Worst experience since i moved to dubai, they have an unprofessional store manager where he is not helpful at all, i purchased a fire place with wrong size and they said no refund or exchange. While they didn’t hihhlight their policy before getting the money as they mean and this is the system so later they say it is written in the receipt.

If you are planning to purchase anything from there mind it first coz they are not flexible and unprofessional!

Best people to deal with! Very professional, and genuine.
I have purchased the Napoleon rogue series 625 in 2020, and so far the after-sales service has been amazing!

La Veranda Home and Garden staff are friendly and helpful. The brands they sell are top of the range.
I am very pleased with the experience especially with the reactivity of the amazing person that has helped me.
I am rebuilding my outdoor kitchen, and when done, I will update some more photos.

Not recommended at all the team the don't have enough idea about machines installation sizes and there's no corporation at all as.strongly not recommended

Bought the Napoleon 500 pro from these guys. Super product. Friendly and helpful staff. Technical support can be improved. Overall very good.

Nasty and Rude manager, Also totally overpriced
We were buying some outdoor furniture with family and my mother in law have accidentally closed the lid of a BBQ tougher than normal as it is was a bit heavy, the manager shouted at us from the other side of the shop saying to not touch things, my family felt really upset and annoyed and decided to leave, when I tried to speak to the manager she was extremely NASTY, literally I have never experienced such a horrible shop manager in Duabi like that.
She also treated staff horribly, how do you discipline your staff infront of customers and happy to shout at customers.

Literally a mad woman

I went to the store with my family to purchase a table set and I was informed that umbrella is included with the set. But, when I received the item, the umbrella was missing, so I called the store and the staff was making up stories that we already knew that the umbrella was optional. They should change the managers at the store as they do not know how to coach/manage their staff. I’m so disappointed and upset with the service and how they try to blame it on the customers instead of admitting that it was the store’s fault.

I loved the pots they were selling, but I saw something very unprofessional. The owner was screaming on her employees infront of customers. She created a very hostile environment for all her customer. I wanted to run away. I hope she reads the comment and tries to change her behavior.

La Veranda is one of the best places in Dubai for outdoors furniture and BBQs. They carry an amazing brand, Napoleon, they are well experienced in the product line and have staff with the most friendly smile!:)

I didn't want to bother myself to respond to the owner's response but his reply now more clearly shows the low customer service of the organization and for every negative review he always answers it with attacking his customers:

1. Its clearly you have been misinformed or prejudged your customer just to defend your organization. I was not offered either bank transfer nor cheque, I was only asked to pay by cash.

2. It now makes it more clear why your prices are not in line with Napoleon official prices, it seems you don't even look at your supplier website:), you are selling the old model of the Prestige 500 for AED 6600 while the new Prestige 500 on Napoleon's website is listed for USD 1199 (knowing that the first time I visited your place it was AED 5200, but few hours later the sales person called and said the price went up to AED 6600 like a stock market lol). The price of the Rogue 625 SE is listed on the website for USD 1449 (wrongly said earlier)

3. It is clear that you didn't even bother to check what item was damaged in my BBQ grill! It was not the burner, it was the side shelf (laughing out loud)

4. And when I thought you can't get lower than this, You attacked me for comparing the treatment of paying in cash to Dragon Mart! Wow. Yes I have no insecurities like yourself to say that I do visit Dragon Mart. OMG I can't live with that anymore. Did you ever see the Rolls Royce and Bentley parked outside dragon mart? Or perhaps queuing at Ijaza cafe in case you only dine at fine dinning places (another lol here).

5. For the cover, first I'm not the one who opened the box, the guys who delivered the grill did, but regardless, your concern is to receive back the item intact and in its original packaging, and if anything, you have the right to reject, but you didn't even accept to look at it. Dude, the boxes of the other accessories I received where closed by a scotch tape, clearly been opened before, so don't tell me my box was opened! And for the price difference of the cover (Amazon AED 273 yours 635) what kind of warranty on the cover itself I'll be missing!

I really did not want to respond and I felt bad after posting my review for 2 reasons: 1. The products you sell are not questionable and of top quality. 2. The sales lady at the showroom is very helpful and nice. But your response to your clients shows your level and my hear with your staff, if this is how you treat your customers, I can't imagine how you treat your employees.bought a Napoleon BBQ grill from this place, although the product is good, the supplier's customer service is very poor. When you enter the place you will notice how dark and dull the place is and you will be greeted with only one lovely lady! It does not reflect the price tag of the products they are selling. And although the items they sell are overly expensive in the range of 30,000dhs, they expect you to walk 200 meters in the scorching summer sun to get cash from the ATM because it seems the owner of this place doesn't want to have a card machine to avoid paying the bank charges! So you will pay hefty amount but get a dragon mart service. To make things worse, i received the item damaged and they said they will replace the damaged part but they didn't until I pushed them to do it! Their prices are very much exaggerated, the BBQ I purchasd is listed on Napoleon website for $1200 (AED 4400) while they are selling it for AED 6600, i understand there is shipping charges and higher operations costs in Dubai but it can never be 50% higher than its original price! And although you have no other option when it comes to the BBQ itself if you really want Napoleon, don't do the mistake and buy any of the accessories from this place, I purchased the cover for the BBQ for AED 635 only to realize later that its being sold on Amazon for AED 273! They are ripping people off and they refused to refund my cover although i still have the original packaging!

Great experience with La Veranda. Purchased a grill and they delivered to Abu Dhabi. Great product and excellent responsive service. Definitely recommend.

Firstly would like to start off saying the store has beautiful items and I did purchase some items. However, the below points would make me rethink entering the store

1. The store manager was unprofessional by disciplining the staff while there are customers in the store.

2. I had an inquiry over the phone and my name and numbers was taken yet noone replied back.

3. Some item's prices were more than what was mentioned in the online.

It is unfortunate that lack of management and communication is heavily effecting the store.

I really enjoy there outstanding service in terms of both quality & luxury + the follow up of my shipment day to day

The grill itself is extremely good and versatile. Have used it about 4 times since purchased and so far extremely happy with the performance.

The customer service of the dealer left room for improvement, we were expected to pay cash for the grill which is a large amount as they don’t have a credit card machine, secondly the wrong power supply and rotisserie were delivered with the grill which was fixed eventually but it took a few day’s. Lastly for what I believe is an expensive grill the dealer shouldn’t be charging delivery charges and they should send trained people on the product who can provide a training to the customer, I did a lot of research on YouTube prior to purchase but everyone doesn’t do that sort of research or has the time hence a trained professional on the product is important.

Overall Fhey did her best to fix the problem and she did, however the management needs to pay closer attention to small matters when it comes to customer service.

Liked the details of the furniture, excellent rigid quality made for our outdoor environment. A wide variety of items available in stock which You don’t have to wait for the delivery. Also very helpful staff for any inquiries. Thank you.

I recently purchased some garden furniture. I was served by Gee who was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products. The furniture looks great in my garden and was fine left out in the recent storms. I would definitely shop at La Veranda again.
