As always we do enjoy having breakfast in this place. Comfortable, quantity of food more than enough, Delicious, very good atmosphere , amazing staff.
Exceptional approach and service from Suraj, and one thank you is not enough .
We will back again and again SOON!

Our server Sagar was SUPER nice and helpful.
The food was amazing, the omelets were perfectly done.
Bilal was fast and brought our orders on time.

What truly made our visit stand out was the wonderful Priscillah who served us. Her friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home. She was not only efficient but also went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience.

The coffee was excellent, the ambiance was lovely, but it was the fantastic service that made this visit truly memorable. We can't wait to return!

Came here for breakfast today. The place was already full. Breakfast was hearty and really good in portion size. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Janat who attended our table, she’s so sweet and such a beautiful soul, bless her

They have wide selection of bakery and cakes beside dishes.we tried many times and always we face delay in the order and food is not always good. It depends on the dish you order. Always ask about the best seller

Major safety hazards as these hanging lights are so low that we bumped our heads into them. See attached photos. They are as low as a regular person’s face level.
Food quantity was good. Coffee Mug was dirty (see attached photo).

Love the french toast! We ordered two with berries, it was that good!
Also ordered croissant with eggs and bacon and cheese and it was yummy

The lady at the reception was super super rude, I always take out from Ala brioche this was my first and worst experience.my order was supposed to be delivered in 5-6 minutes as per her timings and usually it only used to take so much, it took more than that and I still waited I understand it’s a busy hour, after 15 minutes when I asked her she said “ who asked you to order if it’s in a rush “ and it started. Very rude staff.

Got to experience a worst reaction from a pinay girl, we called her to place an order. She looked at us directly eye to eye and literally just ignored and passed us! What a very good service from a KABAYAN! To whoever you are “ATE” may you not experience a RUDE CUSTOMER who might confront you for doing that!

1st La Brioche branch i came through that has great food and great hospitality too. The Filipino staffs are doing their best.

They don't deserve 1 star, 40 minutes waiting for breakfast, they give my food to other table as they said and expect me to wait more had to call more than 3 staff.extremely bad service and this is not the first time it is the worst place had super bad experience.
They need customer service training
They need strong store manager
They need someone who manage the order.

Service was so bad.they took 15 min just to give me the menu, even If I asked for it they didn't care. I wanted the Quiche (it was 12PM lunch time) but not available. I took the Chiken mayo sandwich. Was difficult to find the chicken in my sandwich! They didn't bring Normal forks and knives, but plastic ones! I am sitting on a restaurant to eat with plastic spoon? Nobody came when I wanted to pay, so I left, going directly to the cashier. I gave my card and ask for the receipt. He debited my card then started to argue with his colleague about an other customer. "Excuuuuse me. I need the receipt" he didn't care was too busy with his colleague. Last time you will see me there. Oh and by the way, the guy in my left complained too, so all the same: DISASTER!

Pretty bad food - wagyu sandwich and beef tenderloin were so dry.

Service is very slow.

Disappointing. We asked for our steak to be cooked medium, it came well done. When using the entertainer voucher (pay for one main, one main free) they counted our entree as a main. Better go elsewhere.

Food was nice! I love coming for breakfast.
However before I come I called for reservation as it’s always full during the weekend. The staff told me they don’t do reservations or waiting lists.it’s first come first serve. So I insisted please please but still not possible so I gave up
And said ok I will come then. So I ended the call!

What happened, when we got there. The staff told me “madam you’re the one who called for reservation? I said yeah but luckily we got a table. Then she told me “you hang up the phone”.

Excuse me? I have a baby in my car, I am in hurry to come. So What do you expect the customer to do? To video call?

Why so dramatic? You should get more training for customer service! The lady in the counter. She’s not even happy to ask me anything when I was checking some pastries. I wanted to get a marble cake for my friends bday but I avoided her as I don’t want to ruin my morning.

Average options and quality. Prices are reasonable. Service is a bit slow, although not very busy.

If I think of breakfast in MCC, the it is one of the best options. Very tasty and generous food

Great place for a snack and a coffee.
Delicious salads, fresh bread and Olives paste. Great coffee and sandwiches.

Lovely place and lovely staff.
We tried several dishes including croissants, for me croissants were the most delicious ones especially being out now of oven.
The service was fast, the staff was professional, pleasant and welcoming.
Several options of breakfast, main courses, baked stuff, desserts and beverages on the menu.

The inattentiveness and coldness of the wait staff deserves one star only. But I gave it another because the food was alright. I doubt I’ll be revisiting this cafe- the wait staff seem to have forgotten they need to do more than just deliver food. Polite manners and smiles go a long long way to keep customers happy.

I love to go to La Brioche every Friday mostly for quite breakfast, the food is excellent and the staff are excellent

I've been visiting this restaurant twice since last month, and in both times I ordered the same, prawns salad, Moroccan chicken and lemon herbs chicken.service was so friendly, food was excellent and taste was great.consistent service and offers at all times!

Good taste, like their breakfast but portions could be better compared to the offered price, they also removed some good item like the dark chocolate melfay which is really good one, once I asked for omelette to be medium cooked but seems they forgot or in a hurry made it well done as they used to do, I prefer the one at the point location at morning good view and good service before traffic build up

I stopped going there for years as they used to have very bad service. Am happy that they changed there unless stuff and replaced them with new friendly, fast response stuff. They have delicious pastries.

Have eaten at LA brioche a couple of times and they have never disappointed with their food and service.

A great place for breakfast, lovely quiet seating but wouldn't have lunch there again unfortunately - their chicken burger was terrible. The burger bun bread breaks and becomes soggy and the chicken gets lost in the sea of avocado and tomato salsa like sauce. Not good at all. The kids chicken nuggets meal was fine though and good size portions.

I have tried few cakes here and they aren't that great. Yesterday we ate a chocolate cake. It tasted as if it was prepared the day before, just dry and not tasty.

I visited them today morning at 9: 35am and I made order and after 15 minutes they asked me if I made order I answered them that I have already ordered then after 5 minutes they came again and asked me if I made order. People who came after me they got their order and I was waiting. I left the cafe without taking my order.

Supremely disappointed by your service today. No one has a clue of the menu. I love your food but it seems all staff has changed and they are terrible when it comes to attending a customer. When i trued to order a cheeseboard the guy asked me if it a bakery item. I asked if they had anything he bluntly said no.what happened?

Although I visit MCC every weekend but this was ny first time trying out La Brioche. My overall experience was good, food was delicious with good portion, restaurant ambience is nice also.

Ordered Moroccon Grilled Chicken with 2 sides which included salad and steam vegetables. Bolognes Pasta with Chicken. In starters we ordered fries which were crisp till then end of our lunch. In drinks there is variety of selection, I opted for fresh watermelon juice and my friend ordered some rose water drink which was soury in taste.

Definitely will be going back again

Great food with French delicacies and wonderful taste at nice prices. The quality of food is excellent and made freshly. Almost every week I am visiting here either for dinner or breakfast items. My favourite is Salmon with Mash Potato. Freshly baked bread is also available here. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Food menu is very good the chicken pasta has only a tiny bit of chicken so disappointing
The Lasagne looked great but the meat was overly minced and tasted very mushy and bland as a result
The decor was nice and the dessert looks great so will try them again maybe for afternoon tea
Part2 returned to give them another try unfortunately service is unattentive. I ordered the veal sausage roll but the veal sausage was under cooked and small compared to the size of the pastry which was also not as light as it could be
The Cajun chicken sandwich was good and the chocolate croissant was good
The chocolate cake was average nothing special
I feel this place is being let down by lack of training, Paul's and many others are nearby options and actually better
I want to like this place not giving up yet the point of these reviews is to help make places we go to better

I enjoy their chicken mushroom quiche. Breakfast menu is amazing and perfectly made. Scrambled egg is perfect have tasted such good cooking in very few of places

Great breakfast food. Ordered the croissant with eggs and turkey, chef omelets, and croissant with chocolate and cheese. All was great and fresh. Coffee was good. You can use entertainer for 1+1, which will make this an even better offer.

Lovely place and friendly staff. They charge extra 5 AED for ordering a type of coffee that’s not in their breakfast menu!

Delicious in all aspects. When visiting a mal early in the morning you'll probably expect mist of the restaurants closed or working in slow motion. To my surprise this wasn't the scenario while visiting La Brioche. It's breakfast menu is delicious. The personal works their best to fix your breakfast in a fast time and all the food came at the same time.

The food is good, but the atmosphere changed it looks like a stadium with all these lights.
Also I believe the prices have changed

Salads are not tasty foods are oily and their tired waiter and waitress are the worse. Not recommended

A great bright place to have some coffee & cake, where we've enjoyed their lasagna & pasta with creamy soup. Tentative staff & great ambience.

I was regular La brioche Abu Dhabi customer and IT was always a pleasure being there but I’ve visited today Mirdif City Center branch it was a Very very very bad experience, very old and tasteless sweets along with very bad customer service. They are serving two to three days old sweets. The manager admitted the sweets are old and he took them back but still charged us for it. We paid and left planning to never come back. The manager was useless and had a very weak customer service skills. To not visit at all it is not at all recommended.

The food was good but the service was very bad. We did not get some of our services at the right time besides they mixed up with our bill with another customer.

During the last 3 years I used to visit this restaurant continuesly as a regular customer, but after the renovation I actually stopped showing. Uncomfortable seatings.bad lighting (very high) and even bad responding to online orders, although I still like their food and staff, I won’t visit this restaurant again in Mirdif city center until the manager respond to our complaints

An eligent place to have lunch, sweet and coffee. Staff were excellent and professional. Coffee was great along with the cremeprole

Although the menu looks exciting, the staff are not always in the mood.they don't bother to mention discounts cards and get annoyed when they have to redo the bill to include the discount.also cleanliness is not 100%. Definitely room for improvement.

Very bad experience twice with the same staff. Food was late to be served first time more than 30 minutes and after arguing they served although the restaurant was empty. Second time food was late more than 20 minutes I ask the manager to check he goes and disappear. I follow up again the staff said another 10 minutes because the order was stuck in the system! Never again
