I was literally stunned to see the parcel was delivered to our door. We thank the driver and The KSL for going way above and beyond. They always get us our packages in a timely manner but this was unexpected.

Delivery arrived on time and the delivered item was in a very good condition. Ample amount of messages were sent confirming date and time of delivery.

Cargo was initiated in July not yet received, complaint has been raised in Dubai consumer, don't want the matter to go in further authorities, Pakistani company pakistani workers I respected but u don't respect time, respond my call/message urgent

My package was collected in April 2023 and we are in Mid of November
They are keep giving Container numbers
I think we should contact Dubai Court or Consumer court

They are thieves and fraudster collecting valuables and than not answering calls

Even one star is too high. My experience with this company has been appalling. My packages were collected in July with an expected delivery date by end of August. I am now in mid-November and still no delivery. The phone numbers provided on the invoice are not recognised. Eventually managed to contact someone and every time I call I am provided with different information and told the delivery will be made by a certain date within a couple of weeks. Still no delivery and just hearing excuse after excuse with rude customer service.

Very bed and careless poor service this is my first time and last time to take service from this cargo company and I'll never ever suggestion this cargo company to anothers they're never receive my call and not give me reply even call or msg already 50days now from Dubai to Pakistan it's a very big shame they're never complete their promise not good service

Their review Its a big "DO NOT USE THEM" these people treat your precious cargo as trash. They will drop and break your stuff and destroy it in a heart beat. Unreasonable and the workers in pakistan dump your cargo right from the container r to the ground damaging your electronics and furniture or whatever it is. Insanely bad experience with them. They will show you a rosey pic and deliver your goods damaged with no remorse. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM EVER. I honestly do not understand how anyone can rate them as a good company. You can see the attached pics and judge yourself. If I was still in UAE I would have filed a formal complaint against them.

KSL logistic did fraud with me, i booked one washing machine with KSL logistic, they have charged me wooden box but sent my washing machine without box, it delivered after 4 month in Pakistan and washing machine was damaged, no one is listening during these 4 months.

Absolutely non professional, pathetic service, its 50 days already and my shipment which was committed to deliver in 15 days not yet received and even no body still knows when it will be delivered absolutely not suggested to use them

Very bad service, miscomitment when i do booking they told me it will be deliver within 30 days i sent cargo on 1st Ramadhan and now its been 45 days am already in pakistan and they don’t give response to me and i ask my some friends in dubai to follow up with them and they said still in karachi port and not cleared from custom, my cargo was general house hold items and nothing to do with custom but its delayed and these peoples are very irresponsible. I will never recommend to anyone this company.

I sent package over two months agao but never reached. All their numbers are off I suspect they are bankrupt and ran away.anyone knows more?

Very disappointing this KSL cargo service I was made one shipment from dubai on January they give me estimate time 30 days and now more then90 days already still no body contact me but I called them many times kn alot of numbers but no answer no WhatsApp reply it’s very bad experience with them I’m not recommended

I dispatched my items on 25th February, that were promised to reach within 7 working days, it's 10th April now. Not only have they not been transparent about where my package is, but are not refunding the 150 dirhams I have for the delivery or even bothering to return my package if not refunding. On top of that, throughout the delay, they kept lying and making excuses, I had 3 numbers, each one would give us a different reason for the delay and now they have stopped responding altogether. When it's about taking money they don't hesitate to charge every fee possible, but when it's about returning people's rightful money, they don't seem to care. Fraud & extremely unprofessional. It's a shame a company of this caliber is even operating in UAE.

They are certified liars, unprofessional and seasonal compaigners. I haven't seen such a dishonest and ridiculous people in my life. I have handed over my stuff before 2 months for Karachi as of now still carton is missing no one is able to answer no one is communicating the truth, my mother who's a cancer patient, there was some stuff related to her, also stuff related to my kids and family unfortunately, they have almost ruined everything. Please please please don't trust Pakistani people being an overseas Pakistani give your stuff to any indian based cargos they would deliver your stuff on time. This is my worst ever experience. Don't send any stuff specially if there are some important or family items in the cargo. They are absolutely dishonest people. This company should be banned ASAP. Please lodge the complain! I wish there is less then one Star. They very lying to everyone fake people. Its more then 3 months i don't know whare is my cargo. And know even they are not replying me. I want to share my experience with KSL Logistics. I just found this company over the internet and hire for my house relocation from UAE to UK. KSL Logistics done each and everything properly as per agreement and i am really very happy with the services.

KSL Logistics one of the famous cargos and moving company in UAE. Last time we choose this company and fully satisfied. They are professional and well committed.

This company is bunch of liars and non professionals everyone will say difrrent stories whenever you will call them. I wish UAE economic development takes strict action against this company. Not delivering my cargo almost 4 months going to complete now. And more frustrating thing they are not responding to msgs and calls.

Very bad service they broke my fridge and before washing machine after that we are just calling them no body response i paid for expensive packing either.alot of time i called there call center but nobody response.i will suggest don't use this services. Because they don't care.

My shipment was supposed to be delivered in 5-6 days but it is one month now and the shipment is still not delivered.only fake excuses

Poor services no commitment at all bloody liar. Charged me for full 20ft container and delivered items in chunks. Destroyed most of my items all glass related items and furniture is badly demaged by them no one is cooperative and helpful against compensation. Sales persons are referring to shippet and shipper is referrong back to dispatcher

Worst Ever services, No one is properly responding after you pay what they ask you.they will deliver items all broken.when you call and ask about your cargo when it will reach they will refer you from one person to other and other will refer you to the same person and will give you round and rounds but no one will tell you exactly when it will be deliver.after 30 days still no one will give you exact date that when you will receive your items,

no one will give you any operation manager number or any concern person to whom you can at least complain and follow up for your cargo status.the worst ever company.if there was zero star i want to give them zero star not even 1 star.

KSL is a shame on the face of cargo companies i haven't seen such a worst attitude and they have damaged my cargo and did all the false work.i paid for a container while my cargo is receiving in chunks still and my boxes are damaged they will pay for it if not in this world but on the day of judgment. I have been kind with them and there staff but they have given such a worst service i will share that on all the social media they're doing fake marketing fake people don't trust this company you can loose your all the goods. Bad service bad staff and bad company. Liars i haven't received a single proof that my things were sent in a container which was booked for me. I hope they'll face all what they are doing to people

Worst and pathetic service. No customer service. Sent item to the uk and they used a wrong address and now no one is taking responsibility. They keep passing me from person to person with no result. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. They deserve minus star.

Not for 200kg or below cst delivered with broken box. Will charge u for paper work pickup charges packing charges. Luckily tv n fridge reached safely. But alot of other itens were broken. Zero customer service will deliver ur stuff in 4-5 installments. U r literally hoping some1 will deliver as no one will tell u exactly staff in Dubai is unprofessional. Not recommended

Bad service! They gave me quotation before coming to pack then after packing they asked double the price. Moreover when the oven reached Mumbai the glass door of gas oven was shattered in pieces. When asked for compensation they said no we can’t do anything now and I should have paid more and asked for wooden packaging which was never informed to me by packers.

How are they even in business? They are great to pick up the stuff and do the packaging required but the actual transport of goods is the worst of its kind. Absolutely careless of fragile items, no insurance for the broken items, no complaints resolution, NOTHING. Plus they have the never to blackmail the customers that they'll throw the items if we don't pay in full, regardless of the damage done. I'm frankly considering a Legal Action against them just so they can consider improving their service.

They will break your stuff and no one will held responsible.save your stuff and money look for a different shipping company.

Worst experience with them had to send air cargo and sea cargo to karachi the air cargo was received after 20 days and sea cargo after 35 days not at all recommend. They never even apologized for this pathetic service.

Don't trust them! They took my money and my things and it's been more than 42 days the cargo has not arrived. They promised to deliver in 10 days. I had my responsibility yo warn who ever is reading this.
They always say tomorrow, in 2 days, by Thursday. But actually it's never.
I believe that one day their company will shut down if they keep doing this.

Worst company ever recently I sent a cargo to Sweden they told it will take 10 working days but it's been 30 days and no one contact yet and when we called they have informed us that our cargo has been return to Germany due to a wrong address from their side and no one is ready to resolve this issue as I have decided to make legal action against them that how it works with them

This is the third time sending cargo through ksl. 1st time the service was great. Minimal damage and arrived on time. Second time sent 31 ctns 7000 ard service charged most of the items tv fridge arrived safely. Washing machine completely damaged several panels of furniture was damaged but mostly items arrived on time. Their manager in Karachi responded professionally more than their customer service staff in dubai.
This is the third time sending cargo this time by air they said it will take 12 to 15 days to reach multan. Its been 1 month now and everytime the customer care guy says its stuck in customs before it was karachi and now he said Islamabad. The agent who booked doesnt pick up or answered any msg after i asked him the location of cargo on the 8th day. He said contact after 15 days you have time. Afyer 15 days he never picks up or responds.

I recommend everyone to must try KSL logistics service. KSL logistics Dubai they deliver on time and with proper safety.

Recently sent some cargo back to our home in India. Hard to imagine the abuse our carton took to be damaged like this despite being packed properly. Their tracking page is useless as are their staff who have the most lethargic attitude to resolve your complaint basically only saying that higher managment can only resolve this issue.

There is no cooperation at all, it was my bad expirence to find my parcel.i have been waiting from three months to deliver but no response and they are not even able to track the parcel.very disappointed service.i have to log a camplaint if there will be no reaponse.

They are giving wrong commitment for deliver -i send my cargo by air in Lahore they charges me 10 dhm per kg and delivery time promised for 12 days now 26 days over.no body help where is my cargo after 26 days i called to customer care-they know only 2 answers -cargo in customer clearance or -cargo is ready for delivery.today is 31/08/2021-32 days over -their customer service is saying we do not know any update-their pakistan office saying we have no information -their manager saying do not call to us again and again.

Very poor customer service. They wasting my time from the last two weeks. First they said 5AED per KG for electronics, when i confirm the order they changed and said 6AED per KG.
They always make wrong commitments, very unprofessional. You will attract by reviews most are paid review, before i also attracted from these reviews but in reality their services are worst. Don't waste your time, go for another one.

VERY DISAPPOINTED: Very Bad Experience, not Professionalism at ALL. Commercial Goods sent via them to Pakistan reached after more than 8 weeks after several follow ups.received Goods damaged and less in packed quantity. Entire team from Cargo receiver shop to management have no clue whats meaning of customer service. NOT RECOMMENDING AT ALL. Guy named Aftab there is Lazy Lad and helpless! One CTN reached in 5 weeks and other after more than 2 months even though sent both at one time.

Its worst service. I sent cargo to india on 5 th june. They told it ill get dilivered in 12 to 15 days. Till now the cargo is not delivered at my home. Worst service its almost 28 days. N in india office no one is answering. They dont have any tracking service where u can see where is ur parcel. I want my parcel soon tp get dilivered.

The worst logistics company in dubai. Dnt believe the positive reviews, all are fake. They take money and dnt provide the promised services.

I had paid for wooden boxes as I was sending some exquisite crockery back home. They did not pack anything in the wooden boxes. Everything received was damaged. Have been calling them for a refund as it was their mistake to take money and not do proper packaging. No one gets back to you. They have blocked my calls as well.
