Clean beautiful beach. There is a cycling track and a perfect jogging track. There is also a library stand at the beach. You can donate books or read a book and keep it back.
There is no cafe around and just a tiny shop/cafe. So better to carry some food incase. Miami vibes. Beautiful sunset place. There is no direct metro. Nearest is Umm al sheif and cab it up from there.

Open beach, jogging and cycling track, ample parking space, Salt Restaurant, great dishes, good COVID housekeeping, great service.

Very nice place to spend the day that is as nice and less crowded than the main kite beach, there are life guard, and beautiful scenery.
No place to rent sun beds except one in the end of the beach (south) side.
Parking available, and great place to run.

Kite Beach is one of the best beaches in Dubai. It's located in Jumeirah, the posh side of the city.
Ample amount of sun tanning area, you can hire sun decks as well. It has a running and cycling track, with ample amount of shade for people to sit around with there picnic baskets. The water and beach is clean, it's much quieter as compared to other beaches in Dubai.
There are a few restaurants and a small shopping center close by. You can hire Jet skis and even small boats to go out to the sea, different packages available.
If you are a seafood enthusiast you must look for a couple of Indian restaurants, that serve you typical Indian flavoured fish/prawn and crabs. These restaurants even feature on Lonely Planet. I have found these places serving Fresh, reasonably priced and not so spicy awesome food. If you are in Dubai between November to March you can even sit out and enjoy the beautiful view, as the weather is fantastic.

Still under Maintenence after 2 years.don’t know what to expect from this area. There was Jumeirah 1 park beach area, that was one of the best beach experiences we ever had. Since park is gone it is tricky to go in this area due to continued construction
