Highly recommend KCH especially the maternity and obstetrics ward, where the medical team and facilities are outstanding. We received invaluable guidance, support and reassurance in navigating the early hours and days of parenthood. Most notably from Dr. Amaya, Dr. Gowri, Franny and Mary Grace.

Recently we also visited Dr. Sabeen who patiently listened to our journey so far and guided us on the next steps in our feeding journey.

We heard about Dr. Aparna and her team from a friend, and they definitely did not disappoint. We were very nervous about meeting the doctor who perhaps one day will guide us through our journey of becoming a family. The minute we walked into Dr. Aparna’s office we were greeted with a lot of positive energy, and immediately we were relaxed. Dr Aparna and Rajalekshmi took the time to get to know us as a couple and as individuals, they made sure to get all our histories, listen to all our insecurities, answer all our questions big or small. In the end she assured us that we were in this together. We definitely left the hospital feeling like a part of their family.

We want to highlight the amazing job the Kings Hospital medical staff did today to help my daughter Valeria feel so much better, special recognition to Lloyd who went over and beyond to make her time at hospital was so much easier and tranquil. I ran away from American hospitals and came to King’s. The entire team is amazing, thanks to Camille! She is an angel! Also Leya, words cannot describe how much your energy lifted me. I never write reviews but since this is a hospital, i felt the need to mention that i have never been so disappointed in their full time Doctors. I have seen 3 different full time doctors of theirs for different things and they are very unprofessional and only try to sell you without communication.

Worst experience with a Private Hospital in UAE. Completely disorganized. We struggled to get through the process in every single step. I totally understand if it was of a free public hospital, but it’s not acceptable from an expensive Clinic. Who ranked this place positively doesn’t know how good is the healthcare in UAE.

Terrible terrible service. My daughter swallowed a magnet and we went to the ER, they were so casual about it! No one informed the duty doctor. It was terrible and cost us big time!

This is probably the best place to het vaccinated. And I would like to mention the nurse, Ronn Dilao for being the nicest nurse I’ve meet here in the UAE. Job well done, Kabayan!

This is my best experience in hospital ever. I booked yearly body checking. Mr Farhan made it very very personalized journey for me. The way how they arrange the whole check is very easy, convenient and time saving. I don’t have to worry about anything, everybody in this hospital has professional attitude makes me feel like they really care about the patient. It is very pleasant one. Next year i will do my body checking with Mr Farhan in this hospital again. ️

I really want to thank Dr. Imtiyaz Khan for being a dedicated, professional and compassionate doctor that i have ever visited. We took our Newborn last week to the emergency of King's college and were attended by him. His attention to detail is impeccable as he listened to us thoroughly, understood the problem and addressed each and every question with patience. We came home relaxed after our visit. I would highly recommend him for your newborn.

This place combines the best of the British National Health Service with the state of the art facilities you’d expect from any hospital in Dubai.

These are expert doctors with fabulous communication skills, smart nurses who care about you, and even motivated and helpful Adminstration staff.

Due props to Dr Emran Khan, consultant endocrinologist, and the lovely Dr Beena Hameed, who both catalysed my considerable weight loss too!

I now am willing to travel further to go to Kings’ College Hospital than some of the other closer places I used to go to before.

Not suitable for PCR at all they ask you to fill so many forms all asking for the same information and take long time to register

I visited the physiotherapy department of King’s College Hospital in Dubai and specifically I was treated by Dr Arsenio Dela Cruz as I have an issue with my lower back and I wanted to get back in doing some sports. I had only five sessions with him. It was obvious from the start that he has great knowledge on his field and he acted in a professional way as he made questions to understand the situation, he asked me to do specific movements in order to evaluate my condition and he immediately knew what he needed to do. He has been approachable as I felt comfortable to ask any question and on the following sessions, he ensured that I was doing properly the exercises he recommended to do at home for strengthening. He has been positive yet realistic in his approach. All that, helped me reassess my perception of my situation and that gave me a lot of confidence. Now I have started doing sports and everything works fine!

Excellent orthopedic division. It is a very late review however I’d like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the amazing physiotherapy which took more than a year with more than 50 sessions with Blair (Arthur Agero). No doubt Blair is the best occupational therapist in Dubai and I was blessed to be his patient. I had a severe accident during a bicycle race 2 years ago and fractured my left hand metacarpals. After 3 surgeries and the great care from Blair, I am fully recovered and thankful for King’s Hospital and all people at the Orthopedic Division.

Have been a patient of Dr. Emran since a year now, my thyroid is in good condition and i have lost a lot of weight due to his consultation and recommendation. I was pre diabetic and had hypothyroidism aswell, he treated it and i am off medication but i regularly visit him to keep my blood levels in check.

We had a very bad experience with Dr Mukkadezs Oksuz: After waiting for an hour - despite being 15 minutes earlier to check in as requested - the doctor reacted very rude and unprofessional. This was our first and definitely last experience with King's College Hospital. The whole waiting and reception area was overcrowded and I heard other patients asking why they have to wait an hour. Overall I felt like being on a busy train platform than in a hospital, which leaves the impression that this is all about money and not patient care. Very unprofessional time and patient management! Not recommended at all!

My experience with Dr Esra Mejid and her team was absolutely wonderful. I travelled from the UK to Dubai with the hope of finding a gynaecologist that genuinely wants to help and see me improve.

I’ve been suffering with my problem for the past 6 years - UK medical system didn’t help at all and discouraged me in every way. I always come out crying after meeting any gynaecologist and have spent so much money in London to find any way that could help.

Seeing the hard work and the dedication of the team in Kings College Hospital Dubai is overwhelming. On the other hand, what do I say about Dr Esra.she is so humble, caring and gentle - she listened and understood my problem. Dr Esra provided me with the positivity of having a child in the future and being able to solve my long term problem. She exampled every single thing in detail and finally provided with a treatment.

Since I came back from the hospital I’ve decided that I’ll be taking every single step to my health even to my children’s delivery as I’m happy to travel from London to Dubai to meet her. Dr Esra is the only gynaecologist I trust that’ll handle my situation in such a way that all my fear about my health and children will disappear. I would like to thank the whole team from the bottom of my heart.

I wish I was able to get this sort of treatment earlier but now that I’ve found this team I’m filled with only positive thoughts.

Terrible experience. Went through emergency last night. 45 mins for someone to take your blood pressure. Then after admission doctor took some test and blood. They locked me into the bed left me for over than 30 mins. Me trying to call them by shouting as the alarm button is tied away and the door for my room is shut. I had to jump over the cage with the needle in my arm to get to the toilet. Then waiting for an hour to get the medicine. Finally got it after i had to remind them for 5 times. Then i asked for a copy of my blood report to my email to share with my doctor. Reminded more than 3 times. Woke up this morning nothing on my email. Called them they apologized and promised they will. Called again nothing. Up till now nothing received!

I generally don't enjoy going to the dentist but working with Dr Anushay Ghaffar Khan and Kristine has been a total pleasure. They were very accommodating to my insane travel schedule and always kept me up to date with the discussions with the Health Insurance. Thanks for making the admin of my life easier and also for fixing my crown!

I had put up with shoulder pain for a year, thinking it would get better by itself. I even tried 6 sessions of physio but that made no difference. It was getting increasingly worse, especially painful at night waking me up from sleep every night, with pain in the shoulder, radiating down to the elbow and hand.

A colleague recommended Dr Shine of KCH to me. I had previously consulted another specialist at another hospital but I did not feel comfortable with him. I immediately felt at ease with Dr Shine and he explained everything very clearly to me after an MRI. He explained my options, without any pressure at all.

I decided to proceed with keyhole surgery to do a SLAP repair on a tendon and smooth down some calcium build up on the bones/joints that was causing grinding and nerve pain.

It is now 6 days later and the surgery went very well. I came out of the op theatre around 1pm and joined a work meeting by phone at 3pm from my hospital bed (with video switched off!). I was discharged at 11am the next day and caught a taxi direct to work (in an office). I was given painkillers but had no pain so didn’t need to take them. By day 3 my arm was more or less back to normal. No pain at night. Shoulder just a bit tight/stiff, but 80% of movement and strength already back and a few sessions of physio over the next few weeks should have it back to normal. The ‘keyholes’ fully healed up after 5 days.

Dr Shine showed me a video of the op afterwards and talked me through it. He also gave me the video on a USB stick.

Dr Shine has a wonderful team around him. It was actually my birthday on the day of the op and the nurses came to visit me in my room with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to me!

I would thoroughly recommend Dr Shine and his team at KCH Dubai Hills. A very professional team.

My experience here is total disappointment. Wont even bother what to start with. All I can say Im done with this hospital.

I dont want give even 1star. I went to emergency center. Because mh baby had a lot of fever.but i had experience Terrible service. So i will go out and go to another hospital.

After about 1 hour waiting, we ask to nurse that how long does it take to wait.nurse tell us, if room will be empty, we can come.but after more time, another patient (then come later than us.) go in but we couldn't go in. We will tell to nurse about that her previous messege. But Nurse (Filipino front Entrance) was angry to us and she told us. "I Didn't tell like that. You can wait more because another more emergency patient. " We was too embarrassed and too angry.because she didn't tell sorry or sorry messege, only angry.

No reasonable and no service and terrible.

Worst Emergency response! They make you wait for over an hour and does not even bother checking the whole medical background or reason for admission. Receptionist was very rude and Disrespectful. Very unaccommodating for a hospital emergency reception staff! Complaints are also not properly handled.

Dr Salil Vengsarkar is the only professional and experienced Surgeon in this planet, He is treating my complicated Fistulas in a professional way, he is humble and super nice to me for more than three years of treatment. I really don't have the exact word to express my thankfulness to him.

Worst service ever! I started visiting KCHL because they happened to have one of the best neurosurgeon in Dubai and everything went well as you know a disc replacement surgery is not a cheap procedure so of course everyone was pampering me.
But every other visit was a nightmare, no follow up from doctors or nurses, the worst is the insurance department. No internal communication so I had to run after them all the time to make sure they sent the insurance request, to inform them about the approval and contact myself the relevant department to get my tests/ care bookings done. I had to wait almost 2 months to start my physiotherapy amd Here I am after 3 months still haven't been diagnosed for a health issue I have because they keep on cancelling my appointments as they have no back up technicians for ultrasound! Is it possible that such hospital is not performing any ultrasound for 3 months just because they have no one else only one person for that job?
Please do not send me your generic reply someone better call me straight away to resolve that matter!

No one follows appointment time ever. Very bad admin. I always have to wait for an hour before meeting Doctor. I understand some patient takes time and there can be emergencies but not always. I came to see orthopedic doctor today and m still waiting

One of the most silliest call center staff. Every call center agent is a doctor himself, asking all the medical details at the time of taking appointment. SAMUEL MINA is the rudest, most arrogant call center agent they have employed. No respect for customer personal information and absolutely no knowledge of customer handling.

I have nothing but nice words for KCH. The ambience is really nice and the staff are accommodating. I went to see Dr. Esra Mejid for cervical screening. She's warm, professional and can easily make her patients feel at ease. I appreciate her nurse too. I'd definitely recommend their services.

Dr. Esra Mejid has all the qualities one looks for in a Gynecologists. I was struck by her personal, individualized attention. She was thorough in her explanations and took her time answering my questions, often anticipating them. I was further impressed with her incredible professional responsiveness in terms of communication.
These qualities alone would have set her apart from other Gynecologists, but Dr Esra went further unlike other Gynecologists at other medical institutions, she was proactive when attending to me. She understood that every factor, however minor, is still a factor. Her expertise made me feel reassured, confident and taken care of.
Medical institutions aren't always so in tune with individual needs. Patients are usually one of many and are treated as such. This is an outstanding hospital. The level of service is considerably higher than most European hospitals. As visitors to Dubai I took my Mum for medical assessment - the professionals involved were Dr. Ali Razzak, extremely diligent in his approach and care, who referred us to Dr. Gwynne Howell, who was truly wonderful with my Mum and showed great care and heart in his approach to her needs due to Osteoporosis. We then saw Dr. Mohamed El Toukhy, pain management specialist; who agreed to see us at short notice, and just totally focused on my Mum, advising on ways she could manage her pain and was thorough and fabulous, putting her at ease. The psychological comfort of being in the care of a team of professionals who genuinely care, is so valuable. We were there for many hours and ALL the ancillary staff who looked after my Mum were incredible. If only more healthcare facilities had this level of customer centric service. Thank You everyone.

Great experience with the Vital Health Package. Dr. Zeeshan Khan was extremely helpful. He took time to address my potential medical concerns and was especially friendly. Also, Amos is the administrator who interfaced with me as I went through the process. He was very hands on and truly guided me through the entire process. I am new to Dubai and it was great to have someone like Amos to help me through it all.

Dr. Rajeev Tomar has an excellent bedside manner and is very professional. He has the medical background (British trained at top institutions) that we have been looking for in Dubai. We are very happy and grateful to have him as a resource for our family in Dubai.

The hospital experience is okay (since I was almost the only patient), receptionist was very friendly and the process was easy.

However, I needed insulin and (yes insulin) was not available in the pharmacy. Which I find to be weird. I mean how can a hospital not have insulin.

I went for a gynaecological examination and was amazed by the service provided. Dr. Esra Mejid is a brilliant doctor who was very professional and very friendly, making my visit comfortable and catered to. I was a satisfied patient.

I had my surgery done with Dr. Hisham Souka and it was such an amazing experience! The doctor is so professional, the anesthesists and clinical staff along with admin staff were very friendly, very helpful and carring! Everything went so smooth, the cleaness of the facility is perfect, i recommand this hospital to anyone who whishes to have the best healthcare in Dubaï!

I came before the scheduled time, did the registration and waited the doctor out of his office for 30m, so I had to leave, I’ve been told it was system problem, the doctor apologized but it was too late for me, funny thing is that when I went to admission to collect my ID back they said you have to wait sir, so I was yelling and took it back, this was my first time and last time experience with this hospital.

My wife was having a procedure done, the facilities are new and super clean, we were greeted rather unthusiastically upon entering and not really knowing where to go. Arriving at reception we were greeted by a very friendly and talkative receptionist who was very helpful and escorted us to where we needed to be, warm hearted and genuine, other hospitals take note. Shortly after we met Dr. Maria and as graceful as ever. Procedure done, she is truely amazing and so caring. What was thought to be a dreadful hospital visit ended up not so bad, Kings college u guys are doing something right, a good alternative to Mediclinic. I visited Dr. Esra for the free cervical cancer test and I had a really great experience. The moment I walked in I was greeted at the door and was escorted to the 1st floor where the clinic was located. Farhan and Mary Grace were both very accommodating. Coming to the hospital for a free service, I had my expectation set, after all it is for a free service but I was given 5* treatment nonetheless and that was A-mazing. A gyne visit is always an "uncomfortable" one but Dr Esra made me feel relax and comfortable. Kudos to King's College Hospital for this service, it's a great initiative.
