We used LBC Karama to process the birth certificate of our children in DFA Philippines last July 2022 and until now our documents were never processed. I called many times and we have been given different reasons. Unbelievable! How could a company based in Dubai so slow? Very frustrating! You should not do business in the UAE if you can't deliver proper service.

I went to buy a box to be sent to the Philippines. The guys there are always friendly. This time when I sent it I reached home in Manila within one day. I was super surprised with the fast delivery.

Fast and Reliable service.
Had shared my documents for attestation and received the documents quick. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They know what needs to be done, they have knowledge with the procedure.and gives advise on what is the best way to do to in a particular situation.

If only allowed I would not give a star! ‍️‍️‍️ The Document processing sucks and very pricey! They said only 2 months processing but it has been almost 6 months not yet received our documents until now.we will have expensive FINE for Late report of birth and visa bcoz of LBC poor service! Do not use this courier anymore. Call center is useless too they don't providr live tracking. Document processing sucks! If they don't prioritize this service why bother to offer!? Only waste of money and time!

They are not properly updating online tracking of cargo. I have sent like 7 cargos over the past 3 years from Dubai to Bicol and this has always been my issue. The cargo was already at my province but still showing in the online tracking that its in manila for checking of the customs. I think LBC should really monitor or improve this as for many people this is important or better shut it down if it is not anyway accurate.

Very very poor service they don’t care about their time frame only mentions cheesy advertisements on Facebook
Despite of numbers of calls and message no response keep asking apologies
Rather taking proper steps
If you can’t handle please stop misguiding clients
I think it’s more even to give 1 start for their service they don’t deserve even the level of starts

The delivery team doesn't care enough on package handling, sad, considering that this is the MAIN purpose of the service.
This is something that needs to be addressed, maybe require the team a pick-up photo and a delivered photo, just to have a documentation on how the condition of the box changes. "YOU LIKE TO MOVE IT, but HOW do you do it?

It is impossible for the box to look so much the same as it was picked-up due to the multiple transfers, but we customers deserve the same quality of what is within the package.

It was very disappointing how my package looked like when it arrived. The upper part of the box was so pressed and deformed causing most of the contents inside being crashed despite some extra protection.

After using LBC for 7 long years, I am beginning to hate them now for their false offers and promos. They bothered to offer me the rate when I was at work but when they pick up my box I paid the same amount and not the amount that they had offered to me.

LBC people did not come on the scheduled pick up day, but three days later they finally came after several follow up.
They will call you 2 hours before midnight to tell you that they are unable to come due to lack of time, they could have called earlier so that you don't waste our time waiting for nothing.

Dear Team,

I would like to share my feedback with the box pickup done just now. The staff was very unprofessional - he initially asked 325dh instead of 220dh. When I showed him the current offer for other box bundles, he immediately changed the receipt amount. He also didn't show general courtesy, saying that he didn't have any change for the cash payment.

Our box was carried inverted. Please see attached picture. At this point, I am 100% sure our boxes will not arrive in good condition.

I hope you understand our concern.

Update September 28: Attached is the state of my box that my family received in the Philippines. Words couldn't express my dismay on the service of LBC - the items that I bought for my loved ones were damaged!

For almost 15 years im stick this LBC AND SO FAR ITS GOOD SERVICE! Only my concerned the staff delivery/pick up mostly not polite can't even smile even same KABAYAN

It was my first time to try LBC in sending my box. But I was totally disappointed when a staff gave me a box without providing a receipt and informing me that the amount that I will pay for the box which is 62 aed will be deducted from my delivery charge of 409 aed. So the next day, I called them and ask for pick up. Then another staff came and telling me that the payment for the box will not be deducted from the delivery charge. So I was surprised. I confirmed that from their call center and same thing they've told me. How come this first staff who provided me with the box informing me that it will be deducted. I am trying their service coz my previous cargo company which is DCC Cargo is truly the best and amazing cargo company. But I couldn't find their details that's why I searched for another company. First time to experience their service, but truly unacceptable. They dont deserve even 1 star. But I cannot post this review without providing at least 1 star.

They are advertising their Document Processing (red ribbon attestation) as 3 - 4 weeks only but it took them 8 weeks to process mine!

Nung una OK nmn ang service nila but this time nagpadala ako ng XL box from dubai to cabanatuan. The delivery was within the time frame na binigay nila. But nung dumating na ang box sa destination, parang pinagulong gulong nila ang box na pagdating na sa bahay butas na at di na box shape. Naging cylindrcal shape na ang box at may malking dent sa taas.

Nagbayad ako ng insurance pero until now wala pa din silang ginagawa sa claim ko. Mga walang kwenta na service and nagbebenta ng insurance for your package pero di nmn din ihohonor. Wag na kayong bumili ng insurance at wala din syang kwenta pag may nangyari sa box nyo.

LESSON LEARNED: DONT EVER USE LBC SERVICES AGAIN.

I don't know if their tracker online is Liar or the customer service! It says online that it has arrived but when I called customer service they said it's still at the airport! Slow as a snail and liar. No option to expedite it as well. Poor service. This is the last time I will use your service. I will tell others also not to use your service at all.

After years of using LBC without any problems I was bitterly disappointed with my last shipment. I sent two large boxes during September from the UAE. These boxes were properly packed, the contents were secured and finally it was completely taped up.

With great anticipation my relatives collected the shipment during November from the warehouse in Bacolod. What a disappointment. One box was damaged and showed signs of tampering like that inflicted by a box cutter. Contents were jumbled and clothing items were in tatters From the cutter.

The weight was 20kg less than when it was shipped so it appears that a significant amount of the content was missing.

To suffer such a loss in what was meant to be a Christmas delivery leaves a bad taste.

Never again. Please steer clear of LBC until they are able to protect their shipments from pilfering and malicious damage. To date we did not receive a reply on their complaints channels. Very poor service.

They use to be great, but service has gone down. I scheduled a pick up at 4pm and they came at 10: 45pm. No respect for time at all.

God service goods reached on time but hard to give them box in Dubai many time call after they come like they don't want bussiness
