Labbaik Cafe & Restaurant - Sheikh Zayed Rd

These guys honestly do the best spicy Chicken shawarma and spicy falafel roll. I will always vouch for these guys for quality of food and taste!

I had 3 visits here before writing this review so now I know what is to be said about this place:
1.every single time the food was very tasty and large portions, received sauces and salad every time
2.the first time, they've told us that the food will be ready in about 30 minutes (real time was 45+) but worth the wait
3.the last 2 time the food was just in time 15 minutes
4.the staff in very helpful

This being said, I recommend this place for good food, super prices and large portions

Since we arrived to Dubai we have been visiting this café. The food is amazing especially the biryani. Everytime we come Sangita is always there to give os the best service! Gonna miss her!

Superb customer service of Ms. Dilini.she deserves recognition.unfading smile, customer-oriented and keen to details even if she works for long hours. Truly an asset of Labbaikh Sheikh Zayed branch.
We may forget the taste of the food we ordered but not the quality of service that you just gave us every time we dine in! Keep it up!

Chicken filled for Steamed Chicken Momo a bit salty, and my omelette it's not hot not even warm and tasty less.

I ate here many times when I lived on Sheikh Zayed Avenue. The 24-hour service restaurant is very convenient. It is right on Sheikh Zayed Road. It is located between Metro's DIFC and Emirates towers. It is a comprehensive restaurant and can be eaten out sometimes. Very slow, the food tastes good, and the price is acceptable

Super super lecker hier. Bin in einem hotel direkt in der Nähe und komme zum Shawarma essen vorbei. Meiner Meinung nach das beste Shawarma in ganz Dubai und sehr sehr liebes Personal. Werde immer nett begrüßt und darf mich auf gutes essen zu sehr anständigen preisen freuen. Und nein nicht für Dubai anständig sondern für deutsche Verhältnisse.

Shawarma 9AED (entspricht ca 2,25€) ein vergleichbares essen in Deutschland kostet ca 7€.
Auf jeden fall sehr zu frieden kann es sehr empfehlen

Enjoy their Chicken Soup, Mutton Biriyani, Noodles, Meat Wraps etc

Very bad experience, the food was super late served it took them 40 minutes to prepare a meat wrap
The wrap was very small and tasted awful no meat at all only full of vegetables and the servant was so rude and careless
Never ever going back to that place again

Great food with good people always makes you happy the guy on the cashier really calm person with very positive attitude deserves really more.

They offered Kerala chicken biriyani and served something else which was completely tasteless and don’t qualify as a biriyani. Very bad experience. Don’t be carried away by the Menu offering and waiter recommendations

Asked for no spicy and got everything spicy!
French fries too fried and hard.
Complicated to enjoy that meal!

Actually i don’t want give even one star also but without giving this im not able to give feed back so, worst food ever! Quality is so poor, ordered for mixed fried rice and chicken chilli quantity is very less even for a one person and charging like hell.

Food was mouth watering and had a seating area outside and also a dining area upstairs we had food outdoors.

We ordered mix grill and king fish biryani. Grilled kababs were awful. They tasted like fatty, the colour of meat was whitish due to fat. Fish biryani was also disappointing. The representative pic on menu shows the fish as big as almost half of the plate but it was awfully small. When I told it, the male staff laughed. Was that really funny? The staff is also arrogant and slow. When we ordered a soft drink, they brought it in the end of our meal. What’s the point? I think it doesn’t worth the money, there are many other alternatives around there.

Middle of Sheikh Zayed Road. Considering cheap and nice mix of all cuisines. Fast service and good food.

Good food and such an extensive variety of favorites from various cultural asian and middle eastern regions

Recently I visited this Cafeteria called @labbaik_cafe Shiekh Zaid Road branch.

Since this branch is on the business hub it’s quite busy and because of that the customer service is a bit slow but the food is no doubt very fresh and delicious.

I tried salad, burger, zinger, charcoal chicken etc. Food quality and quantity both are good.
Must try this place but I recommend order ahead to save your time.

If there was minus rating I should have given that on Wednesday I ordered 5 tea to gate avenue which is not so far. Tea was so cold when I called and make a complain they said they are sending new one. I waited for 3 hours and when I called again the person answered the call says sir u make new order or no.then I went there myself I talk to the same guy he says he can't do anything on this and they don't like sending tea order. Is this kind of answer you give to the person who is not happy with your service. 2ndly where is the empathy and staff is talking so casually no apology nothing the worst ever customer service experience

The restaurant is suddenly starting to have too much attitude when accepting orders. When the restaurant was new the staff was humble enough to take orders. Now the restaurant completely denies taking orders. The minimum order for the delivery has changed. So now its not about who orders first. It about which customer is paying more and his/her order will be prioritised. This reflects how ethically they are doing their business.

I would not recommend this restaurant anymore.

Not worth it anymore, they increased the price but the quality has gone down. Was a regular customer here but it’s just not good anymore.

Its a very stupit staff which is Setting in reception they don’t no how to talk with customers in morning time persons

Chilli honey fries has to be the best thing ever. Probably the only reason I keep coming back. The rest of the menu has some good options. And the range of fresh juices are nice. And a really good outside seating area.

I liked the masala tea and chilli corn. But the consistency misses in each time I order. Prawns fry was half done, and you don't quite know the quality of prawns used as these are frozen prawns that are fried.

Ambience and staff are good.

The food was really good, the servers were on point and attentive, the price was really good and the outside patio was comfy.

I was looking for a good Indian restaurant nearby Financial Center and i have got the good one. I like their interior ambiance. Really loved to try the outside dining area. Even we can enjoy low budget porotta and karak chai.

I am writing this complaint against my food which I have ordered from your restaurant Schezwan egg rice.while I was devouring the food I saw an insect in it. It was terrific service you guys provided me.i hope that you will take the necessary action on it.

Shawarma price is too much high compare to other restaurants, also the size is small as the price of 6 dhs Shawarma. Taking 2 dhs extra for spicy Shawarma, 9dhs, which is not at all right. Normal Shawarma 7dhs.
Please do change the rates.

It was a satisfying restaurant with great smiles from all workers. Very helpful and attentive when it comes to customer care.

Ordered mixed grill for 2. Presented well but food was awful. Kebab tasted like 90% fat, not much flavour overall. I couldn't bring myself to eat much, very disappointing.

The kebab platter was very delicious. The melting moments of seekh kebabs, fresh garlic paste.

Very poor service I ordered my food on 20th october when i am ordering my food they said it will delivered in 30 min and after 1 hour when i called them they said your order is not ready i called them 5 times they are telling me he is in my building but I didn't get my order in 1 hour and 10 min and my office is only 10 mins from there outlet by walking

Very friendly staff and delivery man. Food is served in huge portions and soooo delicious, love their egg noodles most especially.

Nice place with big open terrace. We got late snacks - everything was fresh and cheap (if compare with prices from another places in Financial district in Dubai).
Indian tea is delicious

After 45 mins of waiting, I was told that someone else took my takeaway order. No update, nothing. After being frustrated, left empty handed. Was asked to wait for 15 more mins.

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Labbaik Cafe & Restaurant. The food is amazing while the location is in the busy area of SZR. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a quick and affordable bite. There was also a decent room for bigger groups.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. WORST SERVICE EVER. RECEPTIONIST IS WORST. NO CUSTOMER PREFERENCE. Worst Delivery - Customer Satisfaction is Zero. Delivery came after 3 hours which is near to 1km. Worst Service. Worst experience in my life in dubai. Management should take serious action on staff

Ordered King Fish Biryani and Fantasia. So-so…not that impressed. The one thing we like though is the cleanliness of the place. And oh! The chai today was better than last time.
