I am very disappointed.the customer service is poor, the staff are nice but not helpful at all. I was very confused about my wedding dress fitting, i got no advice.
I chose my wedding dress, i loved it.only XL was available, my size is Medium. The alteration is super tight i can not breath in my dress.the sales women take the measurement, not the tailor, so communication is not perfect and the sales women do not know how to guide, i ask is it normal that i cannot breath in my dress? I want to be comfortable, she did not know what to tell me.all i got was silence.
I needed the dress to be loosened a little more, the sales women refused and said the dress will be ruined.
I am so disappointed. Waste of money. Waste of Time.
I am fit and slim i do neither gain nor loose weight, so there is nothing to blame except poor costumer service.
