Service was horrible! Both pizza and pasta came cold and the pasta was very undercooked. When we asked them to reheat the pasta the waitress took the plate and returned it as it is 15 minutes later! Then when we tried to call her and ask why she returned the same pasta without heating or cooking it more she kept avoiding eye contact with us! When i finally managed to get her to iur table and ask her about it she said the restaurant isn't allowed to heat up anything. why did you lie the first time then? Horrible experience would not recommend at all especially for these prices.

The pizza was decent, nice leopard crust, but very flat and not very developed gluten structure… They did tell me beforehand that they stopped making proper Neapolitan pizza tho.
I had the (beef) prosciutto pizza, nothing too exciting, would prefer more flavors and less watery center.
Pizza and a bottle of water was 145 aed, way overpriced for the quality of food.
The restaurant is aesthetically very nice, and staff very professional

My new favorite pizza place. It’s more than an Eat, Pray and Love nostalgic feeling but a complete gastronomic experience.

An experience, second to none, stands on an elevated pedestal. A menu so rich to keep bringing you back time and time again. The atmosphere is so pleasant, highly trained, and qualified to add pleasure to your entire experience. The Chef came to greet us, I thought that was another touch of elegance. When you are there, ask for Jean to wait on your table. She is so witty, knowledgeable, and super amazing in terms of understanding your expectations. I will he there often.

Bad food.risotto was tasteless. Had to add pepper and salt to make it edible

وتركنا بدون استئذان وغادر بدون لا يبلغنا انه راح يصحح الوضع او راح يتخ اجراء معين او اعتذار. بل تركنا وذهب وبعد انتظار وسؤال العاملين عن رغبتنا في الذهاب وهل تم حل المشكله من قبل مديركم ام ماذا. لكي يتم دفع الحساب الصحيح. تم الرد من الموظف العامل بانه تم الحل. عدم احترافيه بالتعامل. ولكن للامانه تعليقي بشأن البيتزا ليس له علاقة بالموقف المتعلق بي. وانما هذا تقييمي الخاص كوني اقيم نفسي متذوق بيتزا ايطاليه متخصصه واقارن بينها وبين الاخرى

Pizza is lovey. Authentic Italian Margarita. Nice ingredients. Crust is perfect: not too thin not too thick. Size is too big. Ice tea is homemade and lovely. Friendly service.

A disappointing experience after having tried the original Da Michela in Napoli. Dough was firm and dry in a “biscotti” fashion. The tartufo pizza was burned from the bottom. I know that Neapolitan pizza is supposed to have “leaopording” of the crust but this plain out charred.

Will not be coming back again.

Well it’s just ok place and simply overrated. We ate thinnest pizza not served hot and falling a part the moment you try to grasp in your hand. The taste of pizza is ok and we might come back to try more varieties of pizza.

Good quality pizza and sadly that's the only positive thing i can say about this place. Lasagna was okay, small portion size. We also ordered 2 pasta but both were on the salty side.

The most disappointing part was the service. We understand that it was a busy night BUT, when you made mistake on the order, please just admit it. Upon ordering zucchini pesto pasta, we pointed it at it's Italian name on the menu (not at the picture) to make sure that the server got what we wanted but what we actually received was some pasta with red sauce. I told the server that was not what we ordered and he said, "Mam, when I repeated your order, you confirmed that this red pasta is what you want". I was confused as he kept insisting that the pasta was what I ordered, and said sometimes the chef made some variation and not exactly the same as the picture. I then asked if I can see his note when he took our order. If he wrote Rigatoni Alla Norma (red sauce pasta) and I confirmed that, then I'm willing to accept that I'm wrong. Initially he refused to show me his note till I asked several times. He finally showed me his note and BAM, he actually wrote Spaghetti Alla Nerano which is the zucchini pesto pasta! He eventually apologised for the wrong order, willing to change the pasta which we had to wait for another 30 min.

Maybe it was busy hours 9pm but really need to call the server to have the menu, called her again to make an Oder, call her again for lemon. They was really busy. Portion is big, enough to share for 2 if I are not super hungry. My salmon was OK, kitchen working fast, I had it in 15 min as I was promised. Fresh watermelon juice is really good.

Pizza was very delicious but very high prices for a normal Margherita (~22€ with a small soft drink).
the staff was nice but much too pushy.the food was still on the plate and they were about to clear away. Every two minutes someone came to ask if everything was okay.that's nice from them, but you should also let your guests relax / their privacy while eating and don’t disturb them every two minutes.

Used to be my favourite pizzeria but not anymore.
Went for business lunch and ordered Diavlola and fitness salad.
The piece of spicy sausage on the pizza were so small that made me think that brought me different pizza.
It wasn’t as tasty as before.

We were served by a lady who hardly smiled.
Asked to validate my parking ticket but she didn’t so at the parking they tried to charge me 40 Aed!
Will not come back again.

I went here today with my father on his first visit to Dubai. I’m a resident, and this establishment was mostly good. The food was reasonably priced and very good, but the service was seriously lacking. It was an effort to get someone to take our order, and even more of an effort to pay our bill. Nobody came to check on us once our meal had been served, yet the table next to us received 5 star treatment from the waitstaff, constantly being checked in on, and having friendly conversation with their server. None of that kind of service happened to us. We couldn’t even get a “thank you” as we left. I regret leaving the 20AED tip I left. Maybe this was just a one off incident, but from now on id probably stick to delivery so I don’t risk a poor waitstaff experience. For reference, we visited on Wednesday November 11 around 5: 30pm.

My brother had recommended this place. So today, we called them while in the car to head there to check on availability, the Italian manager answered confirming availability so we confirmed that we'd be there in 30mins. We arrived to find the place packed with a 30mins wait list. I was very frustrated by this as Citywalk was far from us and we only came due to to phone call confirmation. So I explained the situation to the waitress, who ignored what I was saying and continued with her script on whether I wanted to leave my number for call back, I pointed out that she was ignoring my feedback, and she continued ignoring. I left my number and went to another restaurant. When she called later to say a table was available I reminded her why we left and mid-sentence she hung up! I have never seen such rudeness in my life! Because of this, I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

Unfortunately the pizza has nothing in common with the original taste from the place in Italy. It was so thin in the middle, almost like a crepe, so the pizza became soggy from the sauce. Also the Caprese salad included half tomato sliced with few rocca salad leaves on the bottom.

Decent pizza joint, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. If you can handle the heat in the summer, the patio is the way to go! I'd recommend getting a pizza and pasta to share for two people - two pizzas is just too much food (or take it to go). Overall, would recommend and will be back! Ciao!

The place is extremely busy on weekends and loud.
We ordered spinach ravioli whch was creamy and delicious. We also ordered pepperoni pizza whch looked thin and delicious but was a bit loose and watery and took tooo long to come. The staff are helpful and courteous.the have good options for Vegetarians.but they didn't serve bread basket on all tables which was a bit weird as neways we waited too long and we got the bill incorrect as well.

We ordered margarita and marina the same what ordered in italy Napoli and the pizza here in Dubai has nothing to do with the original taste in Napoli. I Won't come again.

The dough is not the best out there very chewy and heavy plus their prices are over for what they are offering! In addition they served us a tiramisu in a plastic container that jst simply sucked!

Wood oven pizza! Just like in italy. The staff are incredibly friendly. I went there couple times. You should take your time to try more than one pizza to try more flavors. I tried the truffle pizza and it was delicious. Also the calzone pizza was so tender and juicy.

We came here twice with 5 people because we like the branch in London.
Good points are: easy to get a reservation, friendly staff, v fast service.

Bad points are: All 10 pizzas on 2 occasions were burnt black significantly at the base, making a large part of the pizza inedible. The center of the pizzas is also very soggy, making for an unpleasant eating experience. While the small parts of the pizza that are not burnt or soggy are very tasty, the large burnt parts infuse the pizza so strongly that you can't really eat it. With a sample of 10 pizzas in total, we feel this is a systemic problem, probably due to burnt flour in the oven from previous pizzas

Hands down the best pizza in town, go for Diavola (ask for not spicy if you wish) and Margherita. Pasta was good too, tried the spinach ravioli

Nice place with great pizzas - actually one of the best pieces I have tried in dubai. Went on a weekday for lunch it was empty, but I heard there is que in the weekends. Pizza are on the expensive side, but worth it.

I have tried this famous brand before in Barcelona and I liked but here in Dubai the experience was terrible.
The service very poor, the "fiori di zucca" literally fried and inside frozen (I advise and the y repit but then my pizza arrived with a mistake also so I requested to cancel the fiori). No apologize from the manager that also put the appetizers in the build.

Pizza dough is just wow. The only thing is that they put too much sauce so it was a bit soggy. But all in all great pizza

Authentic taste of Napoli! Best pizza in Dubai, by far. Crust is perfection, ingredients imported from Italy, and you can taste it. Staff are welcoming and attentive.

This pizza was amazing. I highly recommend it. They have a special for lunch time. Three of there major pizzas are only 55 aed including soft drink (which is to totally worth it).
