Very bad with timings.they didn't deserve even 1 star. I went today to have a check up and to prescribe a medicine to relief they said i will have a prescription tomorrow? As the medicine they want to give is not available from 1 pharmacy.

The recieption is not friendly, maybe she dont want her work.she keep on patient waiting while she is just relax and seating on her chair using mobile.

I was supposed to go to your clinic because I was looking for a clinic for a Filipino community. When I went there, most of the staff are Filipinos but the doctor that was assigned to me was an Indian dentist so I backed out. They never did tell me when I called for an appointment. It defeats the purpose of the clinic name itself. I hope the management will stick to its mission and vision of the clinic. Will never recommend this clinic to my kabayans.

Reception and nursing staff very friendly.clinic having own lab and x-ray that's why doctors suggest you unnecessary tests always for increasing the bill payments which is not good thing.

I like the OB, and she’s treating me good.what i don't like is when i need to call them, for the result, it took me for so long to wait them to answer.nobody attending the call.until you get fed up of waiting.
Need to give action on this klinika maharlika.

As my recent experienced, i could rate one of the receptionist and the GP as ZERO SERVICE when it comes to the welfare of the patient, I spent almost aed1300 just for the lab test as my insurance is new and needs to wait for 6months, last week i needed to come back as the prescribed med wasn't good for me, my muscles became so weak seems like no bones after i had taken tht med. So, i called the clinic and advised me to to consultation again. So i went to the clinic the following day and did check up and lab test again.after i submitted the specimen for test, weakness started and left arm and lips started to numb, so i asked the lady at the reception to inform the GP tht im having these feelings, instead SHE SAID, GIVE ME YOUR EMIRATES ID, AS SHE NEEDS PAYMENT FROM ME AGAIN, SO I TOLD HER I JUST PAID MY BILL! So, i asked her to inform the GP again, then she insisted TO LOOK FOR THE NURSE, I got irritated as i was dizzy and couldn't even stand and she told me to look for the nurse! So, i asked her again to inform the GP then when the receptionist came back, the GP said to her tht if i feel tht way, i shld go to emergency! VERY BAD SERVICE! AS I WAS STILL IN THE CLINIC, THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE AT LEAST A BP CHECK TO KNOW MY STATUS! Will never use this clinic again and never refer! BAD EXPERIENCED!
