Labelle chocolates & flowers Al Warqa

Very bad experience in Alwarqa branch, their staff not friendly, they do not know how to work and mock the customer. I do not accept them to open a car door for me! I do not know how they are working in a place like Labelle

سبحان الله موظف واحد ممكن يخرب كل شي.
Even 1 star is too much for my experience.
أنصح بالقيام بدورات تدريبية للموظفين و بشكل دوري. حرام قلة الخبرة أو عصبيه زايده تخرب سمعة المحل حتى لو مع زبون واحد.

من أفضل الفروع من ناحية تنوع البضاعة ومن حسن تعامل الموظفين الراقي

Order from this company only if you wish to receive the cake 6-7 hours after the party is finished. Very unreliable ordered a cake 10 days before and on the actual day the kept messaging that they can not deliver, it’s driver problem! Lots of excuses the cake was supposed to be delivered 10am made it to an empty birthday venue at 5pm when everyone had left! Worst experience for my 16 year old birthday.

I am a regular customer that has been coming to this shop to buy flowers and Chocolates for the last two years. You can say I have been coming practically every week so much so that all the people working there know me by face. Today for the first time I just asked about what sort of discounts they have for regular customers. The response I get is very disappointing.the salesman ok the counter says what I buy from them is nothing compared to what other customers they have who spend more than 3000 to 5000 dirhams everyday so there is no such thing is discount. The question here is not about discounts bit how you make a regular customer feel and the words you use. I think the owner of this reputed branch should know and educate their staff 9n how to interact and retain regular existing customers

The shop has a good variety of sweets and flowers…. I gave them a 3 star because I went to them to get a flower bouquet and the florist told me to speak to the sales person first. The sales person is responsible for the chocolates and other things If I want to buy flowers or design the bouquet I want to speak to the florist. And as soon as you enter the shop the salesmen follow you and ask you what do you want…. Its a bit annoying.

Lovely place to buy souvenirs and gift arrangements from them.reasonable price and more discount for customers coming 2nd time

للاسف تجربة سيئة مع هالمحل اسلوب الموظفين جدا منرفز سويت باقة بوكية من افشل الباقات اللي سويتها واسلوب الفلبيني كاره الدنيا وماله نفس بسوي شي ولا يسمع اي ملاحظة بالمختصر من المحلات اللي تزورها مره وحده بس
