Knowledge Village Medical Fitness Centre

Very professionel center for medical test for visa. Very fast and all the staff is super friendly.

For medical I didn’t have to wait at all, very quick and easy process. It was my first time in Knowledge Village overall, seems like a quite and peaceful place

The route is not clear. And their working hours are not updated on the website. They are working on Fridays until 11.30 and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The information is misleading and has caused inconvenience. Very unprofessional for a big freezone like this. Disappointed

If you want regular Medical Fitness Center- go to other venues.

This centre has been REPLACED and upgraded. Smart Salem - is now OPEN in the same location. Smart Salem is also medical fitness - its an amazing service. Totally new centre, new business (no link to the old provider) and different management.

Quick service but after payed for VIP medical certificate has not sent to email even it was promised to be done within 6 hours. I'm waiting already 4 th day!

Quick service and good customer care. They have clarity on the procedure to be done. My medical test was done in 15 minutes considering I went in off peak hours around 7.45 am. The center is open from 7.30 am to 2.30 pm. There is no parking is a big issue. Additionally few parkings in front of the building is paid as well.

My medical was done here without any hassle. Although it gets a bit crowded, the process is streamlined and does not take a long time. Staff are also knowledgeable and polite.

Excellent and quick service. I manage to complete my wife's test within 15 mins as there was no queue. Usually rush till 12pm. Operating time 8am till 2pm. This is in block 12.once you enter from sea side go to your right and you can see the board for further direction.you can come by Team and get down at knowledge village. Abundant parking at 382F. Way to reception little difficult but you may follow floor sign for direction.

I wanted to commend Nurse Shelly Varghese for her friendly and warm approach. For the first time, I barely felt the process in taking the blood. She made it quick, easy and painless. I am happy because I am so afraid of needles and often faint.

Having come from another country, I'm impressed by the way they have taken care of the medical. Great job KVM
