I went one time for pedicure but I didn’t get the service as I expected I live in the address boulevard I was like let’s give a try but wasn’t satisfied at all

I asked this girl who was the hairstylist to do my curtain bangs, she cut it so short I was horrified & she tried to put extensions to fix her mistake. Do not recommend anyone this place!

Worst haircut ever and most rude staff ever seen in a hair saloon. Avoid this place saves you a lot of frustration.

Went for mani pedi that took 4h to do and that wasn't much of a problem but paid 750drh 850 with the tips for the girls that were amazing and after 15min they called me to tell me that they forgot to charge me the pedi and they are sorry for the mistakefunny and tragic at the same time! After 3days half of my nails brokewhatever!

Fateen’s just made my day! Rather than the usual anxiety that comes with having my hair cut, I felt very calm yet excited to admire the final result! Per-fect-ion! Fateen did not ask me 100 questions to identify my needs but made an expert proposal that was tailored to my ideal version of myself and included me in the creative process! Very disappointed in the customer service received. I called to book an appointment, literally needed the back of my neck cleaned up and they insisted they were going to charge me 250aed /$69/€61/£52! Even after I explained it's not a full haircut I need, I simply need the barber to clean it up around the edges. I even spoke with him too and he told me he couldnt help me! I'm in the industry myself and, will always agree people should be paid what they are worth, however, that was simply not justifiable! Very very disappointing.
