Recently visited Kindcare for a check-up. I received the kind of treatment you don’t usually get at a hospital but rather somewhere luxurious. Amazing clinic. I’ve been suffering from elbow pain for months which had stopped me from training completely. I seen 8 different therapists and nothing was working. After 3 visits here I’m ready to hit the gym again. Can’t say thanks enough.

I should say that the clinic is absolutely incredible, Professional staff and is very clean! The care I receive at kind care clinic helps me to reduce the pain and headache all the time … if I skip a session on one of the weeks I can feel it for a couple of days so I go immediately to a session with Vini (massage therapists)! I highly recommend this clinic from all aspects considering the very modern and new equipment’s they have!

Loved the energy and the vibe as I entered into the reception area. The ladies are lovely, warm and welcoming, very informative which is a plus and responsive. Dr. Kristina is an expert at what she does and is very well versed when it comes to her specialization and she has extensive knowledge which is a plus plus when it comes to matters of the skin and body.

I was in so much pain when i entered the clinic. Met Dr Smirnova. She was gentle and understood exactly what i was going through. When i walked out I was happy and knowing i have a good dentist made my pain go away. I’ll have to see her again but i know i m in good hands. She is a bundle of joy and blessings to her.

I am a patient at this clinic for over 1 years for an orthodontic treatment and implant. They are very flexible with scheduling, the facility is super clean and tidy, staff is friendly and easy to talk to. All in all, pretty happy with the result!
Big kudos to Dr. Yuliana for an excellent treatment! She was always available to answer my questions and to listen for feedback, and made sure I was always satisfied with the process. Funny enough, I never saw her face during this period! She always had a mask and never compromised, which goes to show her commitment to safety!

I have always found it difficult to find a proper dermatologist until I came across Dr. Kristina at KindCare. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Never have I met someone so friendly, welcoming and heart-warming. I was anxious at first, but after I walked into her room, she put my mind at ease. Thank you Dr. Kristina. I don’t usually say this, but going to a hospital can be fun if everyone was more like her.

They use your situation in need to make you the price to make them rich!

Great clinic with friendly staff, everything is well organised and people seem to know exactly what they are doing. I have been going here for relax massage (with Sreejith) and GP checkups (with Dr. Alexander). I have been to several clinics and this is the one I had the best experience at. Absolutely recommend.

Kind Care Medical Centre is the best clinic where we get not only a great health care service but also we found our family doctor - doctor Sklyarov Aleksandr. He is the best doctor for our family, he treated my son’s leg injury after a sport trauma, my back issues are now in the past thanks to Dr. Aleksandr, my husband and my mum also been treated by Dr. Aleksandr and we are all very happy that we found this Clinic and this Doctor. I highly appreciate the excellent medical service provided by KindCare Medical Center together with a team of very Professional Doctors with helpful and friendly Medical Staff. Last week i took my child there as he was showing low academic performance which was well treated by Dr. Aida. Upon searching I get to know that she’s the only Micro-Current Reflexologist in Dubai, and by her treatment my kid is getting better day by day. I’m so happy that i found her, she’s doing the work from her heart, was caring and concerned, friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service!
I was so very thankful for the excellent care we received.

I came to Kindcare after reading all the reviews, trusting that I can rely on the expertise and treatments here but I must say I was not satisfied at all.booked for Cupping Therapy at 12pm and upon reaching, I was told to wait and wait and finally after 20minutes of waiting they told me the dr is still handling other patient. No apologies mentioned. They gave me option to go to the beach at 12pm Noon in 40 degree heat! Told them I'll find a place to sit just call me whenever the dr is done.

They rang me after 20min and I reached there only to wait for more! It was 1pm when I was finally seen by the nurse. The dr herself was okay, she recommended other treatments for my low back symptom, she did the cupping and completed the treatment, but no explanation whatsoever or what to do next. That was somewhat not reassuring.

Otherwise the place is clean, most staff were welcoming and good parking spot.

Fantastic staff, great environment, a real therapeutic experience. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommended

And my main review purpose is Dr Kristina. I would say she is one of the best doctors I ever met in Dubai during my 9 years here - competent, intelligent, attentive, knows how to explain in simple words and in details without loading with excessive medical terms.what a treasure!

One of best kids friendly clinic I had ever visited. Excellent place with very professional Doctors and friendly staff! When I took my nice along, staff over there kept him with good care and entertained the entire time, while I was getting my treatment done. Very disappointed with the level of service and care they give their patients. To being a loyal and repeat customer for over a year will be the last time I visit. Without any notice upon arrival to the clinic they tell you the package you paid for is expired! Never again.

The first time I came to the clinic was because a friend recommended it to me three years ago and to this day it is my favorite clinic. The name of the clinic speaks for itself. Already from the doorstep of KindCare you feel the care and helpfulness of the staff. You hear relaxing music, which makes you fall into this relaxing calm and safe atmosphere. From the first moment you realize that your visit is important to them and that you came to the right place, where they will not leave you without a highly trained professional. They work together like the mechanism of the Swiss watch. There is not one unnecessary move. No hassle amongst staff starting from reception ending with the doctors. I fully trust the professionalism of any of the doctors working there, which are assisted by the latest technology. Not once did the sense of trust towards the fact that my life and health are in safe hands leave me. Also I do not just love KindCare, I am proud that a clinic like this one exists in Dubai, with such professionals and I am a patient there. I wish you all the success and grateful patients.

Actually, Kind care is not a clinic, there are your friends and familiy who take care of you with love. I came to the Kindcare medical center to improve my physical state-I was so exhausted with my everyday stress. I took a course of intravenous vitamin therapy and a course of ozon therapy. Doctor Lilia is so kind and so professional! She can answer any question. She is a great and talented doctor. She takes care of her patients day and night. As I was so weak in the beginning of course she asked by phone how I feel in late evening and in the early morning. If I felt not good she gave me advice what I should do to feel better. The result of the cure was impressive! At the end of my course I felt so good as if I was born again) by the way, my friend also took the treatment and also became more healthy and energized. Now I know: if I have any trouble with my health in Dubai I will address only to Kind care clinic. Dr. Kristina helped me to improve my skin condition after low quality of laser treatment which I did in very famous clinic in Dubai. We are using PRP and laser (good ones).
I’ m so inspired by PRP treatment results.
Kind Care clinic use the best quality of products for PRP treatment which is extremely important for final results.
With Dr. Alexander I did physiotherapy and shockwave to decrease the sizes of hunchback and reduce a pain in hips after pregnancy.
