Discovered this somehow, and I’m so glad I did it’s too heavy, so make sure to order minimum, their best seller is out of this world

Ordered a royal kulfi falooda via careem from barsha branch. Firstly there is nothing royal about it except that it is royally overpriced! Secondly, halfway through trying to finish it with great effort, since I paid for it, I found small bits of paper in it! I immediately snapped a pic and reported via careem and got a refund, but only thought it fair to put a review here as well to warn customers of this branch's bad quality kulfi and lack of care.

I wish I had something nice to say about my experience but I was greatly disappointed with the product itself & the price tag it carried. Extremely average over sweetened over priced falooda that will nowhere cater to the authentic taste a rich falooda has to offer. For the price I paid, I hardly got any richness of nuts, chia seeds or full flavor of fruit to garnish the kulfi. I will not be returning.

Wide range of chilled desserts for Kulfi lovers. Love their stick kulfi. However, price and portion aren't justified for some items.

Hats down for the service of ruby. Kulfis are great. Service is more than 5. Will surely come back to visit Al barsha.

The wall decor imitate the design of ice cream but there’s so much dust deposit on the walls that makes it look dirty. Kindly deep vacuum the place.

Tried their Royal kulfi faluda which tasted impeccable. Its a modern fancy sorta faluda dessert with different flavors of kulfi ice cream. Lil expensive though. #Roamindubai

Mood Killer - Horrible service, empty store but the lady and guy were too busy and didn’t know what was available, couldn’t even punch the order for litchi kulfi and to brave the lack of parking to visit on top of it. Finally got both Mango and Litchi and it was hard to tell the taste difference. Just had a basic taste for both. Total disappointment and regret decision to go in a Friday evening.

Just looked at past reviews and poor staff attitude seems consistent. Surprised owners don’t respond to the comments or make amends

Better to avoid visiting and deliver if really craving for desi kulfis.
Service is pathetic. They guy at the counter has a rude tone. Not helpful. Even we have to search for the menu ourselves. No dustbins to dispose the wrappers and no way to clean your hands.
And that awful smell there. Makes you vomit instead of enjoying.

Was looking forward to this but was let down hugely by the unenthusiastic staff member who seemed half dead at the counter. The hygiene and cleanliness of the store was horrible, we were the only ones there but many tables hadn't been cleaned. And the most nasty thing I witnessed was the staff member dropped one of the big slabs of kulfi on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and put it on the kitehn prep counter! Suffice to say I won't be going here again!

Poor service. Neither was the guy interested in taking our order nor courteous enough to even inform customers if he was busy. We just walked out and he still didn’t seem to have any reaction.

Nice place, with soo many varieties of Kulfi. I tried small version of falooda which was amazing with kulfi topping

It's OK.dint find anything worth the hype of this place.nothing diff or extraordinarily Different or yummy taste.jus normal kulfi which can be found anywhere.

The falooda is amazing if they get your order right it will be a miracle!
We always order online and pick up as we live very far but you must eat it and see before you take it home

We went for a quick dessert post dinner. This place is amazing. Their kulfis are too good. We tried their royal kulfi falooda. It was very tasty. Highly recommend this place as the kulfis and the ambience is great.

Our family's go-to-place late night, especially during summer. Great variety of desserts and mind blowing taste.

I had mystical garden shake yesterday from Al barsha outlet. It was tasting all milk no taste of kulfi flavor and they are using UHT milk instead of fresh milk

Came here to grab a quick dessert after dinner and what a great experience. First time trying kulfilocios and I was very impressed. The ambiance and superb to start with. Very creative. The kulfis were amazing, so many to choose from but absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

Servers are zombies! Very slow and don't communicate properly. Not able to serve ppl on time. Taking calls and keeping ppl wait at counter. Faloda was ready but didn't serve.

Faloda is alright but the whole experience ruined the fun.

Tasteless falooda. Tasted like milk with kulfi, and the jelly used was frozen without any sweetness to it. I am sure they can do better.

If you would still like to try, eat kulfi by itself.

It was good but could have been better. It lacked the creaminess that is usually associated with good Kulfi. Although the nuts and dry fruits were quite good.

They have this theme of using modified drums as chairs.but these drums are fixed to the floor.if we want to adjust our seat, its impossible.

The idea behind the setup of the shop was great, but it was overcrowded with the random tables and chairs lying around. The kulfi milkshake was average.

Try out the different Kulfi icecream on stick. We tried the plain kulfi, strawberry kulfi and chcolate kulfi.

If you crave for the Indian version of ice cream famously called Kulfi, you should visit this place. It has a very Desi ambience and most of all a very very wide range of flavours. For beginners start with the evergreen Malai flavour. Also try other variants like Falooda.

Very pathetic. Their menu is fake. Written something and give normal stuff and when u ask them why not according to menu. They will ask you extra money. Frauds.

We ordered malai kulfi with rabri but only kulfi was served and the staff demanded money for adding rabri. Why lie when you cant fulfill? I paid for it.

Helpful staff, nice Bombay style decor and atmosphere and most importantly delicious Kulfi in multiple flavours! (I still prefer the originals though). Although the price could be a bit cheaper, I will definitely be picking up from here again soon.

This is always our choice for ice cream zkulfi. They offer some good variety of kulfis. The staff here where courteous and the ambience is very good

Too much flavour under one roof

Cannot believe that I drove 40 km and guess what such a big franchise told me they dont have a stick to make ice gola.they can only give me crushed ice in a cup.

I had a chance to visit Kulfilicious with my wife and my family few weeks back. Had heart alot about this place. They have quite good options if you are craving for something sweet. We order few varieties of kulfies and all tasted good. The karak chai was also delicious. Would definitely visit again for more flavours and tasting.

Excellent kulfi here, if perhaps a tad bit too sweet. Also not cheap, though nonetheless an indulgence best enjoyed infrequently. Some of the sundaes are CRAY CRAY sweet, primarily cuz of the overly generous servings of rose syrup in them - I duly have mine without!

Excellent ambience to enjoy delicious kulfi n Faluda. I went along with my cousin family n my family on a lazy Friday evening. Ample of public parking available. Just park your car n get into to enjoy. You may find kulfi to be a bit more sweet but for a bong like me it is fine. Try Royal Faluda with pan flavor n I m sure u will love it. Stall are quite good and added up to pleasant experience. Recommend to try. Tips: kulfi -buy medium for 2, Royal Faluda -small for 2 in case u r there to taste n not eat. Not much other options in menu card. They are available in. Zomato as well.

Nice Kulfi.the rose n Sithaphal (custard apple) were very tasty. The quantity substantial. The decor is rustic. Worth visiting post yr meals.n if u like something sweet.

Absolutely appalling delivery and service. Always late and no one picks up their phone lines. Better to not provide delivery with this kind of pathetic service.

Reached their late (closing time) 8 PM, the owner was nice enough as he offered us to open the place for us but we decline, their opening time from 10 a.m to 8pm, look good place for vintage furniture.

Used to be good but my last 2 visits just felt like the kulfi quality had dropped and lots of artificial essense were used

A quaint place, with a unique decor that takes us back to the streets in India, Kulfilicious is a place you should visit, when you have those sweet cravings.

As a kid I used to love eating snow cone even if I would end up with a sore throat I felt like a kid again when I had the Indian version of Snow Cone called ‘GOLA GANDA’ or ‘CHUSKI’ with Kala Khatta and Rose flavours. It was so much fun to be a child again with my own child and enjoy it without any worries️️ Izaan was enjoying his Kulfi Cubes and his Chocolate Kulfi on a stick. Noor ordered Lahore which was very similar to a Falooda & both of them liked what they ordered.

Good ice cream, very very nice variety of ice cream (kulfi) nice atmosphere pricing does not match the quality of service

Today the experience wasnt good.
The girl who took our order and served our kulfi was grumpy. My husband even said that she was allowed to smile, she doesn't have to take her work seriously, and still didnt get that hint. When we asked for an additional rabri, it didn't taste like it, it was like condensed milk, it was too sweet, and pouref too much that you can no longer see the beauty of kulfi that were sliced in cubes! It seemed like a lump in a creamy soup.
