When we are ordering bucket Chiken Biriyani they didn’t have the Chiken pcs
I have 3 experience from this restaurant
Biriyani taste is good ,but this is the behavior
Very bad delivery

One of the best samovar tea and Biriyanis in Dubai. Plenty of snacks and many good verity combos available.

I have not been to this restaurant since 2 years as the quality of the food was terrible. Things have changed and they improved a lot.

The make look everything is same but quality is a little lesser.

The so called "whitelagon" #checkenbiriyani in #plaintain / #banana leaf was very good. Very different from other #Kerala restaurants where the #biriyani will make your stomach upset. The staff is also good.
They have a seating place outside and the have kept a rug folded and keeping food near that rug. The tissue after hand wash is kept on that rugs. That is very bad and dirty. The extra biriyani rice and side dishes are also kept near the rugs. I have gone two times ther and is seeing the same things now.

Kozhikode star cafeteria, staffs are pathetic like order taking guy. My family trying to order food, and if the quantity more then he may accept order. Very immediately they will tell no delivery person and after some time they are saying, he gone another order, etc some reasons

Just only a hype nothing more. Conjusted and crowded for tea and snake. All together on dine in area. Priority to regular customers only.

Very nice food & very tasty food, worth on money. Staff dealings is very friendly & serving is good.

Had lunch here and food was quite good. They could do with keeping the place bit cooler, understand it can get hot but need to prepare for the hotter days.one can enjoy food better when the temperatures are a bit cooler.

The place and ambeince is really but the food is okay. Had long wait before getting a seat and place is filled with customers.

It was waste experience, porotta was half cooked, chicken munnar curry also not tasty, chicken kanthari they cooked with other chilly there is no kanthari and proper spices, there fresh milk tea is fresh water tea not milk, really disappointed.

Must try if you are a Kerala biryani lover, hot lagoon chicken dum biryani. I ate it many times same taste every time and chicken is so soft from usual lagoon.

Visited this restaurant on a very busy day (weekend) lunch time. The restaurant was too crowded and we ordered chicken biriyani. Quality of food was below average!

Food is excellent but price wise you see difference.
Online u Will have lesser cost and when it is a take away they charge higher.
I don’t understand the logic of it. The person on counter mentioned the take away charge is higher.
So better you order online!

One of the best kerala food restaurant in Dubai, foods are very tasty with reasonable prices, Chicken grills are my favorite which comes with chicken soup, Mutton biryani are very tasty than any other restaurant nearby, Tea and snacks are much more better to have, very neat and clean restaurant, hand wash are is little bit smaller

I have tried many items from the menu and have found that everything is just perfect. I rarely rate anything 5 star and this is one. I have heard that their Leghorn Biriyani is superb but it's available only for lunch, and hence I haven't been able to try it till now. Chicken, beef, seafood are all served to perfection. The ambience is a bit smoky though it doesn't cause any irritation. The portions are served in the right quantities and never excess. Price is also comparatively cheap. Overall an awesome eating experience. Looking forward to a leghorn chicken Biriyani!

We bad service.no time serve. Lot of staff are there. But no table visiting. No upselling. If you need better service please accomodate a lady with you.

Worst experience from staff in kozhikode star - Grill staff in Quasais today, who is in the cash counter.he was chilling with his friend. He is feeling disturbed when customers are coming. Please take this comment seriously by the management. Because the hosting is very important in hotel and restaurant field. Not only food, attitude of people is very important.

Costumer dealing was very immature and nannari soda sarbath is an utter flop. Service was very poor. 3-9-2021,3.30pm

Food was very good and it’s perfect as authentic but the service is worst we had Biriyani it’s mutton and they kept leaf and we have waited and a guy came upon and dropped Biriyani and went after some time he was serving the side items to next guy and after a lot of time we were looking on to it still we didn’t get it after that we asked supervisor Wats this and immediately he called the guy and solved the sides after some Tim we r waiting for the extra rice they are not looking of the customer needs just like that it’s a poor service but wat made us happy is the food is good

Not so good it takes a lot of time for delivery. Their food is good but there is a lot lot of oil in everything. Staff is okay. Ambiance is not at all good. Price is good. Food is okay. Most of the time when we visit there is a horrible idea of live cooking beef on the serving table. The entire place gets filled with smoke. Overall okay

One of the best meals, fish fry, chicken 65 and beef roast.not a great fan of their biriyani. Must try place for spicy lovers.you will feel the real spiciness. Yum yum

Loved their food. Best is there food is not oily.

They have awesome Malabar Biriyani. And fish fry is really spicy and nice. Also they have good Tea

Serves fresh and quality food. Fewer options in menu but all are excellent. Malabar food lovers please do give a try and treat your tummy

I have tasted their food every now and then, the inside food is very perfect - muy bien. On the other hand, the delivery food to our office seems like the Fish they fry could have died a century ago. It must have been dug out from an ancient cemetary or something. The scent is vigorously awful everytime I walk in to the canteen. The take out is wack.

Fish biryani was ok.masala prawns good.beef dry was good too.but the floors can b cleaned.there was too much mess on the floor

I had ordered a chicken biryani, chicken wasn't boiled when I bought to the notice of waiter he replaced the chicken and guess wat that was half eaten piece already.

I was really hungry on that day so i order noodles to eat but the worst food I ate in my life is this the one.

Authentic KOZHIKODE dish. Well behaved staff and yummy food. Not much expensive compared to other restaurants.

An average restaurant which is comparatively less expensive compare to other Kerala/ Malabar restaurant in the area. Hence the crowd and waiting time is more usually. We love their Ghee rice and Ney pathiri. Snacks are quite affordable too. But off-late finding the oil used is not fresh and food is more oily, may be our bad luck. On the whole Good pocket friendly food.

And Ilaneer Pudding must try desert.weends are bit crowded may weight for a while seating availability

Love the biriyani there.it’s awesome. It reminds me of home. All their food is like home cooked food. I recommend to have a change of interior and ambience.
