Difficult to find but well worth the wait. The ambiance is great and the service was next level. Had their hotpot and couldn't stop eating!

Good offers available. Had an exceptional experience and the ambiance in the restaurant is so good. The staff are very supportive and suggest good options. Received vanilla ice cream for my younger sister after the dinner.

Amazing food! There is a wide selection of food. Everything is freshly made. Our tummies are very satisfied! Kudos to the staff and special shout out to Raquel who has been very helpful and accommodating:) keep it up! We will definitely come back soon!

Authentic Japanese food with intriguing ambience, delectable sushi and warm hospitality. It was our first experience with Japanese cuisine, and now they have earned a loyalist. Go for it!

First time to an authentic Japanese hotpot. Amazing service, lovely interior for pictures. We got the A4 beef hotpot for 4, California rolls, and matcha and vanilla ice cream.

Good place. But i walked in with my authentic-perspective expectations high. I realized after trying 4 dishes that the only authentic thing about this place is probably the decoration (and name of course). Bottom line: good place to try but if u r really looking for authenticity, find somewhere else.

Kimuraya Restaurant in Sheraton Creek branch is a must have Japanese food you need to try. They have an amazing food and the staff are all very welcoming especially Cris.

We used WeChat promotion 150 AED for unlimited lamb hotpot, we have 4 adults and one 5 years kid, the lamb is good. The salmon is good, but they served us too slow, only one lamb one time, and I feel like they don’t want to give us more meat, I was upset about their service, if they don’t want us to eat more meat, why you offer this WeChat promotion? The food is good but the experience is bad. The waitress attitude is bad. Not like other Japanese restaurants. Very disappointed.

Food was great. All the more the services of their very hospitable wait staff. Special mention to Angel who was our server. Very good service. My family and I enjoyed our dinner.

My friends and I had great time in this restaurant. The food is commendable. Food is fresh and authentic Japanese food taste. The staff are also very friendly and always there to assist. Overall the I would recommend Kimuraya.

The food was perfect, really authentic Asian fare. The hot pot Australian wagyu unlimited meal hits the spot for 3 or 4 people. Good service, lovely ambiance, very helpful staff. Thank you to our servers, Jenna, Kai and especially Roma - you ladies were amazing!

I love Japanese food and I am certain that they have better dishes but the stuff I had should not be in any restaurant’s menu.

Here is all I had and my humble opinion on it:

dragon rolls 7/10 It was the best dish of the night. I liked them quite a bit

Wagyu menchi katsu 2/10 a very boring, bad mill of the run tasting like dish. I didn’t expect much but honestly it exceeded my lowest expectation.

Yakitori Platter 4/10 Okay but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Tsukune Moriawase 3/10 I’d say skip this one the same mediocre tsukune with different condiments on top.

Unagi Kabayaki 1/10 absolutely dreadful this might be the worst unagi ever.

Paitan-Miso 0/10 I kid you not it’s the only noodles dish I ever wanted to stop eating after the first bite. And when ordering I’ve changed my mind and have told the waitress to cancel it and ordered the tsukemen instead but somehow she might’ve misheard me but I decided to make nothing out of it as I was counting the seconds to get out one of the most disappointing dining experiences in my life.

I don’t know why or how does a restaurant menu’s have 46 pages that’s just absurd and no one could retain quality over all the items it’s beyond impossible. Many are not worthy of being in restaurants so people will have very different experiences they might dine in the best Japanese restaurant in Dubai or it might be the worst and they may fall in the middle.unfortunately I fell at the very bottom of that spectrum and will probably never give it a second chance because of the sheer amount of Japanese restaurants I would like to try and the few I love. I thought about it giving it another star but honestly I couldn’t bring myself to I didn’t like the ambience the service was nothing more than acceptable, the tables were dirty.

Amazing restaurant. Their Tuna sushi Platter was excellent and I had the best Chicken Katsu Curry here.

Nice food and good ambiance, food was very authentic according to my Japanese friend. First time trying Motsunabe which is kind of hard to find outside of Japan was lovely.
It didn’t actually look like てっちゃん to be honest but taste and texture exactly were like the one.

We visited this place today. I was mesmerized with how the place was built up, the interiors, and the comfortable set up. We tried different dishes but really felt in love with their sushi rolls. They tasted amazing. We surely will be back again. Thanks also for the lovely service. We will try the wagyu bbq buffet next!
