Amazing place to relax and have some tea, desserts, breakfast or lunch. We met the new manager today who is from France. He treated us with utmost kindness. Service was also great.

Vegetable soup was amazing

Laduree is one of the places I regularly visit in different locations, But Dubai Mall branch was unique. I asked for a table for my family and the first comment that I am not allowed to sit until I finish my takeaway coffee! She said that because they serve coffee so I can’t sit with my family if I have a cup of coffee from another shop.
I agree and understand her point of view but I want to give my feedback as well about their coffee and which I have tried before and its taste so normal and not the best thats why I order tea now instead.
If you want customers to order coffee from your shop then do something for your coffee to make it better comparing to other places.
In the end I didn’t like the way of saying it.

I decided to have some sweets and coffee today and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. Sheryl.and Sarah both assisted me and were very friendly.

Lovely late evening treat. We were served by Romeo who was polite, efficient and helpful. We’ll be back

Eric’s service was brilliant!
Great dessert, however despite it only being 8: 30 pm some of the selections were already finished.

This was such a beautiful experience, the dessert and tea was great and our waitress Mrs Oumaima was so kind and did a great job

The food was great. We had some of the breakfast options as well as the French toast. The matcha however was not the best as the flavor of matcha was not strong. It tasted more like milk. The service was good as well. Our waiter, Romeo, was very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience.

Laduree is always delicious and excellent quality on every level including the service from Sheryl
