Latifa Towers

Very bad tower, 2 hours to wait the lift, also 2 hours to take a permission to inter the tower, also 2 hours to find a parking, there is hotel parking, their employees everytime ask you why you park here and show me the receipt every time!
It means once you decide to visit the tower you have to take an off day because you will spend whole day between parking, permission and the lift
I forgot to tell you about the dirty washrooms and the very very very stupid taps,

اذا عندك موعد بأحد المكاتب في البرج يجب عليك ان تصل قبل بنصف ساعة من الموعد لان مدخل المكاتب يحتاج اظهار الهوية لاعطاء QR وستقف في طابور طويل جدا لانه لا يوجد غير موظف واحد في الاستقبال ،، ومن ثم يجب ان تظهر الرمز حتى يفتح باب العبور الى منطقة المصاعد وهنا ستواجه طابور اخر ،، واخيرا عند وصولوك للمصاعد ستواجه طابور ثالث لان المصاعد دائما مزدحمة.

The building reception provides a bar code to enter the lift, sometimes lift area is crowded due to long queues.

Finding RTA parking is nearly impossible in this area, but paid parking is readily available. Overall, it's worth a visit for the stunning architecture and panoramic views, despite these minor inconveniences.

There is residential tower and office tower so you need to check first and get the pass for entry.

Just opposite to the Emirates towers metro station exit. There's a wonderful coffee shop over there.

This tower is exceptionally beautiful. It has a couple of restaurants on its ground floor. The aesthetics of this building is gorgeous. The lift is different from the regular. Has so many lifts and i doubt if there could be any lift overcrowding in this building because a system keeps assigning different lift for your desired floor. It's so pretty.

Located in downtown area. Rental rates are very much reasonable for the locality. You will get a very nice view of the city

Really good place to live in, situated in Sheikh Zayed Road. Equipped with a pool and a gym. Near 2 metro station (Emirates metro station and World Trade Center metro station) about 450 m. You will find all kind of coffee shop (Tim Horton, Starbucks, عيوش) and also so many restaurants (max Donald’s, KFC, Burger King …)
