I took my cat there for grooming and now my cat has fungus skin infection all over his body due to their unclean and unprofessional way of grooming cats. Now my cat has to go through 1.5 month of painful medication journey at least and weekly medical grooming because of that place. I don't recommend this place to anyone if you really care about your pet

Good grooming center, it's 2nd time I brought my fluffy Siberian cat.
Everything was done well! They have done everything very accurate
Reasonable price.

The most affordable vet by Dubailand and Silicon Oasis, the kindness Front Desk rep and Kaia had a beautiful cut done. They use a less stressful approach to drying the cat after a bath and the place is stocked with lots of litter and food options. Definitely going back!

I came here with my two cats. The experience was very poor due to the following reasons:

1- The groomer did lack experience with how to deal with cats, he didn’t create comfort atmosphere to the pets and didn’t even wash his hands until I told him to do so
2- The worker was aggressive in hist treatment where he polled the cat from its tail more than once
3- hygiene level was very poor and it seemed like the team couldn’t care less. The groomer did put my cat on the table immediately after he finished grooming another cat without sanitisation or cleaning any of the equipment

The fact that the process of grooming and cleaning is happening behind a door where you have minimal visibility gave me indication on the level of trust I should put in the shop. This will be my first and last visit.

This place has grooming and food section for pets. Staff is very friendly and curtious including the manager. Prices are fair and even food and accessories prices are good as compared to the market. Free parking, convenient location and waiting area. Pick and drop facility available at reasonable price. All in all, highly recommended place

I went to this shop for dog training service for my dog and I can confidently say that it's the WORST service ever, they are completely unprofessional from staff to service etc.the trainer has no idea what's dog training. It's just SCAM service they took the money and literally I got nothing, refusing to refund. Don't waste ur time or money with them

My Luna had fantastic experience with the team kittys zone with friendly well professional staff. I highly recommend Kittys zone a place to pamper your fur babies.

Second time grooming for our cats and the groomers absolutely butchered them. Uneven trimming, paws not trimmed at all, tails hacked into by what looks like scissors handled by a 7 years old child. Horrible experience this time around. Please think twice before taking your pets there, there is no shortage of good groomers in Dubai to go to instead.

In response to the below: your staff hasn’t been very honest with you. Ask them to share the videos and photos sent to them detailing everything they did wrong. They lost your business clients who were happy to become regulars until this incident.

They clipped the nails of my cat too deep and it's bleeding.maybe that's the reason why he bit him.

It is the third time we requested the service from kittys zone. And very satisfied and reassured about ours cats. The grooming was perfect and the top of that they picked up from my house and dropped back all of that with very reasonable price. I recommand. Malika

Our Muffy the fluffy feline got his first lion cut done today at KittysZone, and it turned out to be a cute makeover! Not only does he look neat and clean, but also smells fresh. Going by his feelings, he feels lighter now with less fur on him, making him extremely agile. Certainly recommended for Kittyzone’s warm approach and services.

First time doing grooming for our fur-baby Leon and very satisfied with the outcome. Also with a very reasonable price. Even the pick and drop service is surprisingly cheap. Definitely not the last, count me in as one of your new loyal customers.

They have done an amazing job! Kudos to my fellow kabayan! They’re so accommodating and they took good care of my little muffin in a gentle way? Facility is superb, plus they have this high-end hair-dryer which is very helpful to lessen the stress of your fur-babies! If there is more than A 5-stars i would rate that! Cheers! And of course! The price is very reasonable!

Oh by the way, i am their regular customer. I dont mind driving far down to silicon oasis to get my cat pampered coz i am at ease that my furbaby is in the good hands with bryan and his colleague mar! See u every month!
