I'm living in uae for more than 14 Years and i never face such awfu, unprofessional and rude service from kings palace. I don't advise anyone to deal with this company. You need to pay for any maintenance request (100 dhs just to check) while you already paid around 2k annually for administration fees. Zero follow up 0 professional team. I have reported ac issue 10 times and non of the visits fix it. Try to visit their office in abu hail you will see how rude team they have. Try to call their hotline and raise complain and wait forever to one pick up and call you back. They are dealing with customers like we are living in charity. I sent many complains to their email and no one bother to reply simply because they believe they are above the law. Read the contract carefully and don't skip any point because even if you have right they won't respect it unless you reach official and government channel then they may listen to your complain.

Totally agree. They are thieves, unprofessional and a*s*o**s. They have not even refunded my deposit and put a case against me even after paying all dues. Wonder why people are not complaining to RERA about them. They have a watchman who does private favors for people who bribe him but not concerned about the other tenants. Third Class company and staff.

The worst company ever
If there is a review less than a star I will be giving them
The maintenance is paid and still the issue will not be solved
I have an issue with the AC and reported to them, three weeks passed and it's not solved
The corridor has a bad smell when we complain the company said the owner switched off the fan which supposed to take the smell out because it cost him money and he decided to switch it on only for two hours
For the renewal of the contract, they will never call you or give you the price until you go to there office which is usually crowded and the ladies in the reception very rude
I really not recommend anyone to deal with this company
Try to search for a better option

I read the reviews and it is bothering me to know all these. 1. How to solve maintenance issues in Hor Al Anz Building. Everytime i ask the watchman for help he always ask money from me. Please I need maintenance in my room. (I already sent in whatsapp and email also my contact number)

Staffs in this office thinks that we are staying in thier charity service for free. Very rude behaviour.
I had reported two issues in my appartment in Jaddaf which is a brandnew which the ceiling is Leaking and furniture issue. And till date no one had come to my house for rectifying this.
I went couple of times to office and they were like I should pay 50 dhs for JUST INSPECTION. And when i went second time it became 100 dhs even though am in old contract. ️
End of the day even if i pay them also they are not going to come to correct it.

Very worst and bad experience
For new tenant (first time) will give good experience after that no maintenance, not picking calls, no reply for emails.
Renewal time very arrogant and no compromise, suggesting everybody very worst experience and don't go for properties under kings palace real estate.

Worst real estate i have ever seen!
*They don't do maintenance
*staffs are so irresponsible
* i vacated the flat 6 months ago, still waiting for the security deposit

Absolutely irresponsible staff. Staff here are almost the owners of the apartments. Tenants have just got to oblige to the staff and no other way out. The staff are extremely rude, highly impolite, they go to extents of even abusing you. They are not refunding the security deposit even after 3 months of vacating the flat.
Had a horrible experience with real estate. Everytime they keep diverting the issue to someone else within their office and finally put the blame on landlord.
Be ready for a hopeless service which is assured if you are deciding to deal with them.

Only Reception Perfect others All department minimum you have to contact 3 to 5 time there is no call back function. Only Customers Shuld follow up.

Worst experience that made me weep, account had issue with money in it, just one time & they blacklisted after paying the money and a huge fine that they gave me for the bounced checked. No human feelings & loves to take your money. Please please don't deal with them you will regret it. No maintenance at all, I do it myself.

Very unprofessional and unethical real estate company.
They will never return your deposit even if you return your flat in proper way and in very good condition. Shameless in giving lame excuses for not returning deposits! MUST STAY AWAY.

Since 20 years i was live dubai, me and brothers doing business at many places in dubai at like deira, al warqa.etc, so far i met many real estate brokers agents i did close many deals, but in my life i never met worst like this real estate, actually your rated starts 1-5, but i want to give 0 rated sevices. They ask us to pay for building maintenance

Fraud company. They will not return your deposit and will also demand more.all planned setup with authority involved.beware and keep away. Also, very poor after service.

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم اطلاقاً.
الصيانه سيئه
استلمت المحل من دون توصيلات المكيفات ومن دون سقف ورفضوا تركيبه مع ان متفقين على التركيب من طرفهم.
بإختصار اسوء شركة عقارات على مدى التاريخ، رسوم الشيك المرتجع ١٠٠٠ درهم! ورسوم داخليه كثيره جداً
انا تأخرت عن السداد شهر ونص فقط وصلتني تهديدات بالتبليغ ورفع قضايا بإسلوب سيء ورخيص جداً من قبل الموظفه كرستينا وبعض الموظفين الآخرين.
عدم احترام الظروف الشخصيه وظروف السوق.
تعاملت مع كثير شركات كبرى كلهم ممتازين بصراحه.
قصر الملوك سيء سيء لأبعد الحدود ولا يملكون حس الإحترافيه اطلاقاً

I have had such a bad experience from this real estate company. I would not recommend them to my worst enemies that's how horrible my experience with them was. Had to follow up 2 months for getting my contract after I gave them my cheques. Very unprofessional and greedy people. Building maintanence is so unresponsive and you end up having to bear the cost. Worst real estate experience I have ever had. Very rude to their customers and don't know how to treat people PS: Read their contract carefully before signing and don't trust them at their word, better yet dont rent anything from them. Be safe.

If you think that you ever faced rude and careless customer service in your life, this place will make to surprise you and ensure that you didn’t face such amount of rudeness and carelessness until you met them.
Never EVER rent anything from them, you’ll find that they offer one of the highest prices for any property.

Had a very bad experience with them. I was expecting some respite during Covid crisis and subsequent lockdown of 2020 but got nothing.
