Worse place to go and they don’t respect customers. Even the cashier also has no manners. Average quality products and the Price is not reasonable.

They don't take its very hard to Return or exchange, we have to be sure the sizes, if argued for return in case its not easy to deal with them get back the money

Customer service is very poor and pathetic. They told us they'll make my kids uniform shirts in 1 week. First they don't pick the call and when I came to collect them they just simply have this excuse that there machine isn't working.
Quality of the cloth is also unacceptable. Have very high prices. Their behavior is also ignorant.

The seller was very rude with my helper, I was going to buy 3 uniforms, and then he told me 1 piece uniform is 150AED ….

Elderly couple sitting here always insult customers. We have stopped going to this shop neither we recommend anyone to go. They are always rude to people. Pathetic behaviour with pathetic service with pathetic material of uniform with pathetic way of talking.

One of the best place to get your school uniform with super saving pricing, almost all school uniform avbl here if not so they have their tailoring shop beside it so no issue, paid parking is avbl here but it's karama side so expect some traffic.

We got to know they are a cheaper option for uniform and went in here.the staff is extremely rude, they provided a wrong school tie and billed it and brought the replacement which was looked worn out and when tried to ask for reimbursement the guy in the counter was humiliating and so left without a refund.they are just a bunch of unprofessional people who dont know to deal with customers. Definitely dont recommend them, their clothes quality is also bad.

Small place to buy all school uniforms for Asian schools. Get busy during the school opening season. Would be better if there could be some waiting area as they take some time to amend or add logo.

Very good place for uniform. For all the schools uniform. But recommend not to charge for alteration. Its feels very uncomfort. Overall outstanding.

One of the oldest uniform shops in Dubai. Been there since my school days. Never thought would be buying uniform for my daughter from same shop. Uniforms and shoes both available for most of schools at very reasonable price and decent quality.clothes are made in India and even fitting is good. Highly recommended.

Visited yesterday to LCT uniforms. They have all type of uniforms from all schools, local institutions. They serve every customer with full dedication. Every employee over there understand customer demand and look for customer satisfaction. Quality of cloth is good and prize is reasonable. Piece of mind for school going kids and parents. They fic school badge on uniforms by computerized programmed embroidery work. They do have trial room for confirmation.only one drawback is they do not offer alterations which one must try local tailor outside.request management to look upon same so parents will have complete package. Great job team.

Personally recommend dont buy uniforms from this shop, owner and staff dont have correct Uniforms and they do not take uniform back incase if the uniform is not right 1, Very poor customer service, staff are not trained to handle customers very disrespect.

School shoes price is double. Same available in Lulu for half price.
Male cashier behavior is very rude and bossy. Card machine is working since we said shoes is expensive he rejected card and asked for cash. Don’t recommend anyone

Keeping in view of the number of people visiting this shop and standing in front of the shop in a line like an old school Indian or Pakiatani Office, I am Still unable to understand why doesn't LCT Uniforms goes digital and with a better and bigger shop? Why don't they apply measures to handle the traffic.

Very bad service really rude I called them for the uniform Bow for my daughter first they told with the uniform you will get the bow free but now they are blaming us that you are lieing and telling that we are making excuses very bad shop its good now to take uniforms from school really rude service never go to this shop

The prices are affordable and staff are polite.but during the school beginning time it's usually very crowded that the waiting time goes more than an hour.so need to be patient at times

Any one want to purchase rubbish material, can buy from this store. Very poor customer service and worst quality of materials used. Stiching is not even to 1% of normal tailors level. They are not bothered about customers any of the concerns

Lowest level of customer service. Even multiple visits will not get you full uniform. Work so slowly. Strictly avoid.

They are expensive and average. Every time you have need to wait for the uniform they not prepare order as schools are open. They should have need to arrange proper stock

Don’t buy uniforms from here, buy it from the school, pay little extra and have peace of mind. Customers are treated like they do favour to us, all false commitments every time as school logo had to be embossed. At least had to come 4 times. Saw customers fighting with the owners. No exchange policy, landline disconnected & they don’t give mobile numbers. I stay far & takes 45 minutes to drive to realise work is not done. Take my valuable advice, not worth wasting time.

Worst service and management. Their staff and owner are not on same page. One says we have this item available when you visit store they have nothing.

Very bad behavior of the staffs and the owners sitting in the cash counter, we had bought a kg girls shirt before 5 months for Aed 30/- and now they are saying 40/- for the same color shirt with bad quality cloth. They think there is no other uniform shops in Dubai.

It was a good uniform supplying store.i got my year 12 english language Private school uniform very easily with no issue

Very poor experience. It seems to be closed from 1: 30 pm to 4: 00 pm. I was at the door at 3: 50 pm and it opens at 4: 10 pm with a huge queue outside the shop. Very unorganized. When the shop opened all rushed in the shop without any social distancing. They don’t have any control and are not following the number of customer allowed as per the size of their shop.

Pathetic. These guys don't know anything about how to manage their job. Worst experience ever. We came after several times confirmation of the school uniform readiness. Then after waiting of 2 hours, incorrect work. Returned what we could and came back. The owner of the shop doesn't know how to behave.

Very bad experience. Nobody is attending phone. And when wr reached after 2hours of traffic they told closing time and uniform sizes are not available. If they have attended phone and replied promptly we could have avoid the visit

Big line before reaching shop. No one will entertain you before your number comes. Not advisable to take kids along in rush time.

They have almost all the uniforms and always find solutions to your enquiry. Great people and good solution.

I went there on recommendation by my colleague to buy scrubs and I was satisfied. They also make customised uniforms.

Third class quality of the product I ordered, they are giving China fabric and putting branded tags, which we can get in 20 dhs they are selling in 80 dhs, it's too much

Overall, all school, industrial and institutes uniforms and accessories branded n unbranded available at quality prices.

This shop sells uniforms at approximately half the price that Dubai schools charge. Can make an approximate replica of any school uniform, but there is no focus on quality or service. An easy option for parents who do not want to shell out exorbidant uniform rates charged by schools.

WORST SHOP & SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I called them before visiting and enquired about the uniforms and they were very cooperative over the phone.but when i visited i asked them to show the uniform all the staff including the lady sitting at the cash counter ignored and didn't answer at all. Worst, checked the price before trying out and counter staff told a price which was denied by the cashier.when rechecked with staff, he also denied offering the earlier price. Living on lies. Please note, this is based on my personal experience which may not same for others.

It basically has fake copies of clothes from different schools. It's pretty good and has a reasonable price, but I gave it a 3 star because it only has limited sizes, and I couldn't find my proper size and ended up buying a loose one.

Save money, visit this store for your kids uniforms. The difference is at least about 40% less.

Bought a few uniforms last year from lct for a reasonable price and was happy with the place till yesterday when I went to get the next size the uniform was priced at 40 and I went to the counter and apparently it was the owner and I asked him the dress price went up when I bought it for 35 in September and he charged me 45 I asked why 45 when the tag is showing clearly 40 he removes the tag and said problem solved pay me 45+ plus vat separate. I asked him don't you know customer service he said no. So basically the owner is a hustler who himself claims he doesn't care or value customers.

Once i and wife was searching for the best uniform co, and we were so glad that we fount LCT Uniforms known as All types of uniforms under on roof, based in Karama Dubai and Sharjah. When we visited their uniform Showroom we were amazed to see wide range of uniforms collection and more that we were so glad that LCT Uniforms was not on suppliers of uniform but the are the manufacturers of all types of uniforms, We wish them success.
