Le Chocola Nadd Al Hamar

I have been a regular customer at Le Chocola in Nadd Al Hamar, and I was always delighted with their service. They used to greet us with chocolates and treated us exceptionally well. However, today I experienced something different. The salesperson had a bit of an attitude, and I sensed a significant difference from my previous visits. Perhaps, being an Indian, he might have thought that my purchase wouldn't affect his sales much. I'm not sure what went wrong, as they usually attend to us promptly, I hope my next visit will be more pleasant.

Picked up a cake for my boy's Bday. Everything was great. Requested to write a happy Bday.on top of the cake and the way he wrote it. He broke my heart. You couldn't do that to a carfully prepared piece of art. I did not want to have a second look onto that. To add to my worries my boy declared '"No one is posting any cake cutting pocs on social media pls". Le Chocolo to note that those little things do matter.

The worst service ever, the guy there is so rude, and his attitude is horrible.
If there is less than 1 star, I would use it.
I have been buying from Le chocola for more than 5 years.
All other branches are okay and their services were nice.
This is the last time I will buy from here.

Very convenient location off the high way.
Always has wide selection of chocolates, nuts, coffee, flowers. One stop shop for gifts
Sales person always helpful with choices

Great service and good prices with good quality.
But there is no much of variety of options

Great place for quality chocolates, can't say the same about the staff as they were not attentive enough

Always visiting the shop is awesome the ambiance is too lovely and chocolates are all time favourite

Pathetic behaviour to customers. No wrap for flower. No proper bags in stock for chocolate box.

ارحمو العمال كل يوم يركبون كراتين على الزجاج و بعد العصر يشيلونه، و من ثم يغسلون الزجاج، لو ما عندكم حق ستائر، لا تفتحون فروع جديدة ، والله مضحك و مبكي

The best tasting chocolate ever. I ordered new baby boy favors from them and it turned out to be a big hit. My order was delayed a bit but over all I was pleased with the order. Highly recommended.

عندهم اشياء جميلة ولكن ماعجبتني الحلاوة مالهم لان فيها سكر زيادة. نتمنى يقللون من السكر في الشوكولاته مالهم
