Today Morning Visit to Kouh Al Shay, Rashidiya. 11, Jan 2024

I visited Kouh Al Shay in Rashidiya this morning and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The manager and staff were not very nice. I hope the owner sees this and asks them to be more polite to customers. Thank you.

I I ordered through Talabat, of course got the order cxld.
The kitchen staff doesn’t pay any attention to requests, despite mentioning allergies etc… not just that, i even called just after placing my order and made sure i am right to go. Yet it was completely wrongly delivered.

One of the best spots for sandwich lovers. I always choose this place to eat sandwiches and karak tea. They have a wide variety of sandwiches available. My favorite sandwiches are chicken tikka parotta and chicken chilly parotta sandwiches. It’s a small cafeteria with limited indoor dining. They accept card payments and offer free delivery and takeout services. Free parking is available in front of the cafeteria. You can also find them on the Smiles app. Additionally, it’s a great option for juice lovers.

One of the staff attitude is very rude.

Services, price and staffs are very good, the location is quiet busy especially in evening hours but we will be able to find parking space

Pls don’t buy dynamite popcorn as they charge for 15dhs and the quantity is of the tea cup size…. Pls pls pls don’t waste money on it…. Pls see the photo for the reference

The waiter staff good inside making tea staff also good butt on counter one person like 40plus age or near 40 year old he dnt have manners to deal or how to speak.tea rate also high at kashmir point same tea one dhiram and their 1.50 cake juisce rate also high other then cafe.only problem this brunch the persone.

Koukh Al Shay Cafeteria Actually it’s a cool spot for a quick bite and hang out with your friends! They provide new Fusions of food! Tried there Paratha wraps like Pubg, Ajeeb, F3 some of the best!

Pubg Porota sandwich.
This sandwich is filled with hot & flaming cheetos, sweet and spicy sauces and shredded chicken. Little bit of pricier side, but worth it. Try it with hot karak tea.

Well we went around 3 am on a weekday and the tea paratha and sandwiches were freshly prepared and so so good and they made as we requested ️

For Abudhabians it may be Rashid Ali Hassan Cafteria for Sandwiches. For Dubai pepz when they have Francisco Sandwich and Chai cravings they will go to Kokalshay outlets.

Tried their PUBG sandwich, it was good. Loved their branding and packing

Best place for drive thru meals in Rashadiya. 100%, tried their PUBG club sandwich. So satisfying for such an attractive price. Try it for yourself and get back at me if you are not satisfied yourself!

Good chai but they have increased their prices for chai and all other food stuff. The other cafeterias nearby are still offering chai for the same price and they have increased their prices. Won't be visiting again

Don’t Oder food from here they will not deliver on time. They told me with in 20 minutes they will deliver but After 1hr I called them and they told me if you want come and collect it from here. Simply wasted our time.

The best chai, Francisco, paratta sandwiches and many more options of the fresh juices as well, almost they have most of the branches across Dubai, as I visited in Warqa, Raahidiya, jadaf, the shop was open till 2.30 am and it goes on, to all people after a long drive they can have a great snacks here.

This is the best cafeteria in its kind in Al Rashidiya.
Delicious and clean with so many varieties dishes.
It is not a restaurant but mainly to get delicious & different sandwiches and juices.

Don’t suggest porotta from this shop and the person who is taking order is literally arrogant and he don’t know how to speak with customers

Juice Station, they have the best juice in Dubai. Along that, do try the mini samosa - cheese flavor. Perfect evening hang out.

Amazing tea and beverages. Must try the delicious sandwiches and rolls. Ever friendly smiling staff with a super prompt service. Koukh Al Shay has certainly raised the bar for chai in Al Rashidiya. Keep going back.

Overall, very good.

Gotta love this place. They have the most amazing shots, I love all 3. And they samosa box is just awesome.
