Koyla needs to work on the ambience, food services were very slow. Sheesha was good. May be a makeover would be great.

Food is good service is good but shisha is not that good, as per their brand name it’s not recommended for shisha.

This is my bill. You can check the date time. In your system. I came from Abu Dhabi to dubai to koyla. I hear about koyla lot of times.but. When i get there. We ordered 2 sheesha and some bar b q and after that we order tea. Both sheesha was awful.food was good. And ac was not working. I was too hot inside. The music was very loud we can't even talk to each others. I ask your sheesha guy 2 times. Please lower the volume he said.l we cant lower the volume. Hope you guys take some action.

Excellent place for parties and get together. We had a company annual party there. Fits around 70-80 people. Food was amazing. And the staff is very cordial.

Visited on my son’s 2nd Bday for the 1st time and it was the worst ever experience on that day in terms of food and service. Was in Koyla cafeteria since there was no place inside and the food we ordered was from the menu inside as there was another menu from the cafeteria.the food was a bit expensive but the taste wasn’t good as expected.the service was very bad and we have to wait for the waiter since he was busy inside most of the time instead of assisting us. There is no cleanliness inside the washroom even though it was fully booked. When i complaint to the manager he said there is alot of people and they cant keep it clean since it was used by soo many people in the cafe which was not acceptable. The AC was also not working and we have to use the FAN…. Worst experience and worst service.wont recommend to anyone.

I ordered food & drinks, in the last they charged me karak tea with cookies but they didn’t served cookies, i complaints about charging but they didn’t respond, disappointed ️

I went to koyla with my friend yesterday and the girl called roshni gave us a wonderful service and the sheesha was very good there

Double check whether you are getting right order or not. I ordered veg pasta and they gave chicken and when we complained about it, all they had to say was 'Sorry'. Wouldn't recommend the place to anybody. There are lot better places than this in Dubai

The service was wonderful.ambience was to par and the hospitality by the staff. Uniba in particular was amazing.definitely a must visit

Many single guys who played really loud music and were singing really loudly and making jokes about other women and I could hear it all as they were sitting right next to our table. My partner was really annoyed because there was a football match going on and the people really ruoned it. I have noticed there is always someone lile that there. Its a nice place but the crowd isnt the best. Apart from that I also found their service to be really really slow especially for coal. The guy was painfully slow I had to call him every time myself for him to change coal and even than he would take his time to come to our table. The girl stood next to us was just stood there staring at us every now and than she made us a bit uncomfortable. I will give this place another go because my friends enjoy going here but for me it wasn't pleasant both the times I went. I will try one more time and if its still the same than I will find myself another place.

Sheesha is good but food is below average. Especially disappointed with their iftar menu and food quality.

I wanted to place an order and some staff are not even bothered taking my order, unnecessary VIPs, pathetic attitude. Please hire professional staff who understand customer service.

This is place open almost all the time, anytime u can go it's opne it's good, food is also nice. Good music.
Nice ambience. Mostly you see the lounges are empty but this has a croud and has liveliness there.

Great atmosphere and lovely staff. They make you feel at home and don't let you lift a finger. I must say Anil and Adnan were the best. Always asked if we were ok and if we needed anything. They also occasionally do event nights.

WOW Amazing Restaurant. Had Good Iftar Dinner. Thanks to Imtiaz bhai. Delicious Starters, Nice Food, Awesome Welcome Rooafzaa Drink. Nice Fruit Salads, Ice Cream, Gulab Jamoons and Falooda was Wonderful. In Main Food, Chicken Biryani and Pulaav were Amazing with 2 Chicken Curries and Daal Makhani. I loved the Papad and Chutney. Finally comes Garam Chai. Awesome Experience to come here.
