I booked for 15 people last month for my birthday with my staff.
Absolutely food was amazing. It’s my 4th times here so I know that the food here is quality.

I was not expecting that when you booked a lot, service will be slow and disappointing. It was not organized.
I think that when you booked for a lot of people, you are expecting a better service.

Staff were idk. They were too slow and just because I booked a lot of people, doesn’t mean you will tell me and my employees, that you will just bring whatever we have. It’s a buffet so they have the right to obviously choose what they like.

We keep waiting and waiting for another order. It was not so organized at all. My driver keep waiting for his friend rice for 1 hour. Give the poor man his friend rice please. That’s all he was requesting.

The food was consistent and still so tasty.

I think that, better to just book, 2 people. You will have a better service.

I had dinner with friends and ordered unlimited A5 wagyu yakiniku.
Everything's delicious. Price was worth it. And the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

It has been on of our favorite restaurants. The staff is amazing and the service is very quick. The BBQ and Sake are a great combination and our server, Princess was amazing!

Thank you for the warm hospitality as always! We come from Marina, Silicon Oasis, Business Bay, all the way to Creek for the best BBQ deal.

The staff gave a very warm welcome upon entry. My dad and I were allowed to sit at our preferred table. The Japanese music that was playing in the background added to the very Japanese ambiance of Kimura-ya.

We enjoyed our unlimited A5 Japanese Wagyu BBQ and the side dishes such as egg wagyu soup, foil steamed salmon, foil steamed potato butter cheese, Calpis + Sprite drink, among others.

Special mention to their amazing wait staff, Ritchell, who had a vibrant personality. All the other staff wore smiling faces too which made our dining experience much comfortable?

Moreover, the Japanese head chef graced us with his presence and personally handed one serving of marinated beef wagyu

Lastly, we were able to try their kimonos and yukata. I'm sure that the fun experience that we had were captured in the attached photos. Will surely go back to this branch in winter

First time in Kimura-Ya and you guys also have to go! Food was splendid, their BBQ is to die for. It was fire! Service we received was excellent. The staff made us feel welcomed and Kris (our server) was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Plus they gave me an amazing yukata experience. Would like to come back again and again.

It’s our first time to visit Kimura-ya… Their food selection is great, our family tried the wagyu, sushi, karaage & salad. Super worth it & price is not questionable at all… Friendly din staff & very accomodating. Thank you Katrina, for the warm welcome & good service!

The food is super delicious! The beef is certified top grade and high quality! We enjoyed their wide range of food a lot! The ambiance and service is also very good… Ms. Kristel is very accomodating and attentive. She always make sure our table is always full of food and she gave us complimentary ice cream at the end! The wagyu beef bbq is superb with its very delicious sauce and lots of side dishes to choose from. Their service is excellent specially Katrina and Kristel, very accommodating and friendly. They are very attentive to our needs. They even give us complimentary food and help us in our yukata experience. Will definitely recommend this to our friends.

Our hostess princess was absolutely delightful, she recommended everything perfectly! The wagyu beef, the hot butter corn, kimchi and the sushi were all to die for! They specialise in the beef, I highly recommend sticking to the wagyu. For the sake the sparkling sake is delicious!

The hype is real. Kimura-ya is one of the restaurants that has best-tasting Japanese food in Dubai. It's evident that their chefs are on top of their game and that they use the best quality ingredients. We ordered their ala carte dishes and even if the servings are massive, we devoured every bit on each plate! Everyhting was unforgettably delicious. We loved how all the staff were excited to greet and welcome customers in Japanese. Everyone was very pleasant and we felt very comfortable. Special thanks to our server Kristel who was very warm and efficient. Best to enjoy the outdoors when you get there. We will come back next time to try the hotpot/barbecue!

Me and my friend has taken our dinner, that is not the first time as we are regular customer, the service is amazing with princess and the rest of staff, we did enjoyed and we recommend people to go there.

A good place to go if you are craving Japanese food. They have this amazing all you can eat wagyu + sides offer that we really enjoyed (no drinks or desserts included). I don't know if this offer is always available or if it was a summer deal though.

The only negative I can tell is that the desserts were kinda disappointing. FYI at the end bill they charge a service fee, which I guess is ok, but I don't see it in many restaurants in Dubai.

This cozy restaurant has left the very best impressions! Hospitable hosts (christelle and stephanie), scrumptious dishes, lovely presentation, broad and fantastic food record. I like to recommend to everybody! I want to come again! Btw its our 4-5x this month to visit this resto! Hehehehe

We celebrated my sisters bday here yesterday, its a thumbs up for the authentic japanese food and wonderful ambiance (japan feels). The service is also great, very friendly and accomodating especially to this 2 ladies (Katrina and Kristel) who serves us.

Their ramen is so yummy! A must try dishes from Kimuraya the staffs were all friendly and professional. The most memorable part is when they allowed us to wear a yukata for free and take some pictures for our memory.ahhh.kawaii.arigatoo gozaimasu

We had the BBQ in the outside area. It's charcoal BBQ, which I prefer, where other places is usually electric.

Shirley was very helpful and attended to our every need. The food from chef Juanito was excellently prepared and was cooked to our preference. It's not easy to find a japanese place that serves both raw and cooked dishes impeccably, but Kimuraya in Sheraton Creekside is able to do so with ease. This is a must try guys, and the offers are all year round.

My husband and I had an amazing experience. We had dinner on my birthday and it was worth every penny. Food was great, staff were efficient and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We went for the wagyu bbq in the evening. The first few dishes of wagyu beef were amazing and very good quality (melting in your mouth). But later on the quality of beef was completely different. Especially the last set of beef we received, we could not eat as it was super chewy. Quality control please:)
