Customer service was nice. But they didn't reach to my place on time. The staff those who visited more acyive and friendly with customers

I had a good Experience In Laksiri Seva Cargo and I am a Regular customer of them. Trustable Cargo

Horrible customer service, even though I was patiently asking about the status of my box after waiting for two months for it’s arrival I was speaking to the staff decently.
It was not the same from her side.

Note, due to the pandemic and current situation your box will take almost 2 months to arrive. Mine hasn’t reached yet and the company will not notify you on this either.

Unprofessional customer service, they don't want to pay any attention to customer inquiries. Called several times to get a quotation even not provided clear information

I had a very bad experience with the staff who handle warehouse and delivery, all are bluffing but not doing any task on time, they all take granted and do thing own sweet time, wasting our time and effort, and for them they behave they are the clients and we are theservice providers.

I ordered cargo box 6*4*4 in nov 4th 2021 and so far (13th nov) no progress for the box they ecen don't have wood to make boxes (that was not my problem, if they don't hace wood /box don't confirm and wast my time).

Anyone who operate/manage dubai office need to understand what workers are not happy to work under the company ethics and who wants to spoil laksiri cargo service (they all have links to other compatitive cargo companies for sure), who use company money to their personal gain.etc

If they look at this and review/change irresponsible managers, laksiri can become a nice and trusted agency again in dxb.

Initially I thought all cargo services are similer, but when I see other company WH I realised how they professionally handle cargo services, I will use that company for now.

I will look forward how laksiri management will handle this complain and make this a better place in future.

Worst shipping experience I had is with Laksiri Cargo. I sent a package with personal goods to Sri Lanka. The package was loaded two weeks late and arrived after about a month. It was in pieces as it was not boxed or packaged properly at all. I could not use some of the stuff as liquids in it was spilled all over. It’s very sad to know our hard earn money is being ripped off in such a way. Don’t ever use this cargo company. It’s unfortunate that I am not able to upload any images in here otherwise the pictures can show you how these people handle the cargos.

One of the worse service’s from the staff. They dont know anything about own service. Poor customer services aswell
