Very economical place. The staff are supportive, friendly and quick. They provide the apt suggestions for the right nail / hair treatment. I have been visiting this saloon past 2 years. I did keratin treatment and very happy with outcome.

Horrible hair coloring! The lady that did it had so much attitude and did not do my hair coloring rightfully. She did everything in a hurry and constantly made faces when I was explaining to her what I really wanted.the owner literally begs for reviews and expects everyone to give her a 5*. DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HAIR DAMAGED FOR LIFE!

I mean you could go somewhere where they don't kick you out and have I told you about how rude their staff is... And how you can tell them how to use the tools for the pedicure

I was an occasional Salon Person after moving to Dubai as the salons here rip off your pocket like anything and I couldn’t find the vibe or service rather justifying that. But After moving to Discovery Gardens, this is my Goto place for all beauty needs. This place is filled with professional and friendly staffs who can attend to your needs at ease. Making us fully comfortable for the time there. Plus they have attractive Packages and they offer their full commitment in serving you during each visit. I have been going to koki saloon for 2 years now, during winter months when I’m in Dubai, it’s the best place to pamper myself without getting ripped out for money. Very economical, very good services, owner is friendly and helpful. Girls are very efficient and friendly. I miss you girls already as I’m back to London!

The salon is a mini staycation in the heart of Discovery Gardens. It’s a one stop shop for hair, waxing, facials, mani and pedi for me. I love going on my off days as everyone welcomes you with a smile and knows you by name. Everything is done to your liking and will be re-done of you not happy they guarantee 100 percent happiness.

Friendly ambience with a team of positive people, affordable prices offers several services. Staff are passionate with their craft knows how to suggest what's best for their customer. I have visited several times and always satisfied with their work. Thumbs up Highly recommended. Godbless ur team.

I have been going there for 2 years but I hate the filipino staff always taking in their language. It sometimes seems they are talking about you and I have noticed 1 of them also ignores me and does not greet me. I hate that half of their staff is disrespectful. That's why I have stopped going there.

Poorly untrained staff and not hygienic. (same towel for multiple customers and super dirty floor).
Unfortunately it was one of the biggest mistakes ever. The hairstylist, burned my sculp 3 times.
100% do not recommend the salon.

Since I shifted to discovery 2 years back, have been a regular customer and the staff are well trained and always welcoming the saloon is always clean.

I tried so many salon here in Dubai, im happy that i came across koki salon, i already tried most of their services, the massage is one of my favorite, I had never received a better massage anywhere that I've been, the eyebrow and upper lift is one of the best i tried so far.their hair dressers are so professional and accurate, very specific in doing my treatment/cut i want to do with my hair.i will highly recommend this salon. They will pamper you like a queen.

I have been a client of Koki's Salon for as long as I can remember. I have been coming back because of the very good service and friendly staff and peaceful ambiance. The staffs are all very professional in their work from hair color, manicure, pedicure, massage, waxing, etc. It is "the best salon" in Discovery Gardens. It is also offering very reasonable packages compared to other salons which are having exorbitant prices. The place is clean and even having a mini library for those who want to read while being pampered. In Koki Ladies Salon, you will not even feel that you are in a salon, you will feel "home" because of the care they give to all customers. This salon is a must go! More power and God bless.

Mediocre service. I went for a pedicure and I felt it was rushed and just done and dusted. The ambiance is not great. As soon as my pedicure got over I kept my feet on the floor to stand up to wear my footwear, the floor was so dirty that my feet got immediately dirty (there were loose hairs). It's not something you want just immediately after spending time and money on cleaning the feet. This is the first parlour I have been to in Dubai so I have none to compare it with. Still with my general experiences, they can definitely do better.
