Very bad policy reflected as a horrible experience with call center agents every single time. Hi LBC. Wake up. We're in 22nd century. Again and again and again. Horrible uncooperative call center agents every single time. Un acceptable and unbelievable. I'm paying for the service. Make it worth it. They're not following up or making comments here to any feed back. Sorry to say but really VERY bad

Great service and staff. If you are a Filipino and want to send something really fragile (even fridge). Give them the job.

To lbc cs agents,

Till now im waiting for my xl box that ive sent last june 11th, i asked my friend to call for me because im here in PH and ask for the tracking no.of the box so i can track it myself. WHY and WHAT was the shipment number that you are asking for, What were you thinking guys? Normally once the customer give the name of the sender and the registered mobile number of the customer you can provide the details and the tracking number right?

Before we depart dxb one of your agents cleared to me that the box i sent will be recieved maximum first week of aug. Due to changing of the vessel. I send an e-mail I send message in ur messenger from last week till now i dont have a clear reply from you guys! Are u this slow now?

I just need the tracking number or the details of the shipment from u. Totally dissapointed.
