It was our first time to try dining here, as the very first visit was an unfortunate time for us since the queue was quite a long wait, so we opt for another restaurant instead.

Just tonight, we decided to visit MOE, upon arrival we tried to decide where to dine, lucky enough, Konjiki has no que and some tables are available.

Food was just enough to satisfy our palate that we enjoyed our dinner.

Service was pretty good as the servers were very accommodating and friendly.

Atmosphere was well lit, with a simple minimal modern design plus with music playing in the background that gives a relaxing ambience and friendly atmosphere.

They have extended their space, they have tables outside adjacent to the restaurant's corridors as well.

Weak ramen. Taste below-average at best. It’s just not good. The beef tataki was alright. The mixed gyozas were not good. I couldn’t eat more than one piece.

The ramen itself tastes like stale meat (both shio and shoyu), as the meat itself. The Ajitama (boiled egg) is the worst I’ve seen by far. The truffle oil is certainly of the cheaper kind, so don’t expect umami or whatever. I’m 100% sure that this place tastes nothing like the one in Japan (not that I can eat the one in Japan, but I’ve had halal ramens in Japan, the US, and the UAE that taste infinitely better). For god sake, even the bubble teas taste like water. I’m just astonished at the hype, even more at the fact that this is a branch of a michelin guide ramen joint from Japan.

The only good thing about this restaurant is the decor, maybe. The staff were nice but the food came late and had some (minor) misunderstandings in taking our order. First time in my life I left my ramen unfinished halfway.

Come here if you want to try an ordinary authentic Japanese menu in Dubai. Quick service, good quality and fairly priced food.

Very nice place the food is amazing the service is very nice and the stuff is lovely the only issue they don’t have a vegetarian Ramen, the Gyoza is vary nice and the shoyu ramen and the fried eggplant was Wow.

Been here a few times and always amazed at the waiting list. Tried their Michelin star ramen bowls but not sure where the hype is. Also, seems the serving sizes have shrunk for the ramen bowels.

Yummy food and fast service.definitely come here if you feel like Ramen. They don't have all the options that you may be familiar with in Japan. I was missing the miso ramen and the vegan option for example. Portions are generous and overall good value for money.they don't take reservations so suggest you come off peak hours.we came at 12.30pm on a weekend for lunch and found a big table with no wait.

Not a wide variety of items (no sushi or raw fish), but very high quality. Really appreciated. Recommended! Excellent!

Thank you for having a new Asian restaurant in MOE. Shoyu Ramen is a must-try. Special mention to Triz who explained how to proper sip the broth on their ramen.

Absolutely terrible. Asked for a help on noodle for the baby and the restaurant executive was rude and said they can’t do anything even after saying we don’t Mind paying if you could just sauté some noodles. Terrible service and bad attitude. Server Richard.

A long day at work cured by some umami packed shoyou ramen. Even the salad wakami salad was well seasoned. The matcha daifuku melts in your mouth even the coconut ice cream was sublime. Ms. Leni provided great service. I would definitely comeback again.

Excellent service by Triz and Dexter. Also Nicole at the reception was very warm in receiving and guiding us to the table. Food has decent number of options for a small place but no veg ramen options though. A bit of Japanese experience from the many Japanese eateries in the MOE

The place where you can get an authentic ramen in Dubai. Good service and delicious food. The staffs were helpful and friendly, especially Dexter

We came here 2 weeks ago, the food and service was far far better. Food now lacks taste/seasoning and the oil needs changing in the fryer. I left 90% of my ramen and staff didn’t even ask if the food was ok. Won’t be returning.

I have egg allergy which I always say when they ask for my allergies, only today - after visited 5+ times, they inform me that it is egg inside the noodles.

Top japenese restaurant in Dubai, a must visit. Tasty food and friendly staff:) special kudos to Aye Suu who went beyond to make our experience the best possible. We recommend and we’ll come back
