I would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and other staff here in KCH - Jumeirah branch for being so accommodating. I didn't had the hard time to approach them and they are very professional as well. It is one of the best facilities here in UAE. A must visit once in a while.

Major problem of this hospital is a service! Always waste of time. Never on time if u have an appointment. Too long

Report review should be done by phone call or as a follow up visit. And not making review after a week to make its a paid consultation. Bad practice, and stop asking is it first time, employee should check system and understand this info.

We have been seeing doctor Lama Jalouk, dermatologist for long time now! She is one of the best doctors that we recommend to our family and friends very well educated, competent and skill-full! Doctor Ruba for paediatric as we have been seeing her for the last 5 years for my kids! Always helpful

Really very disappointed. I have been visited one of their Gynecologist, she was extremely nice. The problem is that they take too much time to take requests to the insurance, all what they say is that we did and the insurance didn’t reply. Each time I check with my insurance they say no have have contacted us. That happened at least 3 times during 10 days. I have requested that the nurse contact me, nothing! I call back all what they say she left the clinic. So till when I keep making follows up. I think I’m a patient and they need to take care of their patients not to make them suffer and wait! Disappointing

The OB/ Gyn is completely unprofessional. Very low level of skills. I was asked several questions and did not even get the ultrasound done, which was the main purpose why I came)

I consulted Dr Reshma Naik (dentist) today and was so impressed with her polite and gentle demeanor. She is very patient and gave me complete explanations about my dental issues and involved me in decision making. Thanks Dr Naik.

They are not punctual. They let you wait at least 25-30 minutes even though they ask you to come 15 minutes early for id and insurance paperwork. Services are not bad it’s okey. But worse punctuality deletes the good service reputation. I have been using their dental services (Dr. Yildiz Saritas) for a year. Last year was okey. But I visited 3 times this year and they made me wait at least 25 minute on each appointment.

I have a question if you cannot accept patients on time why don’t you give appointment an hour later?

If you have things to do on time after appointment, choose different doctor and different hospital. Otherwise they will be delayed for sure.

Avoid. So they told my daughter she needed a serious operation after a smear test. The operation that would prevent her having children in future. Turned out when she got a second opinion in the UK it was not an issue at all. She is perfectly fine no operation no fees and she is still able to have kids and she is perfectly healthy. Unbelievable.

I was so grateful to be accommodated on the same day by Dr Murtaza for an ENT appointment. From the first person who attended to me at reception, to all assisting nurses and all doctors involved in my appointment, I was seen to with complete professionalism, competency and given explanations to my diagnoses. I can highly recommend this clinic many times over. Thank you so much again for accommodating me at such short notice, I appreciate it more than you know.

I had some cardiology tests at this clinic three months back, and i am still struggling to get a copy of the results! They promise to share it by email but they never did!

The doctors are good. The problem is they are not responsive or cooperative hospital at all. Very unfriendly and only cares about the money.
I know money is important but still address people queries or respond to e mails or calls.

Very unprofessional behavior. They do not value other person’s time. Even after confirming appointment 2 weeks in advance and reconfirming atleast 5 times later, still I had to wait for more than 1 hr post my scheduled time to consult the doctor.

Worst service. Did a knee surgery which requieres physiotherapy. Its impossible to find a slot. As if there is no care after surgery. Scheduling appointments every 10 days

Worst experience I've ever encountered in the UAE for handling insurance approvals. I need to call multiple times to push the staff to ask for insurance approvals and answer them properly. I've been lied to multiple times as staff claim delays are coming from the insurance approvals. This not true as I have full access to the insurance portal and communications/submissions between hospital and insurance. This is not a single occurrence. It's sad to see the same pattern repeat with every appointment or procedure.

Nov 23,2021 I went to covid test for an emergency surgery (with short notice) for next dat st 7 am. I Arrived before 5pm (as their reception lady advised me to be there before 5pm) sample collection was at 6 or 7 pm-the man in reception asked me to sign up online, I had experience in same building 2 other times in past and I knew online will not work with my phone model to collect the code. I informed him I am in rush and better to finish asap since sample dispatch is in 1 hour, he ignored my insist and forced me to do what he wanted, I did and it didn’t work and instead of helping me in the best and fastest way, he forced me to wait for his IT team to fix the problem (he said it has to be done this way) while he could easily let me fill the paper form and do my test. IT team couldn't help and finally he asked me to fill papers form after an hour waiting and at the last minute of samples dispatch. He made me so stressed and anxious that I literally sat there and cried I had no time to go and find somewhere else for test. I found him so ignorant and careless about what was happening to me. I will never return there. I hope Management take action about his bossy attitude. That was inhuman behavior to a patient in emergency need of surgery and I could not believe it’s happening in Dubai to me.

When suffering from a life long autoimmune condition and the complex things this involves you need care and understanding from a doctor, kings have provided this on so many levels. I would highly recommend.

I have used Kings College Hospital Jumeirah for my PCR fit to fly testing on more than one occasion. I have found the level of service offered exceptional, from front of house receptionist Phenny with her cheerful greeting, to the proficient nurses completing the test. Super quick results too! A special thanks to nurse Rej and Nurse Alma in particular for making the process run seamlessly and pain free on each visit. Five stars, thank you!

Dr. Bhavna Khan is a wonderful rheumatologist. I have been seeing her for over two years now, and I'm really happy with her manner and expertise. She is friendly, kind, and professional, and she genuinely listens to any concerns I have and does her best to address them. Her team is also amazing - always kind and helpful and sweet. I highly recommend Dr. Bhavna if you need a rheumatologist!

Waiting time in this hospital is absurd! I came every time on time and i always wait AT LEAST 30-45mins. Unacceptable!

I went to Dr. Murtaza from ENT department for my sinus infection. He was very attentive and informed about all the aspects of the treatment. With his consultation I got better without any antibiotics. Additionally, thanks to Rejenal for his care when I had an immediate treatment.

I was told that my appointment with Doctor Raja was canceled due to urgent management meeting.then I had a call and re-booked an appointment with same doctor, the telephone recipient checked the cancellation reason and transferred the line at last.

Polite but unpunctual. Gave me an appointment at 8 and the doctor didn't show up till 9: 30. Complete waste of time but of course you get charged a heavy amount.

Go somewhere else if you can.

Hands down best experience with the doctor, Dr. Amit! Not only he has great expertises, he puts extra efforts in taking care of his patients. From the first time, he has been really flexible with my visit times, efficient with getting all tests/procedures done smoothly, and really humble and kind to explain the details and assure everything will be okay.
I'm glad I finally found a good doctor (which is not always common in Dubai), and would highly recommend to anyone.

I underwent a medical examination for the Canadian Visa. I have been in Abu Dhabi for past 42 years and am a keen observer of front office management.
My expectations were exceeded.
The atmosphere is discreet and quiet. Staff were courteous and professional.
The layout of the numbered rooms was compact and easily navigable.
My tests were quickly done in spite of the fairly large number of patients.
The scheduling was methodical & helpful. Identity was checked before each test.
While waiting to make payment, I used the strong wifi and was given a coffee before my return to Abu Dhabi.
I wish the Doctors and Staff all the best.

Dr Bhavna Khan, Consultant Rheumatologist in King’s College Hospital, London - Dubai - Incredibly knowledge, personable and helpful; Dr Bhavna has been an anchor to my medical care while here in Dubai and I cannot thank her enough.

I had a wonderful experience when I had my medical exam at King's College. I was assisted by nurse Jeddah and was amazed by her service as it was top-notched. When the result came out, not only did Jeddah sent me an email but also contacted me to make sure that I received it. I was really impressed and even recommended the hospital to my colleague's who were also planning on taking the medical exam.

The ENT specialist completely sorted my wife’s hearing issues - she was thrilled! Professional and prompt service; a very positive experience.

We did PCR test here. They promised results in less than 24 hrs and even made a remark that we have a flight and analinis should be done with priority. And what do you think? 24 hrs passed - silence. They gave WhatsApp number if we would have any questions. No reply even after one month. So I called, later even weny to the clininc because it was few hrs left till departure. Nothing. Appearantly tests are analysed in another location and they can't help in any way. Finally 3 hrs before flight and 30 hrs since test was conducted results came. Be careful, plan ahead. Other than that - nice, clean and modern clinic.

I have had a professional treatment for ENT, at the facility.
I left comfortable and definitely better than before after consultation.

I was not happy with the clinic manager Lara. We went in King's College Jumeirah Branch for a consultation for my husband and had all the appointments booked. Suddenly she interrupted and inserted 1 patient before me which I think very unprofessional. As a patient, m husband waited for his turn for the consultation but inserting patients in between without any appointment should be stopped. When I met the clinic manager she was very rude, not attentive to my concern and keeps on neglecting my request to meet her to have an explanation why did she do that despite of the appointment booking.

The administration and appointments service of Kings College Hospital is a TOTAL disgrace, you may well employ good doctors but the administration and appointments depts are absolutely useless, inefficient and may as well not exist they are so poor!

Worst experience ever. I would suggest you stay away, at least this is what I will do!
1. They lost my specimen and the doctor called me to ask if I ever gave one and start giving excuses and at the end he told me, "if you pass by any day, come to take another one"!
2. I had a cardio exam which results never came to me and their response was.the technician should have told me but he missed that and the technician told me that the doctor will call me! Till now and 4 days after. I have not received them.
3. The doctor pre-scribed me half medication comparing to my last exams where my numbers where 50% better than my numbers now! When I consulted 2 alternate doctors both gave me 4 times stronger medication than the EC doctor (my condition falls under category 5 where 5 is the worst).
4. They are overcharging you without contacting your insurance and then they call you back to go and collect the money that they have overcharged you!

Both Admin and Medical part of this place is really to stay away!

I get my Appointments always on time. I come allways for dentist and or dermatology with Dr. Lama. I felt in love with her as she saved my belly skin from getting stretch marks ️. We are working now on fighting my late acne and preventing my skin from aging.

I visited Dr. Anushay Ghaffar today for my regular dental check and cleaning.
She is a fantastic dentist, and I strongly recommend her.

Dr. Lama has treated me for both medical and cosmetic procedures and I cannot thank her enough. The results are outstanding; they have, in fact, been life changing!

The WORST Customer Service and I would not recommend this place.
I had a pap smear test done and some other test done at the end of October at the Jumeirah Medical Center. Whilst at the clinic the service was fine, and the female doctor was very pleasant. They informed me they would share the results with me after a week. It is now nearly 2 months, and no one has bothered or had the common courtesy to call me and share the results or give me an explanation as to why it taken so long. I have in total called the call center more than 10 times trying to get some information and not one single person including the operations manager has called me back, this really is disgusting customer service and a huge let down to how Kings in the UK operate. I’ve concluded either, they have lost my results hence why they haven’t come back to me OR their internal policy is to simply treat patients in this appalling way, so they don’t come back again. I will now have to pay and get the test done elsewhere as I have given up on Kings altogether. I really don’t enjoy writing such reviews but maybe Kings will read this and act so no one else has to go through this.

It was a very nice experience having my medical in King's Jumeirah Medical, the facilities were excellent, and the doctors and staff are very accommodating and professional. Especial thanks to Dr Ferguson, Miss Maribel and Mr Leo. God bless.

Met with Dr Murtaza Najmi for blocked ears. He sorted me effectively and did not recommend that I had to visit regularly. Indeed even gave me a way to keep them clear myself. So no over testing to make money. Well done Kings!

I 've visited king's college for my GCAA and EASA medical renewal. The whole process was flawless. The complimentary valet parking is a great value. Thank you to Dr Ferguson and his team. Thank you to Mirabel for the warm welcoming and supervising and to Rachel for taking care of me through this journey. It was a quick visit, everything was done in an hour. The clinic is clean and facilities are top notch! If you are visiting with kids, they can play in the playroom while you can have a nice coffee.
I definitely recommend this place!

I am appalled and shocked at the approach and attitude of the staff at King's College Hospital/Medical Centre. While the doctors maybe good, the staff, who are your first point of contact, leaves much to be desired. I was given the wrong location for the concerned doctor. On reaching the hospital, I was told the doctor sits at the other venue and that I should go there. I get to their Jumeirah branch and to my total dismay, I'm told the doctor has left! So I've been on the road for 2hrs with a child, who I've picked straight from school and I haven't got to see the doctor because somebody didn't care to communicate.

Very nice clinic. We used them a few times already. Very clean place, with good doctors. Can definitely recommend Dr Ferguson and Dr Rita Kosvedi. If I have one single complaint is that the checkout/payment process is very slow and inefficient. Not optimal with three small kids waiting for 30-60minutes to be able to pay and leave.

Very great clinic, I felt very welcomed and taken care of from everyone.
The valet parking is very convenient and the coffee quite nice.
Miss Maribel and Leo were great looking after me at all times.
Will return!

My husband saw the ENT here. The doctor was amazing. He explained everything and took his time to answer any of our questions. The nurse and all the other staff were fantastic. I recommend this hospital to everyone.

Excellent experience! Valet parking and a new and modern clinic. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. My medical examination was done quickly with well trained nurses using efficient techniques and my examination with the doctor was relaxed and professional. I highly recommend King's Jumeirah and won't go anywhere else again.

Booked the first pap smear test. I was taken care by dr soumya saddik, who took time to explain the procedure.

My First Visit was very comfortable the Doctor and Staff where very Hospitable felt like in a 5 star Hotel also the free valet parking was convenient and they have 2 pharmacies below the building overall great experience

I've had great experience. A valet parking, modern looking facilities and decor. Aviation Coordinator, Maribel is very friendly and even the rest of the stuff were nice. Dr Ferguson is very pleasant and knowledgeable and very helpful with his advices.
