DISASTER customer service
Used to buy knifes there and get a good assistance but looks like 2 gentleman’s don’t care about selling at all.
They only care about where you are from and where do you work
They kept talking nonsense between each other once we were in the store

I came to kuto today to buy a knife. I am a chef and I know the value of a knife. But when I touch a the way that shop keeper told me don’t touch it… it was very wired for me, you don’t have any manners to talk.we are here to buy your products so better you behave well. I am not going to go back to that outlet never again.

I visited it for the first time and it was a pleasant and a valuable experience! Mr. Quinton (I hope I typed it correctly) was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I visited KUTO to buy a Sharpening Stone. He explained all the differences between different sharpening stones and even gave some advice on how to do it safely and properly.

The place itself is not far from metro or parking lots, so it's convenient to reach. Thank you!

Whether you're a hobbyist or a professional and have never used Japanese blades, do yourself a favour and go try one out. You can pick up a very respectable blade with an out-of-box sharpness that will blow away most big brand German knives. I got myself a little 150mm utility blade and it flies through vegetables and fruits. Have already recommended this place to my friends and perhaps you will too.
