Best to give as gifts as it comes in nice box packaging. They have various options in size and in different price range.they also have cookies and dates box.
Must try as the chocolates are delicious.

I’m since 10 years shopping from there very tasty chocolate but the staff attitudes to Customers very bad they are attending not properly and it’s more and more time happens but we love the chocolate that’s why we r purchasing still Pls train ur staff how deal with client (not seperate nationality wise)

The products were really good but the salespeople there reacted like they were not happy to have me there, I don't know why.

This shop happens to be one of the most amazing experiences in my life.
I was having a walk with my colleagues and saw their presentation which led me to enter the place. Seriously here are my scores

I was so sad to learn about the negative comments of the people. And I was wondering how they could have a bad experience. And then I saw the profiles of those giving bad comments. Maybe they need to visit this place once again. I seriously didn't buy anything. I visited this place and told the Manager Mr. Ozzam I think was his name. I appreciated the way they presented the shop. And all the decor for the National Day. The guy, young and handsome, was very kind, he gifted me free chocolates.
But from now on, I have a long list to buy sweets and chocolates and Gifts for my loved ones. This place is already my favorite as far as aesthetics are concerned.

Worst customer service that I've seen compared to other sweet shops in Dubai. Making a staff look good in his attire is not customer service. They've to learn to greet, smile and acknowledge the customer. I don't know if this is because I'm a non GCC national. It'll be great if you can take out the CCTV footages, give them a view and teach them well. I am quite a regular customer and frankly I come there just because I like your packaging and the chocolates.
If I would weigh your business on the parameter of customer service, I'll not walk in again. This review is for your Al Twar branch. And I'm putting this because of the repeated short-fall in the service.

Came here to buy my colleague a gift for her new born baby. The place is very expensive but for the service and quality that they provide, i think it is really good.

The person at the desk was quick to provide me images on whatsapp of the different gift items and the flowers.

I chose and i chose the option to pick it up. I believe they deliver for a fee as well.

The chocolates tastes so good and the creations are truly remarkable.

I always Loved their chocolates have been buying since years. But the staff working today I.e on 12/10/22 at 2 pm are very arrogant. They are very Unprofessional & arrogant to speak. I as a customer doesn’t feel like going back because their behavior. The higher management should look in to this or else you will loose your customers.

Staffs are really waste for their reputation, even if they selling tasty chocolate also, people won’t come back because of customers behaviour, they treat customer like beggars

I would suggest below one star as they do bad behaves to non GCC. No samples provided for taste even we bought a big bag. Its feel very worse service….

The chocolates and the cakes are fabulous and delicious for the price. Would definitely suggest if anyone is trying it out

Worse experience ever. Illiterate staff, inconvenient service and ridiculous procedures for deliveries. I put a note for Eid Gift box to be delivered precisely and they delivered on the wrong date, without sending a confirmation to me, without putting my note and name and the receiver has zero idea that the box was from me. They ruined the eid box delivery because of their stupidity and refuse to understand on call or help on how to fix it. Regret spending on them.

Great and affordable chocolate with no compromise on taste! The consistency in service from the Ghusais Branch is unparalleled. Kudos and much appreciation to Mr. Azzall for his excellent work ethic and helpful nature.

We just went to see the place as from outside it very interesting and beautiful. We haven't bought any items but displayed items has variety and mostly hand made. Party lovers can visit the place to gift someone

I’ve been a Le chocola customer for the past 6-7 years.
But my experience yesterday at Qusais branch was extremely poor and disappointing.
The staff was rude, disrespectful and probably racist.
I believe his name was Azzaz as he was taping a similar name ID at the billing counter.
This was really bad that I wouldn’t recommend Le chocola to anyone and will be moving to other chocolatiers.

Extremely delightful chocolates, perfect gift for your loved one's. Crafted Chocolates ranging from 20 aed to 1000, variety of fresh roses and petals can absolutely add cherry on the top

Beautifully crafted fresh flower bouquets for every occassion and very good quality chocolates at a reasonable price as well. After a little bargain they even reduce the price also.

The first thing someone notices is the beauty of the cake. More than a food it is considered as an art, that is why cakes are decorated in the best possible way. And that is what was destroyed when I ordered the pistachio 1KG rectangle cake from Le Chocola - Al Nahda Road.

Went there to buy a cake as a gift for a friend. The sales guy asked me if i wanted to write a message, and i even thanked him for reminding me as it was a birthday cake and i wanted the message to be written. I didn't even check it as i trusted the branding of le chocola as my go to confectionery shop in every occasion but i was DEVASTATED when I opened the cake at the party. " Happy Birthday Yummu " the message which i asked to write was written as if they intentionally SCRIBBLED it.
Got three cakes in August from different branches but this one was really disappointing and ruined the party mood although we ate it but didn't have the audacity to click pictures with the cake or to Snapchat it, as it looked so ugly the way they wrote the message.

*LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM*

People are nice and professional. Product is super delecious. Prices relatively high but can be justified by the high quality of the product. I strongly recommend their Creme pistachio with pistachio kernels. It is amazing. May be they need to work more on wrapping options.

The place is decorated with chocolate arranged beautifully, and your setting foot into the store is welcomed with an offering of their chocolate to taste.

It’d be hard not to resist taking a pack of chocolate home.

Visiting this immaculately arranged store is such an awesome experience.have u ever seen lipstick chocolates. I did.here. Their prices are affordable too. U spoilt for choice here.
