I would rate Dr. Rama's work as 5 stars, she is exceptional and I am completely satisfied with her work. However, the wait times at Lavida completely ruin the overall experience. I had to wait FOUR HOURS for a scheduled appointment, which I have never experienced in my life for an aesthetic appointment. I noticed other patients in the waiting room waiting for ridiculously long hours as well, so this did not seem to be a one-off experience. Unfortunately this part of the visit was highly disappointing and scheduling needs urgent improvement.

First time visiting the clinic, good service and staff, recommend Dr Rama very professional and gentle!

First they changed my appointment
Then they made me wait 1 hour for a literally 2 minutes consultation! And they didn’t even bother to apologize!
Dr was nice but she was in a hurry, she didn’t give me different options or even ask me if I want to do any services at the moment!
Didn’t feel good at all!
