Great Resort . If you planning to go into Legoland and motiongate would definitely suggest staying here as the accommodation comes with park access. I would suggest 3days minimum

We had a great stay at Lapita. It’s a very exotic hotel with a Polynesian theme. We don't feel like we're in Dubai, the rooms are spacious and the swimming pools are superb. The breakfast buffet is very generous and very good. Access to amusement parks is really a plus. We thank PAWAN and SAIDOU for their help and their smile. They are really caring and adorable.thank you so much

Well initially, we didn't get off to a great start. We arrived at 4pm, an hour after our checkin time, but our rooms were still not ready. In fact, they were not ready even by 5pm. Obviously we were not pleased. At that point, I almost wanted to leave and head back to Abu Dhabi, but we are glad we stayed and all thanks to Riya. Riya at the front desk made sure that we were accommodated, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I should say that the hotel rooms were really nice, the food on offer is excellent, and all of the staff a really friendly and helpful.
If there is one thing to improve, it is the speed of service. We found that we had to wait in queues throughout our stay, from the room cleaning, to the buffet entrance, to the ticket counter for the parks tickets, and to the buggy station that took us to the parks. There is quite a bit of waiting around so if there is one thing to improve, it is definitely the efficiency.

A very Good Place to spend time with your Soulmate. Next to entertainment places like riverland makes it more favorable place

We had a booking for Halloween offer and the booking was done 2 weeks before and due to tge lack of information in the brochure we contacted the hotel and they confirmed the brunch was all inclusive yet at the time of brunch it was not additionally sweets had egg smell and we had to replace xups several time due to smell
Any order even for water takes over 30 minutes
With regard to check in we made sure to finish the whole process before 12: 30 yet we faced delay till after 4: 30 to get the rooms which was useless
My previous experience was much better than what I faced today

Great hotel, especially for those who want to visit parks nearby. More than 3 nights are already included in the price for unlimited visits.
Excellent service, clean good rooms, well-groomed green area.
So green that you have the complete feeling that you are, for example, in Thailand, and not in the Dubai desert)

Good: Very nice hotel and design, staff were friendly and kind, room big swimming pool nice

Negative: need more to focus on room clean, capacity higher than hotel facilities, all day restaurant is close to food Court rathen than 5 start restaurant, spent over 30 min on breakfast queue, also dinner wasn't tasty

I’ve had a bad experience with them while checking in but they’ve tried their best to make it up for us while we stayed and we left as happy customers.

Their customer service & front desk was amazing.

Check in at hotel is taking too much time. Waited for more than 2 hours for a group booking.very poor.

Spent almost an hour to check in. Was getting very tired.they had weddings on the weekend but didnt affect the us. Very busy during breakfast, but quite dinner. No baby food available. But nice and delicious buffet. 2 pools and a lazy river. It was a nice and relaxing stay.

It takes to much time to check in and room allotment, when you arrive at hotel. It almost take 4 hrs after reaching at hotel.you have to wait at reception area. At reception area, after asking many times they just laughing and don't understand that how it feels when you hv to wait.

They did not honor my booking for the villa for they said there is already guest on the viila. So it mrans they overbook their villa. And our family settled to a downgraded room that they offer. They somewhat ruined my child's 1st birthday.

We visited the resort with high expectations, but the resort amazingly proved us wrong, leaving no stone unturned to make our stay experience horrible. Be it staff courtesy, room service, luggage drop at check in or luggage pick up at check out.

Room service took 2 hours to reach the room after repetitive reminders.

At check-in very less staff to drop luggage in the room. At check-out I had to wait for 1 hour for bell boy to arrive and after that too only few bags could be taken in buggy, so rest had to be carried by self. The luggage taken in buggy was kept at storage who no one knew and later after few arguments they checked and confirmed the luggage had arrived at the storage.

Breakfast spread was big, but well mismanaged. Overcrowded, no free tables, slow refilling of food items. Cutlery to be asked again and again.

Overall stay was very pathetic and I definitely would never stay at this resort again, neither would I recommend anyone to have such bad experience on their vacation to ruin their holidays.

Feels like you’re in a jungle but in a positive way, excellent choice for families with children because of Legoland and motiongate. Highly recommended place for enjoying being children

We had a good stay at Lapita. The hotel is highly recommended especially for kids. My son enjoyed their pool and the staff surprised him with a very nice birthday room.

Also, the staff are all hospitable and friendly, special thanks to Ram and Kul who assisted us on our stay.

We will definitely go again.

Very nice resort, beautifully maintained and staff is very polite and humble. Love to revisit this place. Good food and their bakery items are amazing (freshly baked) The only issue was Check-in process, it takes average 15-20 minutes for one guest.

Our stay at the resort was wonderful. An Eid to remember. Our kids enjoyed it too. The rooms are good sized, very clean and well maintained with good fixtures and fittings. The room service staff was very kind too and the service was quick. They gave us late check out inspire of full bookings.

The iftar spread @175/- is priced high. We were a bit disappointed with the spread. Surprisingly there weren't shrimps which are a basic of good buffet spreads. Also the varieties weren't much.

The theme parks were a lot of fun. Everything well sanitized.

A must stay for minimum 2 night rooms are nice breakfast is lavish. Theme park access complimentary

It's just wow.a luxury living.a place with awesome atmosphere.it is more than the resort.a resort withthe 5 parks. Bollywood park, waterpark, etc.if you are visiting Dubai must visit this place.quite expensive but it is worth.

Just retuned back to the UK after spending a week at the Lapita with my wife and kids.it was one of the best holiday we've had.absolutely fantastic place, kids loved the access to the theme parks and the on site kids club. Good choice of food with a few different restaurants.

The level of service was perfect and ALL of the staff working here are very friendly and couldn't do enough to enhance our time here.we can't wait to return next year

Very disappointed. Can not reccomend nor would I return. Below are some of the reasons as to why.

Room wasn't service on one day and we had to go to reception to ask for it to be cleaned and were told they would look in to it but no explanation was given at check out. No sheet change in our 3 night stay which was advertised.

Beds are very high off the ground which isn't ideal for small kids considering it's marketed as family friendly.
Service at the pool was poor. Ringing the bell for 45 mins for a drink and nobody came.

Wouldn't allow me bring my wine glass back to my room. Poured the rest of my glass in to a plastic glass instead. Having paid crazy money for the glass of wine.

The lifeguards were brilliant and excellent with our kids.

Resort located closer to riverland and Walkable distance to all theme parks. Room i booked had a big balcony & river view which was amazing, and was very neat and spacious. Big swimming pool with lazy river ride. Kids pool also available. Spacious multi-cuisine restaurant served a sumptuous & variety breakfast with good spread and food arranged at many counters made easy access.

Awesome stay! We came here on a 2-night, breakfast & Dubai parks access deal courtesy Marriott vacations club. We had to attend a 90 minute sales presentation for a MVC time share. The resort is beautiful and tastefully decorated. It’s based on an Hawaiian theme and you get the feeling of a tropical island. With the right amount of humidity in Dubai you’d not know you’re in the middle of the desert! It’s part of the Marriott autograph collection and therefore the service is top notch - the check in experience to the rooms and usage of facilities. There are two big pools, both family friendly. There’s easy access to Dubai Parks & resorts through a short walk or use the battery operated carts. There’s a nice walking/running path in the property ideal for early morning or late evening walks.

Lapita is a great resort for families with little kids. Stay at Lapita Resorts and you can have fun in Legoland, Legoland Water Park, Motiongate, and Bollywood.

An excellent resort catering the needs of minors too by providing highly interactive and engaging activities at the kids club. So Mums and Dads can relax without worrying about the little ones.

One of the resorts in Autograph collection of JW Marriott in the world have 4 theme parks under its premises. Staying in the Lapita Resort is a worth experience for everyone.
