile!

Amazing Place in Downtown Dubai, to me this is the best playarea in Dubai. The playarea is clean, the staff is very attentive, we celebrated our daughters birthday party there and all my friends kids asked to do their birthdays there too as it was magical and exactly like imagined as well as flexible. The coffee morning is a great price aed 60 for 2 hours play and staff dances with the kids. Other days of the week they have playgroup and classes for parents and kids. Its a must visit place!

I had intentions to make my son's party there because I always go for Bright Minds class there but the service of the staff is so poor. I will change the class location the next term.

Every Monday morning, 9am-1pm play 60aed for 2hrs play with coffe and croissant or muffins (which are supermarket products, and keep in the store room, nest to cleaning products, I definitely think they should look into where the food and cleaning products are kept.otherwise it's 45aed/hr
was not impressed, stuff should tight their long hair in a bun as kids are playing on the floor, and their hair was all over the place
