I honestly have no words for the customer service I experienced. I wish they cared more about their clients input. The shipment of my bed was delayed and wrong because apparently the receptionist that I went to twice forgot to mention and report back to her team that I want storage for my bed so they had to remove it and re-do the whole thing again. And if she wasn't too busy being on Tik Tok live during her shift it would have been resolved by now.

Also why do they have multiple sources of communication when dealing with clients it leads to a lot of confusion and misunderstandings? The customer service team also has a odd tone of voice making you feel like you are the irresponsible one and seeing how petty they are responding to all the negative reviews below it seems common. And every time someone says something they respond with "wE sHiP A hUnDeReD bEdS A dAy".

Watch out for your shipping charges in your invoice too because they add extra charges على كيفهم.

I enjoyed my bed from klekktic though my delivery was supposed to be 10 days and it ended up as 12 - still a very great experience!

The bed I received has good fabric and it accommodated the comments i had for the size of the bed, that is why this review is getting 2 stars and not one. Now the functionality of the bed is very poor. The base of my bed is not attached to the bed frame which leads to my items falling in between all the time, i made this complaint and they said they will send someone to fix the issue. The guy simply came and pushed the base and gave me my phone and left. This is a bed, beds move slightly left and right so by no means this is a solution. It is very difficult to pick up my items (usually my phone) when they fall and the base is veeeery heavy. Now the second problem is the weight of this bed. I purchased a carpet recently to put in my room but even with the help of three other people we could not lift the bed to put a carpet under. I texted customer service asking how i can solve this but they left me on read. So i decided to unassembled it, put the carpet under and assemble it again (which is alot of work to simply put a carpet under my bed) i managed to assemble it again but the last joint wouldn’t align to screw it back. I called customer service and they told me to pay 400 dirhams so they can send someone (for one joint keep in mind).

When a customer shares an issue with the product you’re suppose to work towards fixing the problem for future clients and provide good service as this is valuable insight towards what is wrong with your product. I’m truly disappointed.

Edit: i have not lost any pieces and nor have i implied that i have. The design of the bed stayed the same i just requested for the damien bed to be half the thickness. After which you launched a new bed with the same dimensions i requested so nice try blaming it on the size. I have actually contacted you 2 months after receiving my bed as i have tried to find away around it before complaining. I recently got the carpet and tried to place it under the bed, how do you expect me to reach out sooner? And even still the problem of not being able to put a carpet under the bed was not addressed and deflected. As for the hardwood, thats not an excuse. Form follows function, otherwise whats the point? I hope you do better next time and actually care about your clients.

Very happy with the bed that I got. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because when I purchased the bed I was told it would take 10 to 12 days, however it took over 3 weeks to be delivered. I suggest to set better expectations for the customers.

Buying furniture is always hard and hectic (and expensive if you have certain taste). Klekktic solves all that pain and truly feels like home - simple, chic and so comfy. As someone who is super indecisive, I love that they send fabric samples for free!

This place is selling furniture yes but the fact is they know nothing about furniture this is what we experienced the hard way. Falling for well staged instagram pages seems to be my weakness

For me this place lacks life, ambition, and attention to details. During my first visit to the store I actually visited to place an order for the sofa but once I had a taste of what the final outcome will exactly look like I had other thoughts.

Visited the showroom because furniture looks cute on Instagram. They are the perfect example of Instagram VS reality. Luckily I didn’t buy anything before seeing it in person. Very low quality and rude and unprepared staff.
