KLM Middle East

My flight was canceled on 1st Dec from Aalborg to Amsterdam.after contacting KLM few times and my request to put me on another flight, they booked me on another flights. I must say it’s so hard to reach to an agent through calls and i had to call few times in order to speak to the right agent to help book me on another flight. The first agent wasn’t helpful at all.
I arrived from Amsterdam to Dubai on 2nd December in the morning and my luggage is still missing. I have been calling Dubai airport but they said they haven’t found the luggage and it’s in Amsterdam. I can’t even find a contact number of KLM in Dubai to address the issue. No one from KLM contacted me so far regarding luggage. Overall very disappointing and frustrating experience with KLM, extremely poor service. There is no accountability on whole mess regarding flight cancellation, missing luggage from KLM. Service is missing in this airline, no proper customer service.

What i liked the most about KLM is that thr upgrade to business is very very cheep on the time of check in.and its possible to check part of the trip, not the whole trip.also premium economic seats are big, almost like business

Expect to be cheated. Never ever fly to the US from Dubai on Air France or KLM. Trust only Emirates or Etihad out of the UAE.
