I can’t even describe how much I love my hair after my curly cut and highlights! I have very thin hair and never trusted anyone in cutting my hair due to fear of it looking stringy at the bottom, but Tiffany reassured me that she won’t make it look stringy, and listened to all my demands with such patience. She really made me feel valued and comfortable. Also, she’s a perfectionist and that’s what you need when you’re getting a curly cut! all good things about this salon! Customer service is amazing. They offer you drinks and candy. Place is really clean and nice.

Got my hair colored to a deep purple balayage by Tiffany and she did such a great job! The highlights looked so natural even once the purple color washed out! Definitely recommend her to do your hair!

I had such an amazing experience with Maja at Kozma. She was extremely attentive to every detail when it came to my curly hair. I was wanting a very specific color for my highlights and she went above and beyond my expectations. I really felt heard with her. Aside from that she’s such a wonderful spirit, with such great energy and you instantly feel at ease and in total comfort with her! She also did my curl cut and made sure to explain each step to me along the way and would check in with me constantly to make sure I was happy with ever little thing she did. As a person that’s a bit nervous when it comes to my hair, she made it so easy to speak up and give an opinion or to be open about any changes I wanted done! This salon is a classical case of "what i ordered VS what i got" BUT AT A RIDICULOUSLY COSTLY PRICE!

They have not the slightest idea about type 4 hair. My daughter had requested for a silk press but what she got was a blowdry and pathetic straightening done once with no shine nor gloss! This press was supposed to be for her graduation!

Mine was another story for the gods. I requested the kozma style session and i got a wash, stayed under the dryer and bam, was told i was done!
For these pathetic services, we were charged 940dhs!

This is the worst fraud ever committed in the history of salons, even worst than "Hushpuppi". Because now, my daughter still has no hairstyle for her graduation and i'm left to wear a wig again, YET WE PAID ALMOST 1000DHS!

I hope you are able to sleep well at night with this scam going on in your salon! SHAME!

Very professional, treated my hair carefully and delicately, that after having dry frizzy hair, it was softer and it endured with me during training!

It was quite a disappointment, as the Kozma method and products weren’t suiting my hair texture and style.
The products used were very heavy and wore my hair down, also the 100% drying technique ahead of diffusing left my hair with no styling or volume and horrible irregular curls unlike the way I do myself!

Saliha was super meticulous and knowledgeable. I loved the PomPom monster pedicure. The whole experience was unique and fun. Will definitely be back

Although I was happy with my experience in the saloon, I am very disappointed with their customer services. I have called them a week ago and requested to have someone explaining for me the process, a lady who answered my call told me that someone will call back to explain the process. Unfortunately, no one bothered to call. So, after 3 days from my first call, I called them again asking them about the process. Again, the lady who responded previously assured me saying that someone will call back and explain the process. Still, no one bothered to call me. Next day I called several times for the same reason, and finally one of the pros called me but at that time I was busy with something else and I requested her to call next day around 10-11am. Until this hour, while I am writing this review, still I haven’t received any call from them to explain the process! Unfortunately, after I was happy to find this salon to take care of my curls, I decided not to visit or call them again, I would rather find another one because customer service is much important than the service itself to me.

Kozma got my curles back im so happy. They staff is so sweet and teach you every step to take care of your hair

Had an amazing hair colour transformation with Florentyna today at Kozma and Kozma, Al Wasl. She did such a great job, loving the new hair colour!

I had a great experience with Raven (highlights, cut, blow dry, beachy waves on straight thin hair). I really appreciated that she didn t rush the highlights, she took her time to make sure everything was blended and looked natural. She is patient, funny and really cares for her clients.

Jodie was exceptional at not only understanding my vision, but delivering it to me without damaging the natural texture and curl pattern of my hair. Not only is she a thorough professional with extensive knowledge on how to deal with curly hair but she is also a wonderful and bubbly person who makes you look and feel your best. HIGHLY recommend my sweet stylist Jodie, the redhead stunner. I will definitely be going back to Kozma and Kozma and booking with her in the future as well to do all things hair related.

One of my favourite salons, if not THE salon! I love their beauty treatments and pedi/manis. Always ask for Lorna - she is very qualified, gentle and great at her job.and is the only one allowed to touch my eyebrows in Dubai. Thanks Lorna for making every salon visit memorable.

Location is not the best, professional and funny. Just a bit slow, I stayed there 3 hours. Price are reasonable and they teach you how to take good care of your curly

We enjoyed our mermaid pedicure services at Kozma & Kozma. Highly recommend to try this service that starts with gentle scrubbing, playing with water beads & ends with paraffin wax to soften the feet. Our manicurist Jennyrose was fantastic & quick. She was also enthusiastic & encouraged us to take pictures in our mermaid blankets. 2 hours of fun that you definitely won't regret!

It’s probably my first time to have my hair that much healthy when I go to a salon! I got a prestation with Marilyn and she was very professional, showing step by step the whole procedure, giving many advice about the way of caring for curly hair. I will definitely come back!

I visited this salon a couple of years ago and had a lovely experience. I have recently moved back to Dubai and was extremely excited to go back so it’s very unfortunate that I have to rate it with only a star.

The service was definitely not what I was expecting. I’m not sure whether it was the stylist but the staff have definitely changed so just FYI in case you haven’t been there for a few months.

1. The stylist would not take into account my views on my own hair! Any curly girl out there knows the struggle to get to know your curls and what works for you. I tried to explain to the stylist that because I have fine hair, gels don’t tend to work well. It doesn’t seem like she knew anything about curly hair as all she said to me was ‘we get trained to apply a gel so I have to do it’. She also said something along the lines of ‘I will however take into account 50 percent of your views’. This in itself was highly frustrating.

2. The stylist was not gentle with my curl. She kept brushing my curls way too ‘quickly’ to detangle as opposed to taking her time and ensuring that I had no breakage. I definitely don’t do that to my hair even when I’m in a rush so it’s frustrating that I had to pay someone who didn’t seem to care much about my hair.

3. The stylist then went to attend to another customer and even when my hair was done drying I had to wait for another 20 mins for her. What was even more aggravating was her response to me when she returned. She said something along the lines of the other customer had hard coarse hair so it was difficult to comb it! Who says that!

4. As expected, she put way too much gel in my hair. Didn’t work well. I paid for the service but I asked the salon whether I could wash my hair there and then. I re-washed my hair post the service and left. The manager seemed apologetic and tried to give me a discount on one of the accessories that I purchased. The stylist kept explaining that she didn’t do anything wrong ‘out loud’ which was just very unprofessional.

5. Definitely won’t be going back.

Was my first visit to Kozman and Kozma and really enjoyed the experience. Great staff, well trained and always with a smile. Will definitely be back!

I got the mermaid mani and pedi here. Shout out to Jenny Rose and Lorna, they did an amazing job and were soooo incredibly kind. Great place to go for a bit of relaxing!

Cherizeh is the MOST AMAZING HAIRSTYLIST EVER, so talented and very attentive to details. I’ve been searching up and down for a hairstylist who can get my fringe dream right, and she couldn’t have done it any better. I loved her work and her bubbly personality! The overall ambience of the salon is very comfy and all the staff members are hospitable and jolly. Generally, a great experience and will definitely go back there again.

Sarah and her team were amazing! They accommodated me at a late time and really took their time with my hair. I highly recommend their services and quality of their shop. When in Dubai must go there! Thank you again and see you back soon.

This review comes late but this shows how much I liked the services of Gail in the JLT branch. She coloured my hair and I was very happy with the result. Since the stylist whom I had worked with before were not there I was concerned. But she made me comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I also did a curly wash. I would recommend Gail for curly hair treatment.

Went in for a haircut today and absolutely loved it! My hairstylist was Cherizeh and she's just amazing at what she does! Definitely coming back here for all my haircuts!

I am editing my review as my experience with the hair stylist Cherizeh was horrible.
She started 20 mns late. And then there was no attention given at all she was attending multiple clients at same time.i have curly hair and i had lot of curiosity and excitement to get my hair colour but she shattered my excitement. She bleached my eyebrows while colouring my hair and then got my eyebrows coloured. Extremely careless and irresponsible when I reached home i also realised she has bleached my eyelashes. During the wash she asked another lady who was cleaning the floor there to wash my hair out this lady was totally unaware of using the tangle teaser brush and had no clue how to wash the hair. I got super annoyed by then and asked them to stop doing anything further and water was dripping of my hair and I wanted leave then the receptionist and the salon manager tried to pacify me. Its extremely disappointing to visit a salon like this who claim to have expertise in curly hair but not the right approach towards the clients.

I got my hair color done from here. I loved the service. Had gone for blue color. The 4 hours they served with lots of care and their complimentary drinks and candies. It was a lovey me time. Ive also done signature pedicure twice. It was amazing. Ive also redeemed their rewards as im a prt pf the rewards system. I akways have recommended kozma to al the curly girsl i know.

I'm not the best 'girlie-girl' and don't manage to do the salon thing very often. So my prior experience with Dubai salons have generally been quite hit and miss. I went with low expectations and was blown away with such a great experience! The stylist took the time to talk to me to find out what my eventual vision for my hair was, the products I use, how I normally wear my hair most days, even what I do with my hair when I sleep. And then managed to deliver exactly what I wanted! My hair looks amazing, I can't stop looking at it! Definitely going back to keep this look and condition going, I even bought a few products recommended that make it easy for me to get the same results at home. While I was there I also threw in a mani-pedi which were both top notch. I might just be a salon convert!:)

Honestly I’m very disappointed on haw they treat the new clients. I booked an appointment for consultation to check if I can apply the curly hair style on my hair since I use to apply the kératine. First of all I was at time but I wait for the lady for like 20 min and then when she comes to me I think she gives me 5 min from her time and the worst she treat me with arrogance! Unfortunately She dosent show respect or care and even I couldn’t explain what I want or understand a word from her! I really felt bad after this experience and I’m really very disappointed about her unprofessional and cold behavior! All what I can say I will never think to go there ever in my life

Jenny Rose gave me the best full-body massage that I have had for years! I asked for a deep tissue massage and she managed to get rid of all of the knots that were in my back and shoulders. She also gave me a fabulous pedicure afterwards!

Meanwhile, my daughter had full-legs, arms, bikini and underarm waxing by Lorna, followed by an excellent pedicure!

The service at Kozma & Kozma is always very professional and friendly. We have been coming to this salon for a few years now, and have never once been let down.

I really struggled to find hair dressers in the UK and the UAE who knew how to cut my curly hair. Once I stopped blow drying and straightening my hair, it became even more of a challenge. I now won't get my hair cut or coloured anywhere else and am always recommending the salon to friends with curly hair! The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the service is spot on. Can't wait for their Abu Dhabi branch to open so I don't have to travel to Dubai to get my hair cut! Thank you Kozma & Kozma

They are doing a great job with manicures and pedicures, the ambience it’s a little bit cold, but all the rest very good, my daughter tried highlights and the result it’s nice, she’s really happy

I have been in Dubai for over a decade and have always struggled to find a place that can deal with my blonde hair in a subtle and beautiful manner. I was so happy today to have met Jessica. She managed to care for my hair in a way I haven't experienced in many years. The outcome is natural and I know it will grow out nicely until the next appointment without any brash root lines. I could see the expertise in her technique as she did the foils. The salon itself is super fun and quirky and has a real ambiance of it's own. I was really impressed about all the details that go into the different services on offer. Whether cutesy drinks, lattes with cute decorations, or fun types of manicure and pedicures available. This salon is truly one of a kind. The no kids rule is a plus and it was very peaceful. The chairs in both the style and shampoo section were probably the most comfortable I've ever had. Even the pricing was reasonable compared to the location, expertise of the hairdresser and associated services. I highly recommend this Salon and am happy to have come across it being recommended on FB Dubai Mums. Usually FB recommends can be hit or miss. But this salon is a winner!

Couldnt be happier with my hair, i have been going to holly for some time now to have blonde highlights and she has literally saved my hair it was in such poor and bad condition and now its so healthy and long literally love my hair now! I have been coming to Kozma since they first opened and have been loyal since. I've had many services and all of them are perfect, but I always come to get my curly cut from Julia. She's absolutely wonderful and I also know all the other hair professionals are great too! The pedicures are so fun and relaxing too! Lovely salon environment always so welcoming and classy. You get a delicious treat from the candy wall and a really refreshing drink to. I can't find a single complaint at all I just wish i could spend even more time here best salon in Dubai hands down

Best Salon I have been to in UAE, and most importantly the only salon that understands curly hair. My hair has never been better since I started doing the special curly hair hydration and curly cuts. Ask for Julia, or Natalie, and you will not be disappointed! They are both amazing stylists, and curly trained professionals!

I am from Australia and I visit Dubai twice a year for 6 weeks each time. I've been attending Kozmo salon each time and they have delivered an excellent service from styling the drinks and the special treats. Special shout out to Annalyn who has been styling my hair lately.my hair is long and demanding plus I'm a very fussy person in how I wish my hair to be styled.but Annalyn knew exactly how I wanted it and nailed it from the start! I took my younger sister here for a curly hair styling and cut and a blow dry for myself! My sister fell in love with her hair again! The stylist was very attentive and knowledgable and shared tips through every step of the way as she was styling her hair, definitely recommend!

I had my hair done with a junior stylist so it didn’t really last till the next day so next time i’ll book with a senior one, thus the 4 stars.

It was my first time visiting the salon. I Got my hair color done with Jessica, she did an amazing job and my hair color turned out exactly the way I wanted! I also got a brazilian blowout with Raven, she was amazing! She took her time with my hair, she gave me so many helpful tips and suggested products and treatments for my hair. I recommend both ladies, they made my first experience memorable. I would definitly visit again!

So disappointing. My highlights were average, but it was the attitude I got from my hairdresser that really wasn’t appreciated. No one wants to pay to sit in a chair and be spoken down to.

The best salon in Dubai! A total wonderland - super whimsical decor and treatments and highly professional staff. I go to them for hair, waxing, nails and brows. Book Reshyl for nails - she can do anything beautifully. Cannot recommend highly enough! I love them!
