Customer service 0. I called to inquire about something, and was told to send the details on WhatsApp - which I did. I followed up today, as it’s quite urgent - whoever is behind their WhatsApp just read and didn’t even bother to respond.
Appalling service.

I asked for an engraving on an object that was quite special and I was really impressed with the finish and really loved how they even contrasted the actual engraving to make it really pretty for me. Highly recommended and the price was so well worth it. I will definitely be using them again

Very Unique Gift & Great Customer service. I order through Instagram. 1st I send one photo, they started there work.but again I asked them to change another photo.they accepted my request and finalized the work.they really showed lots of patience to me.and I really loved their work too.the wooden keychain looks great.

The costumer service is 0. First I gave them the photo to engrave it on the crystal, he told me it was too difficult for him to remove the background of the building that I wanted to engrave, because it had a lot of details he made waist my time in searching of the other photo, after I gave other photo with no details at all with just a blue sky behind, he asked to add more 25 aed to remove back ground. What the hell! Seriously, my colleague had it worked without the computer in her phone, how difficult is it for a person who works in your store to work with photoshop, he asked for money thinking that I would refuse it. I will never ever so anything with guys unless you change your stuff with skillfull ones. I'm still standing here right now, waiting for him after I asked him to remove the background, guess what he is still dieing on it, but no result, 30 minute of waiting!

The displayed photos and the finished product they give you are very different. They made a complete joke of our wedding picture. You can barley make out who we are on the finished priduct. Skip this one, save yourself a disappointment.
