Very nice and chill day by the pool at the Palazzo Versace Dubai . Good vibes , nice service , beautiful pool all with a food and drinks options at your service to enjoy the day.

Would be perfect if not for the -really- loud party music. It turned up half an hour after we arrived. And nobody was partying/dancing, so a bit weird. The sound reflected on the hotel walls making it sound like two musics at once. If it was a special weekend thing they should inform when you call and ask if there is space by the pool/when you arrive. If this is every day, then wow this is a place for lovers of party rave music. But: Food was good. Pool is lovely.

Fabulous beach club La Piscina at Palazzo Versace is unique place to spend a day by the pool with your friends and family. This place full of great chilly vibes, overall atmosphere of elegance and chic. Beautiful decorations, fantastic Dj, delicious cuisine transfers the feeling of a magical holiday. Stuff is absolutely friendly is always there to help with all your requests throughout the day?

Love the vibe around the today. They were playing great song loved it! The loungers are so comfy and the people who work here were great help. I would recommend the pizza it was gorg and the sangria!

Beautiful experience at La Piscina as always! I love coming here and I am obsessed with the Versace Caesar Salad poolside. Thanks for an amazing experience as always, I will for sure be back soon.

I had amazing pool day at La Piscina by Palazzo Versace. The pool is like a little oasis with so much greenery. I love cozy atmosphere there. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. They have variety of foods and beverages to enjoy by the pool and get some tanning. The music and ambience is just perfect for the great relaxing day. I recommend and for sure I ll back.

One of my favourite pools in Dubai. It's so chill, I could stay here all day. It was not obnoxious like other pools. Just wish there was more shaded areas.

Very nice pool at Versace hotel, pool side lounge with bar. Nice facilities. Nive cocktails in the bar and food. Stuff is very professional and nice. There is Shisha as well. Enjoy your sun and tan ️

Amazing pool experience! The area is perfectly divided into the sunbeds with sun and shade. Pool is beautiful and has bar inside. We stayed at the cabana and had plenty of space. Wilson made sure we enjoyed our experience, food and drinks. 10/10

Love the pool, staff are very attentive, menu selection is really food and they have deals of the day on the menu as well.

Food was decent, drinks and shisha was good. The crowd was small but typical for a Saturday. Friday is the better day to go if you want the party feel.

The place is nice, yet the service is terrible. I was waiting for my glass of Prosecco for 20 min, and Pizza took about 40min. A lot of staff but they ignore you and chat with each other.

Visited the pool yesterday. Was huge and spacious. Love the vibe and the music. Staff were so accommodating too especially to the guy sitting in the reception. I forgot his name. The Assistant Manager. Thank you. Had a good time.

Location and way to this place is too confusing and too inconvenient.
After reaching this place (hotel Versace) - we have been met by security personal at hotel lobby who have guided us all around hotel (from outside on a heat) to find entrance to pool.
Toilets are dirty.
Service is very slow and drinks are being delivered warm and somewhere hot (for example beer, did you ever tried warm beer next to pool with outside temperature plus 50? ! You shall come and try and pay triple price). Had to run after staff to get ice bucket.
Condiments for food (ketchup and mayonnaise) were delivered way before actual food, What made them to be extremely hot. Is it a Versace Style and way to do?
Food is average, nothing wow.
It’s a pool - so why would there be a sand all around it? It’s so unnecessary.
Temperature of pool water was good and full of female loooong hairs.
DJ was good as well.
Can’t give you 0,5 stars - that’s why giving you only 1! Lots of room to work on and make at least 4 star venue.
P. S.please visit other pool and beach venues around Dubai in order to see what you could do better and what are you missing. For example, Wet Deck
When you positioning yourself as a five star pool - I would expect everything to be perfect without me addressing any shortfalls to no one. Where is training department looking at? Where is manager of this place? Who is managing this pool? Why it is like in a cheap place of this planet with prices being over rated? If you put Versace it doesn’t give you rights to do nothing but charge your guests who pay you salary. Work on your service and product you offer and please don’t tell me I should address any of these to management. Anticipate your customers needs and be one step ahead. Shame Versace, shame.

Hard to give an exact evaluation for this place, because an area, a pool are nice, they have good deals, and one waiter name Mohammed was really nice to us. He was the only one who really new what do they offer, what is the policy, etc. I see waiters are really trying to do their best, but either it's not enough of staff or they take too many people during the day. However, cannot say anything good about booking procedure and the hostess/receptionis lady Rianna, who was very rude both times we visited the place. I tried to call and make reservation via phone, whatsapp, didn't worked until she called back late in the evening and said she is extremely busy during the day and not answering phone. I would suggest to have another person for the positinion then. Anyway I booked for 6pp sunbeds with unbrellas, she confirmed, explained for umbrellas first come first serve, which is reasonable. However when we arrived, somehow she showed booking was made for 5, and if you want umbrellas, min spend 500dhs and behaved like if you don't like you can leave because anyway we are always full. She was very unprofessional as many times as we had to talk to her. Every time you ask what deal for the day they have, you get different information. It happen to my other friends same. I think this places effects Versace hotel image in a bad way. Plus should improve in food quality as well.

Unacceptable! Expectations of this hotel for their name where high and it turned out very unorganised, rude incompetent staff and a very poor customer service.
My friend and I arranged our day off there and booked as they advertised, they instructed us to arrive before 12pm with our own towel, we arrived there at 11.30 after spending 40min trying to park (it’s not organised at all) and very rudely they turned us away saying it’s full! Staff looked very stressed, the management of the situation looked out of hand.
Pool looks nice even though it was full and looked small for all those people in it and around it, also if you are looking to have some shade forget about it! They don’t have enough parasols.
Not a reliable place to book as the hotel location at the minute there is nothing around it as a second option, specially if you take a taxi (you will end up spending your money for nothing), and if your driving they don’t provide the facility for parking as they advertise. Go super early or you will just end waisting half a day. Have a plan B ready.

Very unpleasant service, comes with the reservation and then you can not enter. The security said literally "he lets in people who spend a lot of money". Food terrible, Caesar Salad is a leaf of lettuce poured with sour cream.

Loved the Saturday pool brunch even though the sun disappeared around 3pm. Good music, food and drinks (but no beers within the brunch). Really good service from Renz who was very attentive and quick wit h the orders. Big compliment!

The pool & infrastucture is 5 star - the service & the welcome is 0. They try to give a posh fake feeling at the entrance that destroys the fun. Avoid if you want to relax- but if you want to be part of an empty & indentity less st tropez style day, then that is the place for you.

Zero costumer service while trying to make a booking. La piscina don't reply reservation emails, what's app booking when I got a reply was unfriendly and extremely unprofessional stating the date I wanted was fully booked and not offering me available dates. Calling them up no one answers the phone. I walked in without a booking and was not allowed in, one hour later many of my friends were allowed in without a booking, extremely disappointing. The Philippino reception lady at la piscina was Rude, unfriendly very disrespectful the way she spoken to me.
